No-no, dont bet on Green. He will lose anyway  Grin that want simply be a subday walk for Makhachev. I think Green would struggle more than Hooker.  Grin

I am disappointed with Makhachev not fighting Dariush. If Makhachev wins, his next fight could be a title fight against Oliveira. But now, we would have to wait for half a year for next fight and probably would see a title fight only next year. Respect to Makhachev for accepting Green as an opponent. He could have cancelled this fight, as he might lose and risk missing a spot in title race, and let Green get top5 place.

I know I know...  Lol.  I think I’ve made enough dumb bets like that because I’d think that the match could be closer and so it’s a value bet for the underdog.  I mean if you watch the matches they did come out ending close but still ending with an L.  Still ended up losing the bet.  -_-  But this underdog spot for Alvarez tho, I think he could win.  He is yuuge for a light weight.

Here’s a couple of vids.  Enjoy!

Edit:  Alvarez down to 2.75 now from 3.35.  It could go down to 2.30 - 2.50 by Saturday imo.
3002  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ron token(PREDICTION) on: February 22, 2022, 05:21:24 PM
Ron token is a very new token to be honest. And i noticed in trading view as of now it was listed only in OKEX ? correct me if i am wrong..

By the way i just want to share my simple technical analysis for Ronin..

Here's the image.

It's so easy to understand to be honest. Wherein if the price respect the demand zone it means there will be another higher highs in the future which is around almost $4,  However if it will breaks out for sure its a big news because there will be another all time high.

But i suggest dont expect too much because usually there's always a factor that can change the direction of the price in the market.. Be smart enough if you already have a good profits..  Wink

Nothing is a sure thing so if somebody were to to ask you to give a percentage of how likely it is that RON could hit 4 USD within 6 months, what would it be?  You think it could be more than a coin flip?

Can you predict this token for me like the price(future) and the developer of it?

I'm newbie in crypto I only know axie infinity so that's why i ask if I have future with this

No predictions here but to be honest with you it doesn’t look good but everything in crypto isn’t looking good right now.  But with RON, the price shouldn’t go below the red bar.  That’s support and it could obv go way lower than that if support breaks.  What you want to see is it breaks above those two green bars.  That’s resistance.  And if price breaks above the higher green bar then goes lower to retest but holds, that’s when resistance becomes support.  I’d buy more if that happens.  But that’s just me...  not financial advice.  I suck at this.

3003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: February 22, 2022, 04:36:33 PM
^  That’s the thing with City, lots of chances but it tends to get stale at the attacking third because of the lack of directness and intensity.  I think having a pure striker could fix it.  They’ve been missing a critical piece in the puzzle...  A player like Aguero.  You’ll get what I’m saying during the quarter finals or the semi finals of the CL or maybe the finals if they get there.  Just watch.

So yeah, they could acquire either Kane or Haaland during the summer.
If losing a striker is purely Manchester City's problem then I think Halaand is one of the more possible players for them compared to Kane. I don't see Kane fitting into Guardiola's strategy but it seems Halaand is much more suited to that position for Manchester City. Yes, I also think they need that striker to make them appear more convincing in various competitions.

Manchester City are now under pressure because I believe Liverpool will continue to do their best to deny City the title this season. There have been some tough games for them to play and now we don't lose hope of seeing City lose and drop points again.

Pep and Txiki prolly knows best and if they’re going for Harry Kane again this summer then they prolly have solid plans for him.  But I’m with you.  I’d like to see Haaland play in the EPL be it at City, Chelsea or wherever.  United?  Lol.

And there’s still a decent number of football games from now to the end of the season.  There was somebody in the other EPL thread that said City had it in the bag or almost.  I’d start thinking yes if it’s April and City is ahead by at least 9 points.  City could  lose momentum.
3004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 22, 2022, 04:28:37 PM
^  Yeah maybe I’m wrong and maybe Bobby Green could make the match closer than how the bookies lined it but a better comparison for Makachev is the Nunes of old when she was still rising in the ranks and still staking her claim in the UFC.  And Makhachev could be something special...  Kinda like Khabib was.

...  Maybe if I hadn’t lost in the last couple of events I’d make a small bet on Green.  But no, I promised myself no more leaks.  Lol.  My most confident underdog bet would be Alvarez.  The line went from 3.35 to 2.80.
3005  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: February 22, 2022, 02:45:54 PM
Here are the next set of games taking place on Wednesday 23rd February 2022:

Burnley vs Tottenham Hotspur

Watford vs Crystal Palace

Liverpool vs Leeds United

Here is the Premier League able as it currently stands:

~snip

Burnley stunned Brighton with a 0-3 victory to boost their chances of staying up but they face Tottenham who could go joint 5th if they win the game.

Watford can put all the pressure back on to Newcastle and Everton if they manage to get 3 points against Crystal Palace who have won 3 and lost 3 of their last 6 Premier League games.

