Just curious.
I bought a little bit a few months ago, for the first time, for the sole reason that I want to invest in Bitcoins, and get a profit after 5 years, maybe 10 years.
So I would not need to check the price everyday, as it is of no use for me. But I do, can't help it!

Yes, I do checking bitcoins price everyday. I don't know why I can't help it. Even though I don't have many in my wallet. I just check if it's low or higher. That's it. i think this must be done time to time,specially for the holders and traders like us,just like now that bitcoin is so vulnerable,that it can even stand for a single time in growth.i am checking every now and then so if i see the continuous dropping i might full out my investment and transfer to altcoins well, I guess it has become our habit without being noticed. coinmarketcap is the most frequent site I visit to check prices. but, that's an interesting thing, because I'm very happy to see bitcoin prices go up high. |

nope,this is impossible to happen,because bitcoin will replace no nations currencies..virtual currency and physical money are two different things and has different functions.virtual currency will do the faster transaction from country to another country worldwide,while the physical money will do the rest,those transaction that dont needed internets and powers or electricity,no fuel needed but person to person transactions although crypto transactions are very fast, but nowadays, people still prefer cash from online transactions. that is, doing the transaction by way of cash is more satisfactory compared to the fast transaction but have to wait to enjoy it. but either crypto can replace money or not. |

Making predictions about the value of Bitcoin by the end of 2018 is something like telling fortune - you will be mistaken. However, I can admit that it can reach 25K, but not 40K. Well few people believed that bitcoin cam reach 20k by 2017 and it did. One thing with crypto is you can never say never. Prices can boom to record highs very quick, or crash in a finger snap. I'm not saying btc won't hit 40k this year because anything is possible in crypto let's hope for the best this year. if by 2017 bitcoin is able to reach a price of nearly $ 20k, we should be optimistic and think that bitcoin price this year will reach $ 40k. Optimistic nature is the nature of a bitcoiners, right? |

For me, in all honesty, bitcoin has become a profitable work for me, since I am a student and there are limited job offers for me as a minor, Bitcoin has become a resort for me to gain profit, and it is quite amazing since there are tons of possibilities and ways to earn through bitcoin investing.
Since you are a student, i suggest for you to just stay with bitcoin full time because you can earn a lot of money and you don't need to go out anymore because you can just stay at your house and still earn money from your work in bitcoin because there is a lot of opportunities in bitcoin compare to the outside world from the internet. I advise students looking for bitcoin, focus on your current field, and school well, because it may only happen once in your life. you might be able to search for bitcoin in your spare time, or you can find bitcoin after you go to school. but all the options are in your hands. sometimes someone needs more knowledge than money. |

I am so sorry to heard that. Anyway, almost all newbies in trading experienced that kind of loss as i have read here in the forum. Just take it as a lessons to be learned. There will always a next time to all of us, a chance to take back all the losses. Just be extra careful next time in chosing the coins. Take time to read the ann threads and even in the threads in people's opinion.

I do have almost all my savings into bitcoin only. But right now I've learned to diversify my assets even though bitcoin is looking pretty good as of this moment despite the uncertainty as to what path should it take moving forward. To describe my holdings, we don't know what are the events or problems that may occur . Investing all your money in bitcoin is being a crazy one
Yes bitcoin is not a safe investment because of its feature called "volatile" if you want to still earn and be safe in bitcoin then it is best to put an amount that you can afford to lose because sometimes bitcoin is not that good when it comes to investment because sometimes the price go dump very hard and you will lose huge amount of money, will not be a problem if you have a fixed income to finance all off your needs but that would be a concern Basically, all of those investments remain risky, small and large. we should be aware of it before starting it. not just following technological developments, or imitating others. of course it will make you have a greater risk. You're right, you'd better invest in the amount you're ready to lose. because it's all at risk. |

I really don't know until now how do l grow my bitcoin but since l witness my sister that her 1 kind of token was cost $50 and she hold it for less than 2 months and it was cost $50000.So l have the idea how to grow my bitcoin. I will monitor and wait for the price increase. That time l want to buy that coin also but l don't have money. But l got an idea that is 1 way of having a million profit. I do hope that l will be rich soon. so many ways to double the bitcoin you have for now. trading and holding coins is one of the most commonly used ways. I also do that. maybe so many ideas that come to mind, but we need to think about ways that we do not get a loss. |

There are many projects on the market. Bitcoin can be valued in the long term, but in my opinion it is now more profitable to invest in what we see as a brilliant future by researching projects that are new to the market.

Having seen the massive rise of cryptocurrency prices in the previous year, I have seen that if one gets a coin at the right time and holds it before the prices pumps up, there would be huge gains. But then, the frequent bearish attitudes of the markets also affords one some gains.
Among these two strategies, which is better and which d you recommend?
If you have a job and are busy during the day I Would suggest HODLING, if you on the other hand dont have a job and trade full time then my all means trade that ride. i myself have also a job but i can still manage to do trading because trading doesnt mean you to do it everyday or oftenly. i only do trade whenever i see a significant increase on the coin that i hold and that wont happen all the time because they cant just increase substantially due to the fact that cryptos are highly volatile therfor i still do hold. but overall there is nothing better on both holding or trading as they can also be dependable. yes, I think that holding the coins, and trading is a pretty good thing. but the best thing depends on your circumstances. to be honest I keep more coins than trading. but, I do that because I am looking for information about the coin, whether there will be development or not. |

At least prices are no longer as volatile as they were so I know what range its in by guesstimating so i do not need to check Bitcoin price every day but 3 times a week is my minimum.
In fact, checking the bitcoin price every day becomes an activity that must be done for bitcoin users. because, some people do not want bitcoin prices to fall at a low price. so checking the bitcoin price will make us have a low risk in loss. |

Everything is possible within a year but my thought about this is a little different because i am looking on the charts and it seems that this speculative price is not making sense. Let's just say everything has changed including the miners pay, transaction fees, demand and supply, segwit2x, and forks perhaps i would believe his statement but i think it doesn't make sense when he said that it will reach $40k by the end of this year.
of course all possible. but seeing the current price is really down, makes me feel that to reach that price takes some considerable time. the core of this problem is just patience, the more patience you have, the more profit you can get. |
