What is the best way to make this right then? What i am trying to figure out is how can Ken gain shares of AMC for his contributions.

We need to see-

1) A resolution of the VMC issue. VMC needs to be absorbed into AMC so that Ken cannot declare AMC bankrupt and walk off with all our investment capital in VMC. He could do that legally right now it seems (though I may be wrong) and he could retire on the proceeds of VMC.

2) Hard evidence. Contracts, orders, video of the AMC setup, offices, mining machines, chips.

3) We need to know more about Ken. He needs to come out of the shadows if he expects us to invest millions of dollars in him and his expertise and ideas. We don't even have a photo of the man or any hard evidence that he is a real person let alone a competent entrepreneur.

Personally I would say everyone doesn't need to get out. We need to give AMC a chance to survive incase it is a genuine outfit - which it could be. Ken has promised some movement over the next few days. The smart thing to do it cover your outlay by selling a portion of your investment. Don't leave yourself massively exposed, sell a portion to get some capital back and hold the rest. This has always been a gamble so risk only what you can afford to loose.

Furthermore, the "shares" offered on Bitfunder are not ownership stakes in AMC.

From the "Private Placement Memorandum" on Bitfunder (https://bitfunder.com/asset/AMC#pane_profile, which is only presented as a jpg, so I have to retype the content):