Liverpool need a win to keep pressure on Manchester City but Leeds are getting close to the relegation zone and would be happy with a point a draw would give them.
Burnley will fight as hard as they can not to drop points to keep them in the premier league because they need 5 more points to move up to 17th position to displace Newcastle who sit in a safe position from the relegation zone.
Watford are also like that, they are only 4 points away from Newcastle. In that match, Watford looked like it would be easy to secure points against Crystal Palace because the match was played at home to Vicarage Road Stadium.

Here’s the thing, was that 0 - 3 win a fluke or are we starting to see a new Burnley?  How will they do against Tottenham?  I think it was a fluke win, dunno...  I didn’t watch the match but basing it on form it could be a fluke.  And they’re going against an above average squad next with Tottenham.  The books prolly over reacted cos the line for Burnley team totals under .5 goals is 2.34.  Looks good at plus money imho.

^  Yeah I feel like Makhachev could make it look really easy.  I wonder that lines are gonna be for Makhachev win R1 and R2.  I think anything above 3.00 is value imho.  Same with the under 2.5 rounds, I feel like anything over pickem odds is good.  All in all it’s another chalky event.

And yup, Walker is kek these says.  There was a time everybody thought he was going to be this top prospect who could beat Jon Jones at the time.

The fight was against Beneil Dariush, but instead, we get Bobby Green, but respect to Bobby Green, because just like you I think this could be an easy fight for Islam Makachev that is a 4 times Combat Sambo Russian National champion, and Bobby Green was beaten by Rashid Magomedov that is a runner-up on the Combat Sambo Champion,

Johnny Walker needs to be free from the clutches of his trainers, or coaches, he is not the same Walker that I have seen back then, I think he needs to be himself.

Dunno..  I still think Makhachev gets an easy win, kinda like how he fought and won vs Dan Hooker.

Anyway I’m still sad Makhachev‘s not fighting Dariush.  Winning vs Dariush would clinch him a title shot.  I’m not sure if he’ll be given a title shot after winning vs Green.  Sad

^  Walker isn’t as good as he was hyped to be imho.  And obv, everybody could see that gets KO’d easy.  The guy ain’t got no chin.  He was KO’d by Corey Anderson who isn’t really known for knocking people out.

Yup, right on the money. He was definitely overhyped in a division that had slim pickings, so it was more of him being in the right place at the right time to get all of that attention than anything else.  We mostly get that in divisions that had a sudden power vacuum when both Jones and Gustafson exited. This has fastly become one of the least interesting divisions. Even HW has more going for it these days.

It actually has become more interesting with 4 prospects on the rise and the belt held by somebody who wouldn’t be champ for long I don’t think.

I didn't expect this outcome in first round, but it seems hype is real about Jamahal Hill and he is going up on rankings in light-heavyweight division very soon.
I remember how people were excited about Johnny Walker after he come from Dana Whiote Contender Series, than he continued with three wins in UFC, but he is falling down since than.
Maybe next fight for Jamahal Hill could be Magomed Ankalaev, but this will obstacle will be much harder to pass Smiley

Nooo.  It’s too early for those guys to go at it.  Match them up with the likes of Blachowicz, Anthony Smith and Thiago Santos to keep the weight class a little more interesting.  Grin
3008  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Crash in The Next 2 Weeks? on: February 21, 2022, 04:56:21 PM
Someone wrote this on Twitter, how true is it?

Quote
Biden's regulation will knock it out the next 2 weeks. Stock Market crash will intensify the pain in March. After that, I'll buy.

Who’s the guy?  You have to question the tweet cos he thinks regulation will knock it out, so meaning it’s not getting back up for a little while.  If that’s the case, what’s he saying?  When is he buying..?

From what I’m seeing, I think crypto will happen like how the online poker industry was basically killed in the US which was highly unregulated before the UIGEA.  After UIGEA the big sites stopped accepting US based players and could only operate in states where online poker is legal.  I mean it’s still around but it isn’t the same.  Players in the US can’t play vs players from outside the US.  I don’t even think they could play vs players outside the state they’re in.  Lol.  But as far as crypto goes, it’s gonna be the exchanges that’s going to be the likely targets and they’ll take a big hit.

^  Leeds would def be easy pickings for Liverpool imho.  I could see them score at least three goals.  If there’s a draw in their next 4 matches, it could be vs West Ham imho.

^  As I said before, there’s still a lot of fooball left to play.  There’s still a chance City gets into somewhat of a lull which would def give Liverpool the opportunity to catch up.  It’s still only Feb and Liverpool has two games less played than City.  Def they have a chance.  I’d start thinking it’s over around April or mid April.  Klopp can’t just give up now.  I mean imagine if he had the same attitude.  That would suck.

Even if Liverpool wins both outstanding games, they will still be 6 points behind Manchester City, and if you think PEP would risk a 6-point advantage in February, you are mistaken; some clubs can bottle a 6 point league in February, not City, they are Europe's most consistent team. They hardly ever drop points.

Liverpool just down by three points now assuming they win the postponed fixture.  Smiley  City plays Everton away next so that’s good but then they play vs United next after that which could slow down their momentum.  If you’re a Liverpool fan it would’ve been nice to play them right away.  Kinda something like striking while the iron is hot.  Lol.  But yeah..  It looks like it’s going to be a close one.

