301  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Import coinmarktecap data into excel spreadsheet on: December 20, 2017, 07:29:34 PM
Better if you guys just used google sheets to do this, there is already an app that allows you to import the prices and you don't need to code anything else. It's an add-on called cryptofinance. You just need to input the pair (ETH/BTC, LTC/BTC, NLC2/BTC, BAT/ETH, etc.). Then the add-on just takes the prices from coinmarketcap instantly. I've used this for quite sometime and it's been reliable so far.
302  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to sell my house? on: December 20, 2017, 07:00:33 PM
I decided to try selling my house for bitcoin or some other cryptos..I am located in Italy. What's the best and secure way to do this? Thank you all!!
Best to do it here on the forum since this is the biggest community of cryptocurrencies and probably some bitcoin millionaire could be interested in your house. Probably post pictures and how much you want for it, so people could assess your property if it is worth buying. Likely though if this is just a normal house, you won't get much interest, since most bitcoin millionaires are flash from what I've seen.
303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If bitcoin can be used in gambling. Is it possible to use it casino? on: December 20, 2017, 06:05:44 PM
Are people already using bitcoins in casinos? Don't you guys consider online gambling sites casinos as well? Well, a lot of online gambling sites call themselves as "casinos" so I am not sure what the question is anymore. The answer is quite clear, which is yes. Online casinos accept bitcoins. The better question probably is whether conventional casinos will ever accept bitcoins, which probably could happen.
304  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you see the bitcoin economy 10 years from now? on: December 20, 2017, 05:59:11 PM
I think in the next 10 years, it would still be here. Price wise, it may go up tremendously or go down pretty hard down face first. I believe bitcoins are a very fragile thing, but something that is a testament to the innovation of humanity and a push for decentralization away from commercialism. However, the only thing driving bitcoin prices are demand for it, what it people all started cashing out then likely this will crash the price by a lot.
305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [2017-12-20] Litecoin Founder Cashes Out, Sells Entire Stake After 9,300% Rally on: December 20, 2017, 05:51:59 PM
Wow, the founder himself cashes out thinking that maybe someday his coin might die and lose value. Speaks great about the coin to be honest. If the father does not believe in his own child, who will or who should? I guess people still buying this coin should think twice since this is very troubling news. It is indeed still going up, but right now, people should cash out as well.
306  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's happening to Bitcoin? on: December 20, 2017, 04:55:43 AM
Just a plain market correction. The sudden rise is just because people are riding the wave and some just are panic buying thinking that it would go up some more after that initial pump. Well, now because there isn't really enough demand for it now the price is going down and no one has interest anymore of buying at that current prices. Likely we'll see another pump before the year end and probably see $20,000. But right now, this is the correction bitcoins needed.
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT İF I TOLD U RİPPLE İS REAL BİTCOİN on: December 20, 2017, 03:07:20 AM
If you told me Ripple is the real Bitcoin, I would not care, because that is not true. Bitcoins will always be king and no other altcoin can every change that as of now, even Ripple. To be honest Bitcoins are indeed Gold, it is because it may not have the best system or code, but people believe in bitcoins and they will always trust what bitcoins are, unlike other altcoins.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum at $1000 in Jan 2018? on: December 19, 2017, 05:31:50 AM
It is still a bit far from $1,000 but generally Ethereum just goes up with Bitcoins, so probably it will and we would it continuously breaking new all time highs. Also, since ETH development has been really active, this is one of the good alts to invest in right now and the community around it is quite active as well. I just don't like how congested their blockchain is too.
309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Lucky moments during gambling? on: December 15, 2017, 03:32:28 PM
When i win in 1 hour only

What do you mean though that in one hour only? That's pretty vague. Did you win just 1 bet or did you double your money in one hour or were you able win the jackpot in one hour? This does not discuss anything but that one hour. Please post something else next time, you do not create any points for discussion.

Luck does not occur on a daily basis, so when you feel like you have a lot of it, maximize it! There was this time that I was playing with slots and the bonuses were on fire. I usually just play for fun, but those bonuses that went on for more than five rounds just kept me going. I felt like I was on a roll! Though I wasn't able to bring home the major prize, I still feel lucky for bringing home a decent amount of money you wouldn't usually bring home at a casino. That day was indeed a good and lucky one!
How do you know or fee you have a lot of luck ?
I see that as something that is highly overrated. Luck is not something we should always depend on as that can totally get us sucked up in life and one of the reasons a lot of people have turned hardcore gamblers today.

I have never had luck gambling and if luck decides to find me when playing, good and fine, if it does not, then I accept my fate.

I agree, no one has a control over their luck. No one can ever feel they have a better luck today, it's just coincidentally that you win on the day you think you feel lucky.
310  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: December 15, 2017, 10:34:01 AM
It depends on the situation. You would have to study the data online to gauge if all cryptocurrencies are booming or are losing in the market. Only then that you will know how to strategize to recover your losses. But you know, to be kind of safe, this is of course presuming you know nothing about trading, gambling and others, you can just opt to HODL your Bitcoins. Based on my study, I have never seen it going back to its previous mainstream. It has always been resilient every time it booms.
311  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-15] Malaysia Presented Rules for Cryptocurrency Exchanges on: December 15, 2017, 10:26:59 AM
So glad that I see this is happening.

Time has come that governments worldwide has spoken, and thankfully most of them have seen the potential of Bitcoins to penetrate the market. This is another achievement yet for Bitcoin!

