301  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMC]-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 29, 2013, 11:31:58 PM
Kenneth E. Slaughter, CEO/CTO
Gerald L. Slaughter, COO/CFO
Micha Slaughter, VP Manufacturing Operations
Darin Carolus, VP Marketing

Hmm, wait, AMC / VMC is actualy family-run business, with scammy magician added for the LULZ?

*** Business Experience:

Slaughter Vending and Amusement, Pegasus Business Systems, Advanced Learning Systems, Advanced Software Solutions, Active Internet
Communications - ISP Business axs(tm).net which produced over 2.5 Million in revenue and over 10,000 customers in 49 states, Canada, and
Puerto Rico with over 10 employees. Turn-key Web Hosting Business running on Amazon.com, Bitcoin mining since 2009.

Does not hold with this added:

*** ASIC Development:

AMC has Synthesized it's Bitcoin Mining source code to create RTL for the xc6xlt150 FPGA. This code is in the process of being ported to a
Major Semiconductor Company's ASIC chip.

I missed that before.  So his accomplishment is getting a spartan 6 FPGA to hash?

The same spartan-6 that ngzhang had hashing 2 years ago?  Or Makomk published open source code to hash with 1 year ago?

https://github.com/fpgaminer/Open-Source-FPGA-Bitcoin-Miner

Hmm, CTRL-C, CTRL-V

That was quite a technical accomplishment.

Don't worry,
Of course they needed capital to buy 4 Avalons, after all. It's not like they should have had any BTC To use for the purchase if "The team has been involved with Bitcoins since 2009" . . . (Is Ken Satoshi?)

Swede, time to put up or shut up. I'm eager to buy call options on AMC from you. Quote your terms, let's agree you will back your BS with hard cash. If this offer makes you weak at the knees, tap Megamouth for some coins - he claims to be a man of means, or maybe he means his Dad is, didn't quite get all the details.

Yeah,
Like I would make any kind of deal with anyone that blindly believes in AMC.. Hah, you make me smile kid..

Eh, so you admit you know nothing about trading, for starters. Options are neutral, your counterparty's naivete or otherwise in any security is irrelevant to the offer you make them and the terms you agree on. So, what you have admitted is you are a one trick pony in this thread - you criticise AMC and spout BS yet you will not back up your position? You have zero credibility on this thread, Swede. Seems to me your strategy lately, as with MM, is to abandon any pretence at reasoned argument and simply spam-type us. Whatever occupies your evenings, I guess.

Not interested in buying back until that VMC shady thing is scrapped or merged into AMC.

Not interested in buying back until that BitFountain shady thing is scrapped or merged into ASICMINER.

See what I did ^^there?   Cheesy

First "eye opener" should be when someone just hired his entire family as management.

First AMC is a scam, then it is Hogwarts. Next up, a mafia operation run out of Nevada. Can you fudsters please get your story straight? Take away this evening is: please try harder Kiss

Don't dare address me again you fake.

Dream on. Now run, quick, and inform your bellowed DHS of yet another terrorist threat!  Cheesy

You're hardly a terrorist threat. N-U-T-T-E-R, more like. Also, quit with editing your posts after the fact, it clearly shows you are struggling to keep up.

END OF TRANSMISSION.  Cheesy

I get it, Megamouth. You're a fecking marxist. That explains why you won't direct you energies to a productive endevour like improving your website. You do have lots of time, it seems, to attempt to undermine people like Ken who get off their arse and create something of value.

Value? Where? It never occured to you I might be rich enough to not bother wasting most of my time making more money but just to what I love
to, like destroying retards around me? Ohh, wait, you are retard that can't comprehend the term "enough money".

Edit: I see you edited your post to remove criticism of the American Dream. Faker.

USA sux and I would not hesitate even a second to sunk it on the bottom of the ocean if there is a button next to me that allows that. Satisfied?

You are a fecking idiot. Don't dare address me again you fake.
307  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMC]-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 29, 2013, 07:30:46 PM
Note that Ken is 60% owner of AMC

So, if theoretically he could cash-out right now at 0.00135, just there he would get over $8M holly cow, nice work there Ken, very nice work!

What's next, comrade, Bitcoin redistribution from the likes of Ken to the likes of you and your cronies? What a waster, lol.

Finally, got you figured out. I consider myself enlightened  Cool.

Just got off the phone with Ken.

