Out of curiosity, what site did they recommend using when you used a US location on the VPN?
casino(dot)intertops(dot)eu

I am able to, but so far no mentions of any countries anywhere on the site, including FAQ.
The information is available in their terms and conditions.
People from Belgium, Curacao, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Spain, United States and United Kingdom are prohibited from registering on the website.

Also, any geo-blocking issues for players to be concerned about?
To check this, I just opened the website using a VPN with United States IP and got the following message.

Quote
We are sorry but unfortunately dPlay casino is not available to players from your jurisdiction. Please consider the following operator who has been carefully chosen for your region.

According to their terms and conditions, people from United States of America and its territories, United Kingdom, Thailand, France, Curacao, Estonia and Netherlands are not allowed to use their service.

@OP, is there any post by theymos, where he approved and acknowledged your bugs publicly or it was all through PMs ?
According to requirements of security bounties, people are not allowed to publish the security bugs publicly.
Security bugs must be reported through email to a specific address and that's probably what krishnaverma did to be eligible for the reward.

Quote from: Security bounties
You must report the bug to the bugs email address listed on the contact page. You must not publish it elsewhere or share it with anyone else.
3004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading on ethereum - no tokens in tokens tab but transactions exist? on: September 25, 2021, 03:22:55 PM
I noticed an address that trades tokens but does not have them as usual in the tokens tab and generally does not show that it has them
Can you share the address? (If you don't mind about your privacy leak, of course)

Note that even if a bug causing your tokens to not show in a block explorer like etherscan, there is nothing to worry about.
What matters is that if the tokens are shown in your wallet or in the decentralized exchange you connect your wallet to. You may need to add the token details manually.
3005  Economy / Reputation / Re: Suspected Hero and Legendary account fraud on: September 24, 2021, 09:06:41 PM
.............but then why you didn't even think of changing the password?
Even if the buyer changes the password, that wouldn't be helpful. The seller can easily change the password via email.
If the buyer changes the email address, an email is sent to the previous email address and allow the real owner to lock the account.

To OP:

What's the error you get when trying to login?
Does it say the password is incorrect? Or the account is locked?
3006  Other / Archival / Re: Binance introduces KYC for all users on: September 24, 2021, 08:54:16 PM
..........I hope this is not a bug from their side.
It's not a bug. That's how it should be. The withdrawal limit is 100 BTC per day for all verified accounts.
The 50,000 dollar you are referring to is fiat withdrawal limit and should still apply to your account. That can be increased to 200,000 dollar per day if you become a "Verified plus" user.

3007  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Is it possible to cancel a transaction with false RBF? on: September 24, 2021, 07:40:51 PM
2. CPFP fee bumping by the receiver
In my opinion, this is a good idea especially if the network is congested.
Assuming the network is very congested and the original transaction has a very low fee, there's the possibility that your transaction drops from the mempool due to the limit size of 300 MB. If that happens, the hacker won't have any difficulty to broadcast a new transaction.
If you implement CPFP and increase the effective fee, you can make the hacker's work more difficult.

Also note that CPFP can be implemented by the sender if there's a change in the transaction.
3008  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Is it possible to cancel a transaction with false RBF? on: September 24, 2021, 03:07:20 PM
Always priority by the miners to be accepted are those higher fees if you will double send transactions.
Not always. Miners prioritize the transaction paying a higher fee, only if the transaction broadcast earlier has been flagged as RBF.

In the case there are two unconfirmed transactions with same input(s) and the original transaction (the one made earlier) hasn't been flagged as RBF, the original transaction is likely the one that will be confirmed. (It's possible that the transaction made later will be confirmed, but that's very unlikely)
If the original transaction has been flagged as RBF, miners will probably pick the replacing transaction. (It's possible that the original transaction gets confirmed, but that's very unlikely).
3009  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Is it possible to cancel a transaction with false RBF? on: September 24, 2021, 02:52:16 PM
If someone has hacked my wallet and has the private keys, can he replace my transaction (non RBF) before confirmation?
The hacker can make a new transaction including same input(s). It's very unlikely that a  miner includes the new transaction in a block, but that's possible.
Nodes usually reject a transaction including UTXOs that have already been spent in a non-RBF transaction even if the original transaction is still unconfirmed.
3010  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: I have a multibit wallet and I don't see any funds on: September 22, 2021, 09:34:26 PM
Then I guess I go to the 'receive' page and click on the 'New address' tab and I provide this to Coinfloor as an address to send me the Bitcoin to this wallet.  Am I doing this correctly?
You can also go to "Addresses" tab and see all your addresses.
If "Addresses" tab is not available, you can click on "View" at top of the window and select "Show addresses".

I see that that address it's generated is only available for 1 day.  But once there's Bitcoin in it I presume it  becomes permanent?
All bitcoin addresses are permanent. They will work forever, even if they don't receive any bitcoin.
The expiry time you see there is used only for knowing whether the sender has sent the fund in time or not. Ignore it.

what are you saying? Are you kidding me? Delete? I bought Fun token and I savings them in site. I'm Premium User. My Fun Tokens???
I'm not the admin. It was just my guess based on what some abusers experienced with their accounts. ([1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]). It may be wrong.
Wait. TheQuin (Freebitco's admin) will probably respond you.

