Redacted I am not sure if you have updated to firmware 0.95 but now we are earning the right mount of BTC that is above ~ 1 BTC for 24 hours at current difficulty & worker 1 hash rate seems to doing good & matching worker 2 hash rate Smiley

Probably.  This is going down to hosting on Monday or Tuesday for exactly that reason - heat.  My computer room is at 85 degrees F with the windows open, the outside temperature at ~50 degrees F, and my A/C running 24x7....

But the main reason for the low hashrate seems to be that the version of cgminer that runs on these boxes kind of loses its mind and starts just throwing "unsubmitted shares" errors after running continuously for about a week.

I'll do a quick reboot.  As long as I have to reboot, I might just as well upgrade the firmware to 0.95, also.  Let's see if that helps...

I hope you update to 0.96 instead of 0.95 , we loosing hash rate is not good Smiley

Anyways I'll stick to firmware 0.96.
From the beginning I wanted to mine on Eligius and with firmware 0.90 to 0.95 I had the flushwork issue.
It seems that 0.96 solved that issue; it's been 24 hours that I'm mining on Eligius.

monitoring thread to see what people are finding about 0.96 firmware : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=306969.440

Also KNC has posted Enablecores patch http://www.kncminer.com/userfiles/file/enablecores.bin (Use this patch to force all cores to enable at next reboot)

We connect to private servers on BTCGuild which generally do not have DDOS issues.

If necessary, we could also switch over to one of several other private pools ...

I guess Pool should be selected based on : first priority should be 0 pool down time & then most rewarding pool  Smiley
314  Economy / Securities / Re: [Crypto-stocks] PETA-MINE First dividend on 18/10 on: October 18, 2013, 02:21:33 PM

So, based on the 10 x 2313 shares outstanding on btct + 11 new shares sold on cryptostocks, we can expect to see 300 / (23130+11) ~= 0.01296 btc dividends per share this friday?
Some bigger 'players' stepped in - new shares bought in batches of 2 or 3, even 4 thousands.
~43,000 shares sold now, dividend will be be around 0.007 ?

or perhaps more like 300/100000=.003 ?

The shares not sold to the public are still Held by Cryptx (formally paying dividends to themselves on about 40k stocks as of now  ).

Cryptex , Are dividends paid to only sold shares or all the issued shares ?

Wow , Fees on cryptostocks is crazy.

Just noticed on Page : http://www.dzminercoop.com/?page_id=124    , 24 Hours BTC is showing as :    0.78825200 but even if we mine at average of ~ 540 gh/s this should equate to ~ ฿1.01  earned per Day  Huh

What I am not doing right here !
317  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: October 17, 2013, 04:51:18 PM

This means the dividends due to go out Oct. 19th and Oct. 26th will BOTH go out on Oct. 26th.

Maybe I'm blind and is said anywhere but what happens to dividends of Oct. 12th, last thing I've read is that will be paid this week and today is thursday.

Regards
October 12th divs were paid to the Bitcoin address you used as your public BitFunder address.  Less a 0.025BTC fee.

grnbrg.

Plus you got to have a minimum of 20 shares to get dividends

319  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: October 17, 2013, 02:53:36 PM
Does anyone know why we had an increased dividend yesterday?

Is it because most people have sold the shares back to ACTM , only sold shares get dividend right ??
320  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: October 17, 2013, 02:51:51 PM
