I played DICE! and this is one of my favorite game due to its simplicity. I remember one time, I only have a couple of XRP and luckily I manage to double it  Cheesy. Never tried other games.

A know some casinos who have different games to play with sports bet too and that makes the site more entertainment.
What about sportsbet? Most probably, I'll try this one too!
3002  Economy / Services / Re: Digital Portrait Drawings! | BTC|ETH|XRP|LTC|BCH Accepted on: June 03, 2020, 11:42:54 AM
This is something to be proud of, I have seen artworks in different places but yours is something special with a stylus of your own making. People are luck to have such offers with that appreciated art, and in a safer way of utilizing you skills.
Thank you for appreciating my artworks. I will be more than happy if you are going to share it with your colleagues and friends. Also, wearing a mask is not necessary when making a digital drawing  Wink
3003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PAGCOR waiting for the approval to reopen land-based casinos. on: June 03, 2020, 08:45:53 AM
This data certainly doesn't give a good picture because the number of infection is rising on daily basis in Philippines. At this time, if non-essential businesses are allowed to operate, that would cause additional risks to the public health.
Here is the official website of the Department of Health in our country; this will give you an accurate statistics regarding the cases of viral outbreak.

*This is not updated*

Looking at the graph, there are still a large number of people who has not yet been tested and this implies that allowing mass gatherings will surely compromise the healthy safety of the people. In fact, we don't have any control of governments' verdict whether they allow them or not. If in turn they allow this; a strict compliance to guidelines must be enforced.

The sad thing is, there is a decrease of fun and enjoyment inside these land based casino, there is nothing we can do but to adopt "New nomal" until there is a vaccine.

Wow your answer is the best I think. As a newbie member you have much knowledge about Forum. I want to be notify via email. I want to know how do I create flash light notification on my mobile. When anyone reply it will be known by flash light on my phone immediately in a second.
You will be notified via email by default, the email you have provided when you registered in this forum will serve as your notification when someone makes a post or reply to the thread you have posted before. The proximity light differs from every phone and i don't think that there is a way to activate that function using email.

Create a telegram account and try these method instead.

3006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online casino searches at "all time high" during lockdown on: June 02, 2020, 07:47:15 AM
Absolutely! People stays at home and they are more likely going to find some ways in order to kill time.

Perhaps at the moment, casino operators should boost the campaign about provably fair to the mainstream people.
Agree to this! Do you guys think that having an advertising campaign specifically here in bitcointalk can really boost the exposure of these newly created gambling site or casino? Just curious though  Huh
3007  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin hits $10k, Coinbase goes down (again) on: June 02, 2020, 07:14:08 AM
LOL! This always happen when the price is starting to gain traction, I remember the exchange we are using in our country, the maintenance happens every time at the very short notice.

The naysayers says that this is happening because they are not going to profit from it. Care to explain?
3008  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Is it secured? on: June 01, 2020, 11:24:41 PM
I've already created a legacy wallet since my bitcoin address start in "1" or standard wallet. Is it worth it to create a new one because segwit is better?

Or is it possible to change my current wallet to a segwit?
You need to create another standard wallet because the script type of your bitcoin address depends on the seed you are using. So, you need another set of seed phrase to transition from p2pkh (legacy)  to p2sh (nested segwit)

@DroomieChikito will also work but it is more likely to be advanced.
3009  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: no funds received in electrum wallet but confirmed transactions on: June 01, 2020, 11:59:01 AM
You've got no issues in the server right since it shows color green and I assume that you verified your Electrum wallet. Try some of these troubleshooting method.

[1] If you are using MacOS, then there is a possibility that the anti virus you are using (if there's any) is blocking access of the electrum. Sometimes it is just a "false positive" files. Try disabling the AV.

[2] Try to see if theres is any available balance in "Show Addresses" tab. You will see the UTXO's there. Take a look also at the "History Tab" if it shows the transaction.
3010  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Is it secured? on: June 01, 2020, 11:40:22 AM
Personally, integrating the hardware wallet with Electrum is the best option to consider if you want to have a good security. Other than that, making sure that your seed phrase is secured from threat such as flood, fire, physical stress etc..

Laminating the paper that I used and keeping them from a secured place like closet is my best bet. You can also use metal seed storage if you have extra peso.

Try to switch the server you are using.