In the same vein, we have to understand that it is not easy for governments to adapt something beyond the norms -- Bitcoin included. Perhaps it will take time before all things fall into place. As for now, let us remain steadfast in the pursuit of our investments while being thankful of what is coming our way.

The Elephant in the Room: Cryptocurrency’s Massive Bubble(s)

There has been some consensus developing among experts that cryptocurrency is experiencing a bubble. What sort of bubble we are dealing with remains to be seen, and there are varying opinions on this complex matter. While the industry as a whole has barely begun to fulfill its potential as a developing financial alternative, there certainly appears to be a handful of distinct bubbles forming within the walls of what it might become...

I have read so much about this -- that Bitcoin is the biggest bubble in history! But you know, these naysayers would always do everything they can to hit Bitcoin investors' confidence about the money they poured into it. What better will it do them, perhaps? In the first place, these investors are using their own money. Why put so much fuss on how these people spend theirs?

They have not laid down data to prove their accusations on it. They have to at least show something tangible to prove that dealing with Bitcoins is a loss.
313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to spot a gambler addicted? on: December 14, 2017, 05:16:58 PM
His activities changes a lot bit from a common man their lifestyle also changing for a addicted gambler when he is won the gambling but when he loses his money in gambling he become more tension and more stress so investing in gambling is dangerous for people so invest a little bit of amount in gambling is the best and safe way.

Wow, great job google translating this sentence. I understood 0% from what you said. :/

From what you wrote here, I am guessing you are saying that his lifestyle is different from a normal person, well no shit. An addicted gambler sure has different habits that an normal person, it's apparent for sure he keeps on gambling more than how a normal person does. For sure he does also lose a lot of money since he is addicted as well.
314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Group with best tipster on: December 14, 2017, 05:13:25 PM
You should first give out free tips before you ask people to blindly register and pay for your subscription fee. What if your tipsters are all newbs and they give out shitty tips? Show what's your worth and that is the time you should consider even asking for payments. The best is to post your tips here on your thread ahead of time, so people can verify your bets if they are worth the money.
315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: December 14, 2017, 03:18:28 PM
Why would anyone want to save money in gambling? If you wanted to save money then don't gamble. The losses in gambling is actually a fee for your entertainment. Well that is a very expensive fee to be honest. Just don't gamble if you want to save those hard earned money, gambling is for the people that has excess money and want to enjoy themselves, if you don't have that then just forget about it.
316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: December 14, 2017, 03:02:15 PM
I want to know what you guys think about this, I have stopped gambling but still trade so does this mean I am still gambling?? I don't trade on basis of luck I trade using my skills would it still be considered gambling??

Please tell me what do you think.

No,trading is different from gambling  because they have different way in how to perform in crypto world.trading investment is the process of finding a potential coins that can give you a good benefits and huge profits with a motivation to our mind in buying in low prices and sell high, unlike in gambling that its only an entertainment to youself at the same time ,you must push  yourself to find your luck in gambling but  mostly 85% chances of lossing in games.

That is true, so I am not sure why people keep on saying they are remotely related. There is indeed the level of risk you put on gambling and in trading, but the kind of risk is completely different. In gambling, the risk is pure. There is no other way to change the risk, no way to lower or increase it. Unlike in trading, where you can change your risk anytime by executing maneuvers.
317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: December 14, 2017, 02:32:27 PM
The best way to quit gambling for good, is to stay away and never to came back on that place. Who is the main source of losses. And never to paying attention on that place. That's nothing make you sense for good type of person.

That's basically a "ok" tip, but it will not prevent the gambler from gambling again, since you just prevented him from going to that "place." It does not stop him from gambling, he can just go to another place to gamble and that didn't solve the problem. The addiction is still there and he was not able to quit. The best advise probably is to just completely avoid it, and divert your attention to other things.
318  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-12]EBay is talking about adding Bitcoin payments on: December 14, 2017, 07:15:05 AM
I share the same sentiments as some of you who posted here that it is quite late in the day for them to consider this. Nonetheless, this is still a good business judgment because through this mechanism, EBay will earn so much because of the ever increasing value of Bitcoin. On the flip side, I doubt if there are still people who would want to pay using their Bitcoins given the fact that they will lose opportunity costs, considering its value as of writing. These people, might I guess, would prefer holding their Bitcoins on the premise of earning huge bucks rather than using it as a mode of payment.
319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction cost is too high on: December 14, 2017, 07:00:39 AM
I guess it is so high too. But you know, they can always argue that this is due to the influx of Bitcoin demands. With such, everything increased including electricity costs. This all resulted to the decreased bargaining power of Bitcoin investors because the supply of the admin can hardly compensate the demands. I am hoping things will get better otherwise Bitcoin investors will just end up getting robbed of their earnings.
320  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Are Bitcoin private property on: December 14, 2017, 06:53:45 AM
I agree. In our laws, possession is not tantamount to ownership but in this situation lies the exception.

As you ought to know, Bitcoin exists online. All incidents that relate to it depends on who possesses it. Say for instance in your given example, when someone mistakenly transmits his Bitcoins to another, that another already owns it. You may argue in this instance that it is still your private property but you will be gratifying yourself with too much workload trying to prove such. You should know by now how heavily encrypted all data are in the world of cryptos.

But, if your Bitcoins is already stored in your wallet, it is already a private property. This will then be a battle of evidence to prove ownership.
