2281  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: TEMP: Investigation into scotaloo on: July 17, 2013, 12:29:05 PM
Every single bitcoin-accepting VPN provider have their IP's in that database with the same email. Go check it out broskie! Somebody went on a spam-spree a while back.
Which is pretty helpful, so I'd like to thank the spammer. No longer need to take another trip to domaintools to see the VPN provider.

Also we're launching a new website soon, hope you like it!

How's (phishing domain) going? Cheesy
2282  Economy / Services / Re: 0.4 BTC / month free (Best payouts - NO POSTING NEEDED :) on: July 17, 2013, 12:23:24 PM
Can I shorten and turn the inputs.io link into a bit.ly? Like:Inputs.io
[The bit.ly link goes to 1v.io/HeroC]
So:
Inputs.io - instant bitcoin payments & secure wallet
Inputs.io

Any, please pay to: 1HeroCCotNLtJzpEiWGrRkaFSFDBZkF1jG

Let me know if I did it right!

OK, but do you even save any letters?
2283  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: TEMP: Investigation into scotaloo on: July 17, 2013, 12:22:29 PM
Lol, you won't be saying that in a few days.

I know, I won't be saying anything, I'll be posting under other accounts. Wink
Yeah, I suggest not using IPs that appears on stopforumspam with the same email.

2285  Other / Meta / Re: How do I view a list of revisions to posts on this site? on: July 17, 2013, 12:17:56 PM
There seems to a be couple of entries called nuke user in that list, I wonder if this is when all the user info and posts are deleted, as I didn't think a user could be completely removed from the forum?

I believe nuking deletes all posts and bans the user - so their status is also reset to brand new.

How do I view a list of revisions to posts on this site?

I don't think SMF actually stores edits.

Not much in my experience. The bitbattle.me wallet is currently 253MB and i don't see any noticeable impact on system speed or load.
The number of transactions mostly affect speed - luckily it's O(n). Size affects load, but also backups.

If you have a lot of addresses and transactions, eventually you'll need to do something like sharding.

2288  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Inputs.io | Instant Payments | Easy API | Secure Wallet | Offchain | No fees on: July 17, 2013, 07:48:09 AM
GPG auth has been added to Inputs.io. If you enable it, you'll need to decrypt a string using your GPG key in order to sign into Inputs. Simply add your fingerprint in the security tab to enable this feature. However, it's important that you know what you are doing first - we're unable to help at all if you lose your GPG key.

Secondly, we now have a new policy for Tor. We recognize that Tor provides privacy to our users, however it can also be abused to hide account hijacking. New accounts that were registered with Tor will have a flag set, and they will be able to sign in from the Tor network. For all other accounts, Tor cannot be used to sign in.

We've also enhanced our session code to no longer require a consistent IP address if you are using Tor.
2289  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitmit - Bitcoin shopping mall - Bitcoin market place - Bitcoin auction house on: July 17, 2013, 07:47:19 AM
So its been over 24h. This must be a massive DDOS considering the site is not even online anymore. Wink

Bitmit was probably null routed by their host.
2290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: State of the Real Bitcoin Economy on: July 17, 2013, 07:45:06 AM
I am new to Bitcoin so I feel uniquely qualified to add my 02uBTC.
Until the use of Bitcoin is as fast and easy as something like Paypal, it cannot catch on with 'regular' people.  Right now it is just too confusing, difficult and slow.
Try Inputs.io for that.

dooglus is using getaccountaddress probably. Not really a good idea especially when a user is auto created when you visit a site - prepare for a massive wallet.dat.
2292  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lowest Unique Bid Auction - Round 1. Win 1 BTC with 0.01 BTC! on: July 17, 2013, 07:07:25 AM
It should be over now.

Should be- just awaiting the winning announcement. Smiley
Are you hollowinfinity?
2293  Economy / Lending / Re: CoinLenders :: Get bitcoin loans, and earn interest on your deposits! on: July 17, 2013, 07:00:43 AM
Is the site down for maintenance?
No. Having troubles? It works here.
2294  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: TEMP: Investigation into scotaloo on: July 17, 2013, 06:43:12 AM
Guys, just give up.

I'm speaking the truth here, you're investigating a completely unrelated 'phishing ring', LOL! We know what you are talking about, I don't know how you managed to connect the dots but we have nothing to do with that crew.

TradeFortress, BCB, Maged, Psybin, Diamond, none of you people have a single clue whats really going on. We've realized how much of a non-issue this whole thing is, your 'investigation' is completely silly and pointless. You don't have any real evidence or persons of interest.

Trade, sorry to say but all of the information you've purchased from various sources was a complete waste of money, nothing you have is useful, nobody you contacted is useful, continue wasting your time please, this whole 'investigation' is hilarious!
If they're really totally unrelated, why are there links between one of 'their' compromised accounts (acs26) and you? Smiley

And I do have plenty of things you don't know I have, and I certainly aren't going reveal them yet.
2295  Economy / Services / Re: i need websites on: July 17, 2013, 06:27:13 AM
Send me a PM. I can do projects for $80 a hour.
2296  Economy / Lending / Re: CoinLenders :: Get bitcoin loans, and earn interest on your deposits! on: July 17, 2013, 06:25:18 AM
In the "Your CDs" paragraph could you please add a "total"?

I second that.

That would be great, and also a projected total at the end of the CD would be amazing Smiley

pretty please?

Done

How long does the loan approval process typically take? I have an application that's been pending for a few days and I'm just wondering. Thanks.

Sorry, I thought you were Joey because of your name. I'll take a look at it again
2297  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Inputs.io | Instant Payments | Easy API | Secure Wallet | Offchain | No fees on: July 16, 2013, 12:47:12 PM
"Your recovery key is"

Broken or is my recovery key an empty string?

"You don\'t have a username yet!"

Also I deposited my Inputs.IO balance to coinlenders and after 1 minute it still hasn't arrived whereas I thought it would be instant.
PM'd.
2298  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Inputs.io | Instant Payments | Easy API | Secure Wallet | Offchain | No fees on: July 16, 2013, 11:48:34 AM
Why do you mean by "no fee"? It seems that you have to pay fee, if you don't send to an Inputs.io address.
No fee for Inputs.io to Inputs.io transactions. If we pay no fee for blockchain transactions.. well, your transactions aren't going to confirm fast (or at all, if it doesn't meet priority requirements).
2299  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Needs link to building a site that has a BTC wallet on: July 16, 2013, 09:09:26 AM
Why even require a wallet for your site? Use something like Inputs.io's on page payment buttons - when they want to buy something for example, they can make the payment right from their wallet without leaving the page.

A dictionary would
Dictionary attacks don't try 3 letter passwords when the "min password" is 6. Security by obscurity (not defending it).
