Well that's funny that you finally showed up.  I called you out on, I think, page two? of this epic thread.  I suspected that you and your gang of money launderers may have paid BCB to try to socially engineer this scam.  It's not really a surprise that your illegal bank would receive an inquiry, since it's illegal.  But I never said anything to anyone except in these forums.  I think I posted the webpage for the state of Georgia in the section, didn't I?  Is that who came to shut you down?  LOL, you are an idiot.

What are you threatening to do here, stupid, you gonna take "Sean's" info and go do something about what you think the truth it?  YOu are goign to come here, after being identified by some government agent, and make a threat against me?  For making a post for the world to see where a bunch of lawyers told you "YEA YOU ARE PROBABLY BREAKING THE LAW".  You go right on and try to social engineer my info from BCB... I saw you coming like a loaded gun.  Which I hold right here in my lap awaiting some dumbass to dare me to stand my ground.

You are a complete and utter fucktard, TF.  Do you think I gave MY actual info to BCB for you to see?  I just feel bad for Sean, but he's got a big gun too so he'll be ready when you come to his house.  God you are stupid.  Now I have evidence of two crimes and the groundwork to send to... who is inquiring about you TF, was it Georgia?  I need to contact them and let them know what you are wanting to do here.  Offering to acquire my contact info.  For what purpose, Tradefortress?  For what purpose would you want *my* contact info?

Man you are the dumbest of the bunch, TF.  You better stop whatever the regulators told you to stop and you had better get a lawyer right now.  And you had better point him to this post so he can defend you to the best of his ability.  You are going to need a top lawyer you stupid stupid person.

LOL. Quoting.
3029  Economy / Lending / Re: Lending Website on: June 28, 2013, 12:21:33 AM
I am thinking of using Back Track 5 to test my system.  Would anyone recommend something different for penetration testing?
You're not going to have any luck using it correctly.

Since Anon136 is not reading this I'll just report here for everyone else.

It was shortly after the Viceroy/buyer started seriously trolling DeathandTaxes/TangibleCryptology's thread that TangibleCryptology received a cease and desist order from the State of Virginia due to a complain letter.

I'm just saying...

Same thing happened to CoinLenders except we do not run an illegal operation, and received a polite email.

Requesting Viceroy==buyer's info.

With regards to the investments, if they do bad, SELLING gets lower dividends. If they do good then, does SELLING get higher dividends?

Rannasha has already posted an explanation, but if you're confused here's another. If they do good, SELLING gets more capital. SELLING pays the capital above a limit determined by the difficulty as dividends. As selling will have more capital, dividends will increase.

For coinchat, originally the CAPTCHA was correcting a misspelt sentence. Like this:

Link?

I don't need to register with FinCEN, I can just block US IPs. I'm sure passthroughs will turn up on bitfunder/btct.co if I do that anyways.

eh no, i'm not gonna dig up a link for it. its a moot point if you're just gonna IP BAN the US users. I figured you would take that route Smiley
Is this what you're talking about? http://www.fincen.gov/news_room/speech/pdf/20130613.pdf
3037  Other / Meta / Re: Is selling malware against the rules of bitcointalk? on: June 27, 2013, 07:09:37 AM
Link? The most recent one I saw was Jun 13th, while the March one specially said Bitcoin is not a currency under BSA.

I don't need to register with FinCEN in any case, I can just block US IPs. The backend is not in the US. I'm sure passthroughs will turn up on bitfunder/btct.co if I do that anyways.

Shouldn't be allowed here, infecting someone's pc is a crime.

This board commits all sorts of crimes like allowing tradfortress to promote his illegal unregisered bank, why start following the law now? (That would be very different).

well technically, his business isn't illegal. up until the recent fincen ruling, he was operating in a legal gray area. due to the latest ruling that bitcoin is governed under fincen, he will have 180 days to register with fincen. however in my opinion there may be additional requirements for his particular business model since it could fall under investment laws. it may be end up being simpler in the long run for him to shut off business in the US and relocate elsewhere. this is all opinion with exception of the statement about fincen. he will for sure have to register with fincen, which isn't a damning edict at all. in fact, he's probably already taken care of it.

What have you been reading?

Quote
An exchanger is a person engaged as a business in the exchange of virtual currency for real currency, funds, or other virtual currency. An administrator is a person engaged as a business in issuing (putting into circulation) a virtual currency, and who has the authority to redeem (to withdraw from circulation) such virtual currency.

Quote
FinCEN’s guidance explains that administrators or exchangers of virtual currencies have registration requirements and a broad range of AML program, recordkeeping, and reporting responsibilities.

CoinLenders is not an exchanger nor administrator.
3039  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is it right to drug our youth against their will? on: June 27, 2013, 06:28:25 AM
I posted a lot of philosophical posts that go against the principles of the government.  I called out the government for importing cocaine.  I had a near death experience when the same cartel cars were circling my friends house.  They made their presence noticed by spray painting THEY KILLED BAMBI Sad and KILLRS, along with GET HIGH NIGGA, referring to Sean (me), who uses drugs spiritually and medicinally, also by riding harleys in groups, revving as they passed the house, for a good 5 months.

I was committed to a psych ward because the doctor thought what I experienced was delusional, when I know for fact I experienced something genuine and real.  They had me on over three different anti-psychotics because I told them the CIA, a secret organization made for securing the United State's power, would have a hit on me.  I saw two CIA agents three houses down from my house, on four occasions.  Once the people in the car, wearing sunglasses and holding up magazine to peak over, walked passed with a dog and a kid after I entered the house.  I saw the same people on several occasions.  More evidence points that it was a real event than that it was in my head.

Police came to my parents house to take me to the hospital for twelve days because I didn't take my medicine, I experienced muscle lost, weight gain and energy loss from it.

Now, I'm forced to take a shot of Invega every month or police could take me to a state prison for three months.  I'm being threatened by two bad things because some people don't want to believe my experiences.  Should other people that believe me be drugged for believing in something that could very possibly not be a delusion, looking at today's society?

I'm concerned with what potential long term effects of Invega my hold.  It's an anti-psychotic, I feel that it directly disables parts of the brain.  I've never taken pharmaceuticals harder than advil and I don't want to start now.

Is it morally sound for these people to shoot me up with a drug, in my body, against my will?
Similar thing happened to a friend in Australia. I told her to move out of the country until the CTO expired.

Proof that it is illegal, tyvm. Oh wait, that's your opinion.