I'm Sure entering correct email and password And I didn't create several accounts.
Did you try logging in to your account using your bitcoin address (the address you set as your default withdrawal address)?

3012  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: September 21, 2021, 07:58:18 PM
I entered my email and my password but it said incorrect login details.
If you are sure that you are entering the correct email address and password, one possibility is that your account has been removed due to abusing the website.
Didn't you register multiple accounts? If so, that's probably why you can no longer access your account(s).
3013  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Question about the seed words and their safety on: September 20, 2021, 07:34:01 PM
If you have all 24 words in one place and the paper is stolen, the thief steals your bitcoin.
If you have 12 words in one place and the other 12 words in another place and someone steals one of the papers, the thief can't steal your bitcoin.

In both cases, your coins are lost.

A solution is to create a multi-signature wallet. The other solution that comes to mind is to generate a SLIP39 seed.
The simplest solution is to have 2 copies from each of the 12 words. Keep the first 12 words in places A and B and the second 12 words in places C and D.
3014  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance decreased withdrawal limits for basic verified users. on: September 19, 2021, 01:57:15 PM
And I am not sure why Binance have changed it from 3 levels into 2.
They have removed "Basic" verification, because according to their new rules, unverified users (those who have not uploaded any document) won't be able to use their service and there is no point in having that tier of verification.
The "Intermediate" verification has been changed to "Verified".
The "Advanced" verification has been changed to "Verified Plus".

Updates to Terminologies
3015  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is double spending a threat to bitcoin adoption growth? on: September 18, 2021, 09:21:39 PM
Once the transaction is confirmed at least 1 time, there is nearly no chance for double-spend unless the scammer has paid a miner to confirm the transaction. Such things do happen, right?
Even if someone pays a miner and ask them to confirm such a transaction, that wouldn't be helpful.
A block including such a transaction won't be accepted by nodes and other miners won't add any block to the chain including that block.
If a transaction has been confirmed, for a successful double-spending, the miner needs to have a significant amount of hashrate.
3016  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is double spending a threat to bitcoin adoption growth? on: September 18, 2021, 08:10:26 PM
or you state that RBF must be disabled to allow zero confirmation transactions
To add to o_e_l_e_o's post:

In addition you should check the RBF status of the transaction, you should always check whether the transaction has RBF-enabled unconfirmed parents or not.
In the case the parent transaction is unconfirmed and flagged as RBF, it can be replaced by a new transaction and makes the main transaction invalid. This can be easily done even if the main transaction hasn't been flagged as RBF.
3017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is double spending a threat to bitcoin adoption growth? on: September 18, 2021, 07:44:52 PM
Technically, UTXOs can be double-spent even if the transaction hasn't been flagged as RBF. So, even if RBF feature didn't exist, people would still have to wait for the transactions to be confirmed.
(Sometimes, it's needed to wait for more than 1 confirmation)

So now that bitcoin has been legalized in several countries as legal tender,
Is there any country other than Elsalvador that has accepted bitcoin as a legal tender?
3018  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance decreased withdrawal limits for basic verified users. on: September 18, 2021, 06:06:54 PM
Okay so if you are verified... you are either verified or intermediate verified?  Which is higher then?
The last time I checked my profile on binance, there were three kinds of verification. "Basic", "Intermediate" and "Advanced".
I just checked my account and noticed that now there are two kinds of verification. "Verified" and "Verified plus".

According to their announcement and as stated by Maus0728, if you are "unverified", you won't be allowed to use their service after October, 19.
If you are "verified" or "verified plus", your withdrawal limits will be as shown in the following image.

3019  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can I share a crypto project? on: September 17, 2021, 10:12:07 PM
Your post was deleted by moderators probably because it was made in a wrong board.
According to ninjastic.space, you had made the post in Altcoin discussion which is not appropriate for a token/coin announcement.

Altcoin Discussion - "Discussion of cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin. Note that discussion of how these currencies *relate to* Bitcoin may fit in other categories. ". Generic coin discussion threads or discussion about altcoin prices do not belong here.

You should post in Announcements (Altcoins) if it's a coin announcement and in Tokens (Altcoins) if it's a token announcement.
Also, as suggested by khaled0111, I recommend you to post a more detailed announcement.
3020  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: I have a multibit wallet and I don't see any funds on: September 16, 2021, 09:50:53 PM
Incidentally, I've left my Bitcoin on Coinfloor.  Is that a good course of action?
In the case you are referring to this website, that's an exchange not a wallet.
I haven't ever used this service and I don't know how reputable they are. It may be a good choice for selling and buying bitcoin, but it's not recommended to hold bitcoin on an exchange.

When you hold bitcoin on an exchange, you give all your fund to them and instead they show you a number as your balance. Since you don't have control over keys, you aren't the real owner of the fund.
For holding bitcoin, I recommend you to use a non-custodial wallet like electrum.

Edit:
Thanks Pmalek for noticing the typo.