As a defender of Bitcoin Maxis to some extent this guy goes too hard most of the time, though he is also usually right.  But in THIS case?  I would be willing to bet he is not looking deeply enough.

It will be shown, most likely, that they went in and out of Monero at some point, but any details as to those things will only come from outside leaks.  In other words they may have gone into Monero via some dark market, or exchange... but how many DETAILS will we see.

Using Monero cannot fix dumb.  But I bet if you look deeply there will bhe some pretty big holes in the data round those orange places on the flow chart!

Meh, grubles is just one of those guys who think BTC should be the end all and be all in crypto.  I mean I get it, BTC is good at what it does.  But saying that everything else is a scam?  Kek.  That’s dumb.  I used to think like him but there’s just so much more in the space than BTC.  And they better be careful, some other coin could flip it at CMC.

So...  Looking at different charts, do you think this is it for now?
3014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: February 20, 2022, 04:33:45 PM
That's actually a great change in my opinion too. In this way we will have more diversity in strategies for qualies and also small teams can fight for top 10 but this is just on paper as we still have to see the first quali of the year in order to understand how this new cars will perform from Q1 to Q3 and then we can see how Q2 will affect the Q3 and probably start of the race as well.

Not sure if I like the change.  I guess it’s good for the teams cos it makes tire strategies simpler and more straight forward at quali...  They just slap on the fastest tires on then go.  But then again I liked the way it was when a team couldn’t just slap on any tire cos they’d have to think of which tire to start the race.  The tire rule gave quali some depth.

Does anybody want to fork this thread and start another one?  If yes, I vote coinlocket$ as thread starter.

Top prospects at 205 right now are Rakic, Prochazka, Ankalaev and Hill who’ll be in the top 10 after winning bs Walker.

Anyway it looks like Bobby Green stepped up to fight Makhachev next weekend.  Fight to watch for this event is Tsarukyan vs Alvarez imo.  Alvarez being disrespected by the books here at 3.35.  The guy is huge for LW so he got the size advantage and prolly the strength advantage.  And his striking improved by a lot.

3016  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shiba Inu Launches Shibarium Soon on: February 19, 2022, 03:24:23 PM
It is true that shiba inu project creators all end up working hard to find a way to make it relevant so that it wouldn't die. However, it is just a shit coin that is disguised as memecoin and it would never mean anything even if there is a future for it. I personally feel like people should be able to see it from a mile away that they are horrible and shouldn't spend their money on it. Don't get me wrong, you could get in and out for trading, you could do that for almost every single coin and token but not long term investment.

Just because some people who invested early on doesn't make the price of shiba make any sense, we had plenty of projects that went up, then got destroyed in the long run, shiba will be exactly like them.

Sure but think of this.  They are going to launch an L2 and if it’s a success and it sucks in billions in TVL, with more projects in the pipeline, justifying its market cap...  Would you still say that’s it’s still just another shitcoin?  This isn’t a dig on you or anybody.  I really am wondering.  When does a coin stop from being a shitcoin and start being a good project?

And it’s funny because I don’t think SHIB is an accident.  I mean should we really think that a group of crypto bros took it from nothing to billions in market cap?  Somebody is behind this imho.

Wouldn’t it be good if FJ had something like the Majestic 7 for the UFC...
Yeah for sure, FortuneJack should bring something like Majestic7 UFC MMA promotion, or rename it whatever they like.
I don't know if they are interested doing that or they are just willing to give up the battle against Stake over UFC Smiley

I think it’s prolly because the UFC doesn’t really have a huge fan base among degens in crypto.  At least maybe from FJ’s perspective.  I think people gambling at the site mostly bet on ball games which I’m sure football has the biggest market in the world.  Esp the World Cup...  Oof, yuuuge.  So it’s easier for the site to focus on that.

But still...  At least consider it Tornike.  Grin
3018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 19, 2022, 02:38:29 PM
OK, it's confirmed that we have fights for this weekend after weight-ins and it was intense main event face-offs.
If you think UFC is paying fighters good money than you should listen what Kevin Lee has to say after he signed up for Khabib's Eagle FC promotion.
He is getting more money from Eagle FC than some champions fighters are making in UFC, so now you know why Jake Paul made that diss track about Dana White.
Kevin Lee is fighting with Diego Sanchez on March 11 at Eagle FC 46 event in Miami Florida.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UycLZUh7Mhc

I haven’t watched the vid but quick reaction...

I agree that the UFC should pay more but did Kevin Lee say how much he’s exactly being paid and which UFC champions are being paid less than him?  I mean would a smaller organization like Eagle FC really pay Kevin Lee more than what he’s being paid in the UFC?  Dunno...  It sounds potato to me.  But I really hope it makes Dana pay his fighters more.

Here are the weigh ins and the results.  I didn’t know Daukas vs Pickett was at catch weight, 195...  That could play in Pickett’s hands.

Benitez missed weight by a couple of pounds.  Onama is prolly my most confident pick after weigh ins.

And Chas Skelly didn’t really look good on the scale and he’s had a long lay off.  So Streigl could prolly get lucky here.  I’m more comfy going for the under tho.
