(1) If I'm not wrong, in this forum members are interested stories only if it comes with proof and which can be verified.

(2) Also, you guys need to prove that the process is not manipulated then I believe all these stories.

(3) I strongly suggest no one buy these tickets with your hard earned money but you can try your luck with your free money. I'm very sure lottery system is not fair and don't waste your money.

You've asked three separate questions, I've separated them in the quote to make it easier for everyone to follow my responses.

(1) You're right, as they saying goes "if there aren't pics, it didn't happen!" When you see stories of big winners, ask them for screenshots to prove their tales!

(2) The lottery process, along with the Free and Multiply BTC games are provably fair. Details can be found on our website, FreeBitco.in. I'll come back to this post to share the exact explanations - as soon as I can get to my laptop to copy and paste exact verbiage.

(3) Everyone's opinion is valuable here. I want to remind everyone that you don't even need to use your own money to buy lottery tickets. Our faucet is paying ~80 satoshi per Free BTC roll, which will buy you 26 lottery tickets...every hour! We're selling the lottery tickets for 3 satoshi each.

So...if you're skeptical...come collect from the faucet and then play around with the Multiply BTC game or the lottery game and do so with house money!

Cheers!
302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of wallet do you use? on: June 04, 2017, 09:33:58 PM
Wow, I was surprised to see "web wallet" carrying more than 42% of the votes at the time of this post!

I bet this is an indicator of the demographic of people responding to these types of threads...newcomers to bitcoin and bitcointalk, who are more likely to trade security for convenience.

My favorite wallet (by far) is FreeBitco.in!

We're the only web wallet that is paying you interest for keeping your bitcoin balance with us. For as much as people complain about web wallets and the fact that one doesn't get to have their private keys when using a web wallet it's only appropriate that we compensate you for that trust you place with us.

If you use a web wallet, ask yourself: Why am I not getting compensated for the trust I'm taking to leave my bitcoin with the bank?

Btw, Myfe, there's a misprint in the word maintain there.  Smiley

Thanks, Betwrong...we'll get that fixed. I appreciate the close eye!

To the rest we've had a few stories of winning the top 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prizes on the weekly lottery. The last story I remember was of a member who bought 1 million lottery tickets and won that week. Btw, when this member bought lottery tickets they were at least twice as expensive as they are now.

I'll see if I can find other stories.

There are a lot of bitcoin users that don't frequent this forum, hell there's other forums too! Look at how many members exist here that have low rankings but have been around since 2013. Bitcointalk may feel like the center of the Universe, but actually it's just another shiny another rock revolving around the sun that is Bitcoin.

And there are additional stats listed on the Refer and Earn menu pages.

Please add some more features on the status tab, like Total Amount Wagered and Total ammount gained from Bonus Smiley
If you hit the stats button, you can see all your personal stats (like that ammount)

Bold choice here...

FreeBitco.in

Why? Because we're the only bitcoin wallet paying interest, reliably every single day...4.08% annual percentage yield.

Why don't these other online wallets pay you for the risk you take in not owning the private keys? And the best part about interest is that while the rate stays the same the fiat value increases as the price of Bitcoin increases...which in fiat terms means you're earning even more!

The famous bitcoin faucet now can be a bitcoin wallet? Isn't it will give us more risk since your identity are anonymous? Online wallets, same with yours, don't giving us an access to our private keys but isn't is more safe,at least, if the online wallet we will used is regulated and a registered company which freebitco.in isn't?

Am I missing something here? Or you are already a registered company?

Indeed! And it's the only online wallet paying you for the risk you take to now own your private keys. Think about that.

if the online wallet we will used is regulated and a registered company which freebitco.in isn't?
According to whom?

Thanks for the kind words!!! We appreciate all of you!

Freebitco.in is the best bitcoin faucet in the world according to different ratings. Many bitcoin users took their first satoshis from there. IMO it's just silly to complain about the amount they give so I totally agree with you on supporting them.

By far this is one of the faucet I've been claiming ever since I've got to know bitcoin and up until now I still am claiming from this faucet and joining the lottery games too. This has been the longest running faucet for a reason too even though the value of bitcoins you can claim have dropped down so low.

Freebitco.in remember me when I started to hear about bitcoin.. this is one of the best faucet in crypto world!
Thanks for running so good!

Don 't underestimate the power of compounded interest. If these guys really are as rock solid and with good intentions, then this is a very strong plan. My worries are not so much about fiat value but about the intentions... .

What would it take for you to strengthen your confidence in the intentions?
318  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: May 31, 2017, 02:35:46 AM
The most tickets I ever bought were 1,000,000 and I got 2nd place for 1.4 BTC or so. I spent about 0.075 on tickets at the time if I remember correctly.

You can win big, and it doesn't really matter if multiple people are buying tickets and splitting the winnings because it makes the prize pool larger.

Wow, thanks for sharing! This quite a story!

Currently the price to buy 1 lottery ticket is BTC0.00000003....that's less than half what BitcoinBarrel paid.

It's a buyers market for lottery tickets right now, keep that in mind!
319  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: May 30, 2017, 04:58:42 PM
In the strange case of a sudden rise of the BTC price, and that minimum payout would be 1 satoshi (or even less), would the page add some kind of decimal system or would it be stuck at 1 satoshi?

@Csmiami, good question. I'll research this.

@Mahdirakib, hang in there. We're discussing if it would be possible. Reporting the data hourly could be challenging. Thanks for your suggestion!
320  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Freebitco.in as a wallet? on: May 30, 2017, 04:53:42 PM
@Myfe, why did you take the time to respond to other posts, while you completely ignored mine?

Is it because you know that there aren't any liquid funds to support everyone cashing out at once? Because after all, the funds that people invest/store with freebitcoin, get invested and used to supply the bankroll.

That's why it's an important question. Roll Eyes

@BitHodler, I didn't see your question until you called it out to me today. Thanks for letting me know that it was hanging out there.

Did you see the proof of bitcoin balance in Wetsuit's FreeBitco.in wallet? (If not I'll reference that post in this thread). That balance demonstrates the "cash on hand" and at this time exceeds 3000BTC. What it doesn't discuss is the total of all balances, the liabilities. I'm not sure that it's appropriate to share that number because it's confidential to the business. But, I'll bring it up with Wetsuit to see if it would be appropriate to share.

Additionally, are any other faucets or online wallets sharing that the amount of their bitcoin reserves and the value of all the account balances held on their platform?

Here's your question for everyone to reference:
That directly raises an important question for me ~ how does freebitcoin plan to act in such a situation [if everyone decides to withdrawal at the same time]? Does freebitcoin at all times have enough liquid reserves to allow an all-cash-out scenario?