Electrum uses the "auto connect" feature by default.
3012  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: This forum is much more than just signature campaigns... on: June 01, 2020, 07:49:52 AM
~snip~
Hmm, I understand you if you are acting like that every time you don't have a sig campaign becuse I once became like you lol Cheesy. But I realized that I have a wromg mindset. Because if you are really willing to learn and to help somebody, you will do it not because something pushes you but because you want it.
Well, If I feel that I can confidently help the user from his queries, then I will not hesitate to reply even if I don't get paid with bitcoin. Helping and educating people is still the very best thing we can do in this community whether we will get paid or not isn't it?
3013  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As a Beginner in this Forum on: June 01, 2020, 06:57:52 AM
So you want to learn the technicalities of bitcoin and also price speculation (trading) at the same time? If yes, then my personal advice is to focus on one thing before going to the next. If you start reading the whitepaper and mastering it before doing anything else, you'll most likely do better than most starters
Maybe this would work for people who has a deep backround in programming, understanding the whitepaper will be quite more difficult to grasp if you do not know how to read basic syntax used in programming language. I myself is having this difficulty  Sad "Mastering bitcoin" is a good resource and I am currently using this as a reference to understand technicalities embedded in the technology. It is useful since the audience of the book is versatile meaning it can be a good resource for programmers and end user.

Here are my favorite additional resources:

The early bird catches the worm.  Grin
Gave both of you 1 worm!  Cheesy

I never thought that my username has a meaning in your language. Well, to be honest "Maus" is derived from "Mouse" or "daga" in Filipino language due to the fact that I am afraid of rodents.

Sorry for being Off - topic, it is nice meeting people here. Thanks for a warm welcome.
3015  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Where did these Bitcoins end up? on: June 01, 2020, 04:09:07 AM
Simply paste it on walletexplorer and if your deposit address belongs to wallet [00000014ea] (walletexplorer link) where the address in OP belongs;
then you can safely assume that it's at Coinbase (if OP's claim is real).
How did you find the [00000014ea]? And how did you know that it belongs to coinbase even though I understand that it just an assumption.

So let's say, I want to know if the address belong to any exchange. I will just paste the bitcoin address in the wallet explorer?

Hello, I got notified because of TryNinja's bot. I am from Philippines and I don't have any idea of "DACH" or "DACH area". Can you please enlighten me?

It is nice meeting you all.

These are some phenomenal artwork that you do it with so much passion and looks amazing. You have now some of the kids in my bldg as fans as have showed your work to them. With the help of this kids I also got it drawn some painting but that was for other purpose. One of kids who is 7 years innocently asks me will this person help me to learn how he makes it  Smiley
Hi! Thank you for appreciating my artworks and for showing them to the kids in your building. I'll be creating video content on how to create a digital portrait soon maybe in youtube channel. Tell them that they should keep harnessing their drawing skills so that they are able to create realistic drawings in the future.

It seems that they have a potential to create more beautiful artworks  Shocked. I remember when I was a kid, I used to draw cartoons similar to that to practice my freehand drawing skills  Cheesy. Much appreciated.

@Coin_trader, I have sent you the work in progress of your commission drawing, I think I would be able to deliver it you via email shortly.
3018  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone heard of the Sugi Card? on: May 31, 2020, 03:34:14 AM
How can they store the private key in a secured manner in a flat like credit/debit card?  Cheesy while the Ledger devices stored it with the use of PCB board and microchips? Furthermore, I will not sacrifice using cable or bluetooth (if you want wireless) to NFC just to verify and sign my transaction.

3019  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Different components of a transaction (Informative) on: May 31, 2020, 02:42:33 AM
Transaction data does not include a timestamp.
As far as I know, timestamp is included in all block explorers. Some explorers indicate the "received time" of the transaction.

This is only the case if you have 1 BTC in a single UTXO. In that case, you have to spend the whole UTXO and get 0.95 back as change. If, however, you have 1 BTC in your wallet but it is split among several UTXOs, then your wallet does not need to spend the whole amount, but rather the minimum amount of UTXOs to make up 0.05 BTC.
Yep this is possible if the wallet supports the "coin control" feature in which the user can freely select UTXOs' as an input to cover the required amount.

Change Address
It's normal as fiat changes. If you have 1 BTC in your wallet and you want to send 0.05 BTC to your friend, the total amount will be used as input but the change of 0.95 BTC (minus fee) will be sent to your change address.
@tranthidung is correct. If the "Use change addresses" is selected in tools, the remaining balance will be automatically sent to one of your unused "change address". If it is not selected or unchecked in tools menu, the remaining balance will automatically sent into one of your unused "receiving address" without indicating your address in the payment field if you are using Electrum wallet.
3020  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum asked for my password but now it doesn't, I don't remember it anyway on: May 30, 2020, 10:18:40 AM
It doesn't require a password because you will need to connect your Nano S to be able to send and sign transactions. Your Nano S is your password.  Grin
Thanks for the clarification.

I just thought of exploring the encryption out of curiousity if it involves the use of hardware wallet. So, I guess I don't need to bother with the encryption of the wallet anymore because it is encrypted with Ledger. This method only works if you just created the wallet and written down the seed.  Shocked