Thank you lewicki! I'm happy with the responses Ken has given. This gives me greater confidence going forward, however, without being smug about it, this is exactly the type of development I expected.

Everyone, please note the immediate, negative, knee-jerk comebacks after lewicki's post. There are too many people here who are not interested in the facts. They are spreading FUD, sometimes of the most ridiculous type. I mean, I can appreciate the better brand of FUD as the next man, but the rubbish originating with Megamouth and his ilk is clearly absurd.

309  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMC]-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 29, 2013, 05:57:25 PM
It is not dead horse for as long price of shares is not 0. It would be cool if you let me do what I want to do here and not worry about my business
or money.

Megamouth, your posts have no value. You are spewing words that hardly form coherent sentences half the time. Why don't you go and spend your energy productively elsewhere? Perhaps you could work on your website, or take up a hobby. Maybe learn a new language?

If I were Ken, I'd be doing as Ken has done up until now. Working on building AMC to create share holder value and ignoring petulant children like yourself, because, really, you bring nothing to the table.

I expect Ken will chip in soon enough and give us his thoughts. As for explanations some seem to be demanding, the 'explanation' as to what has happened in the last few days is really quite simple. A small number of flippers decided to cash in just under the 0.0025 wall. Coincidently (  Cheesy ), a lot of FUD started to appear here and elsewhere. This spooked most of the weak hands and they ran for the exits. There really is nothing more to add, other than a handful of people buying back in will drive the price back to 0.0025 with ease.

The last few days are merely a blip on the long road ahead. If you are holding AMC long term you will be rewarded. If you don't want to invest or don't have the stomach for it, go elsewhere and leave us in peace, taking any conspiracy theories and negativity with you.

There are many challenges ahead in the Bitcoin ecosystem - infighting here isn't helping anyone. Good luck to everyone.

After that walk my feet are killing me - not to be taken literally.

I can't believe he just said that! This thread must have the highest irony count ever inflicted on this forum!  Cheesy

Here's another saying with more than a hint of truth: 'Bulls make money, bears make money, pigs get slaughtered'. Not to be taken literally, either  Wink.

In my ideal scenario, I'd like to look back on today, in a year, say, and have a good laugh about it. Unfortunately it seems I'll be counting my profits while some of you posting here will only have improved your FUD foo. Really, why are you wasting your time?

Justice there lies in the fact one can't buy "decent human being" upgrade so you will always stay just pathetic profit-oriented scumbag.

Greed is good, Megamouth. Greed is good  Cheesy.
312  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMC]-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 29, 2013, 03:38:16 PM

The fact the thread has been filled with so much FUD for the last 24h makes me believe there's been a huge effort to take the price down, making unexperienced investors sell their shares as cheaply as possible. This is a great deal for manipulators, as the can buy into AMC at a low price,

If that's the case why is no-one buying at 0.001? It's almost pre-news bargain price. I think no conspiracy just lack of confidence.

I'm sure the FUD on this thread being 99% speculation and 1% only for discussing the actual news and projections for AMC has a huge part in that.

People are scared. It will pass.

I can only assume that you will be investing heavily in the December batch of the Avalon clones at $6k a pop. By the way, if you want some for the "Bargain price" of $5.500 I will sell you as many as you want. Absolutely no limit.  PM me for any quantity!

Will you stop with the FUD already? The price you quote for the machines to be delivered from VMC to AMC is a red herring. The machines will be delivered to AMC at cost price minus 10%. The current retail price has nothing to do with it. What *will* be delivered is the hashing power stated by Ken in the original prospectus at cost price minus 10% when manufacture/delivery is made.

Buying more shares now. Anyone care to join me?  Grin

FUD? It's right there in the information on BTCT.CO? What do you mean "current retail price has nothing to do with it"? The $6k price and delivery dates is the basis for their entire profit calculations..

I don't get people that wish the "FUD" would stop, all while not offering any explanations to the concerns people have.

I have several times stated that I don't believe the intent is to scam anyone, and that my concern is based on the second IPO being made at a vastly inflated price before any important info, product or other has been released, and the calculations around the profit on the miners is just not holding up.

So far no one has been able to provide me with any reason to change my view that the current profit calculations just don't hold water at all based available info, and that makes me believe that current share price is far too high. Period.

Swede, the original AMC prospectus was written by Ken, not an investment bank. You are clearly picking out sentences that with hindsight could have been written more carefully and using them to construct a distorted narrative, that I have concluded is a lame attempt at FUD. You are not as bad as Megamouth, I'll give you that, that kid is in a FUD league of his own.

I a "picking out sentences"? I am talking about the entire profit calculation summary from the details section of the company info! NONE of their miners will in my opinion EVER sell for even close to the projected pricing at the dates set.

If this information is incorrect or 'badly written' it undermines the entire profit structure of the company.

Swede, there really is no way to have a rational discussion with you. You are determined to warp the facts to suit your FUDness. AMC is a risky asset to invest in. I am happy with the risk I have taken for my position. You would be better served pouring your enthusiasm into researching other assets you could invest in. You are wasting your cycles, which would be better used to build your wealth.

In my ideal scenario, I'd like to look back on today, in a year, say, and have a good laugh about it. Unfortunately it seems I'll be counting my profits while some of you posting here will only have improved your FUD foo. Really, why are you wasting your time?

In other news, Bill Clinton had sex with Monica Lewinsky in the Oval Office. Apparently all subsequent serving Presidents have done the same  Shocked

TheSwede75 has been pushing the hate train with all his might. I really wonder what his ulterior motive is...

As with all things Bitcoin related, there is healthy skepticism, cautious optimism and FUD. TheSwede75 is the later. Swede, give it a rest, we have all read your 'concerns' and thank you for your 'insight'. Now back to the main event... how long before we hit 0.0025? I say Monday (1st July 2013) at the latest, but I'm honest enough to admit this is cautious optimism and I could be wrong, right Swede?  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Edit: added Monday's date for the benefit of readers looking back in 3 months and ltfao at Swede's antics.

Ken, dhenson has already posted the link: https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-22

I have some options that expire in just over an hour and as it stands right now I don't know if I'm going to put any more money towards this project.

Please re-assure me and the other investors that your claims are genuine by posting additional evidence.

Thanks for that!

So, each Jupiter will use 4x100GH/s chips at <=1000W, each chip using a 55x55 package.

Each chip is thus 250W, so I will expect them to use a cooler the size of a graphics card, per chip.

On 250W, we can fit about 16.667 of AMC's chips (let's say 15W each), for a rated performance of 16.667x16=266.667 GH/s.

You know, like someone said, "the devil is in the details" Grin

Great news!  Grin

I agree with your analysis. The 'old timers' holding their positions is very revealing.

At current prices, this could be the last great buying opportunity for those that are fleet of foot.

You consider that 'analysis'? Pure conjecture. There are no 'old timers' in this. The old timers make their money in the real world, 10-20% compounding pa. This is small beans and no-one here, excepting me, knows what they are on about.

Do not put anymore into this venture until you see the goods. 20-30% of those still holding are unable to get to their terminal or haven't found out yet what has gone down today. So tomorrow - more selling. Don't throw good money after bad.

This post has confirmed to me that you are trolling or possibly an ego maniac who likes the sound of his own typing. Please don't address me again.
318  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMC]-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 28, 2013, 11:51:58 PM
We need an AMC blog or something like that, because the FUD here is just insane. Even when I try to answer questions being raised, it'll be lost on all that gets thrown around.

The questions about the number of shares have been asked and answered over and over again, simply because they get lost in here.

Vbs, looking at the latest share holder list, what is your feeling for what has transpired today? Is the total number of investors down? Have any share holders grown their position? Is there anything else that can be guessed/inferred from the figures?

Long-term inverstors kept their shares, even with the possibility of jumping ship. That says alot.

The fact the thread has been filled with so much FUD for the last 24h makes me believe there's been a huge effort to take the price down, making unexperienced investors sell their shares as cheaply as possible. This is a great deal for manipulators, as the can buy into AMC at a low price, while the unexperienced have already paid the .0025, helping fund the NRE.

Anyone that bought from Ken at .0025 and already sold, just gave away that opportunity.

So, basically AMC delivers very exciting news, but the price goes all the way down? Yeah, right!!! Roll Eyes

I agree with your analysis. The 'old timers' holding their positions is very revealing.

At current prices, this could be the last great buying opportunity for those that are fleet of foot.
319  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMC]-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 28, 2013, 11:32:50 PM

the thread today has made me wonder how many people who trade on these unregulated exchanges have any experience on regulated ones.

Where is the fun in selling to the experienced and cautious? We'd still be at 0.0005 if it wasn't for the muppets.

'Muppet' is also a legacy finance metaphor.
