3021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins would you invest $ 1,000,000 in? on: January 10, 2022, 02:25:43 PM
Hi everyone!

We are all partly investors, we are trying to find the token that will bring us good x2x5x10... We will scatter our several thousand in different places with the hope of a good income. Feel free to manage your deposit, take into account risk management, etc.
But the situation is interesting, imagine that things are going well and at one point your deposit is $ 1,000,000.
What would you do and how would you behave? What altcoins would he invest in? Perhaps you would keep in stable positions while waiting for a great situation to enter the market?
What altcoin / altcoins would you choose and what would you invest your million in? Huh

I think the best option now, given the risk-to-return ratio, is:

$NEAR

$FLOW

$DOT

1 million dollars is a pretty huge amount and I would not risk it on low potential and low cap coins. I would prefer to invest such an amount in well established coins.
Since we are talking about altcoins I would invest in Ethereum, Binance coin, Solana, MATIC, DOT.
There would be my preference and will split up in below ratio
ETH - 25%
BNB - 15%
SOL - 30%
MATIC - 15%
DOT -15%
3022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you use stable coins? on: January 09, 2022, 02:29:07 PM
I personally don't hold stable coins for a long term. I prefer holding my coins instead.
I only use stable coins when I need to withdraw money into my bank account and that is when stable coins come into picture for me.
On few occasions though, I hold stable coins for 2-3 days when I am actively trading but otherwise no.
3023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how many times will all in Metaverse gain in 2022? on: January 09, 2022, 02:26:40 PM
I think that the time to invest int Metaverse tokens is already over because every other person is talking about it.
If every other person is talking about these tokens it means lots of people would have bought them already.
Not that these tokens won't cross the ATH but I think for the short term we might only be seeing declined prices.
Monitoring these tokens actively and patiently waiting for a good time to buy would be the right thing to do in my perspective.
3024  Local / India / Re: Top Cryptocurrency Providers In India Raided By Tax Officials: Report on: January 09, 2022, 02:20:30 PM
There is nothing wrong with what the CBI did today if you are earning from the cryptocurrency business then you need to pay taxes on those earnings. There is still time to pay those taxes but it has to be done before the march of 2022. In case if anyone has still not filed the ITR then please do so. This was suppose to happen and I assume that the bill will now get passed in the next session of parliament.

I read in an article that WazirX did pay the taxes so that they don't fall under the category of tax evasion but they still did.
A spokesperson from their team said that they paid more tax instead so that they don't get penalized and it was not their intention towards tax evasion.
He also said that it was all because misinterpretation of GST rules which sounds true since there is no clear regulations and law towards crytpocurreny yet.

3025  Economy / Economics / Re: 2022 Savings and investment plan on: January 09, 2022, 12:48:08 PM
I learned a lot from 2021, I was too ambitious for big profits so I invested in new coins so I lost a lot, and in 2022 I will save cryptocurrencies and I use them for staking so I can get 2 benefits, namely rewards and opportunities for big profits because prices go up.

That's a mistake that many of us have done. We aim for high profits and invest in coins which we don't know much about and hence lose money.
But even if you invest in well established coins, it doesn't mean you will make good profits because that depends on how you trade them.
You can buy PoS coins and stake them for a long term which will give you good profits but make sure you are buying potential coins.

I also do think that this is considered as a rookie mistake. Anyone who is relatively new to this kind of setting may create high-hopes of earning large amounts of profits in a given year. But in reality, it really does take some time like your conventional investment methods available (e.g. stocks, golds, bank notes, etc.).

In line with what I just mentioned, creating and making a savings and investment plan may be really effective especially if you can faithfully follow the schedules that you created. In this way, the streamline of activities and investments can be properly maintained and tracked at the same time- which can also avoid any greed or prevent any loss on your part.

That is very true. If a person has good control over himself and follows his schedules properly then he is bound to be successful.
I won't boast but I am good at saving as well and from whatever I earn I can save more than half of it and but the only problem is making good investments.
So far I have only been "investing" in good assets but I have also lost some of it in "trading" which is mostly why I avoid trading these days.
3026  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: January 09, 2022, 12:43:41 PM
I even tried to report this issue on the site but the live support isn't working as well.

I didn't have similar problems... but I guess anything can happen! Yesterday was a day off for many people around the world, one casino even send a notification that support will not work and that people should write an email to them! So maybe it's just that, a day off! You should try again!

Now i am 1 year old olayer of yours Bc.game 😘😘😘😘
i have never faced any problem.Fair and trusted.

I gamble here for a long time as well... shortly after they started! Never had any problems, I was fair and they didn't have reasons to not be fair I guess! Smiley

I guess I was wrong. There were indeed no such issue from the site. I was getting the maximum amount because I had no SHIB in my account.
So whenever we have 0 particular coin and if we click on max then it displays the maximum amount applicable for that bet and not 0.

I tried the live support but for some reason it is not working on mozilla firefox on my system.
The same is working fine on Chrome though.
3027  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: January 09, 2022, 11:37:21 AM
Even in my case there was a person whom I met in a Facebook group but never in real life and he introduced me to bitcoin.
I made a huge dive into the bitcoin world and here I am 5 years later living a decent life all thanks to that person and ofcourse bitcoin.

Freebitco.in is indeed a legendary gambling site. I think it's the only site I know which has been paying it's users free Satoshis all these years.
No strings attached and just free Satoshis. Truly a legend !!
I wish I got affiliates like you guys, mine usually leave, 99% of the time. I mean surely they stay for a few months at least but only like 1% of them stays active after they join until today, rest just leave unfortunately, and never really got any decent gambler out of it neither, just free faucet folk I assume.

All in all freebitco.in was something I loved doing affiliate work because of that exact reason, it is a great way to enter the world of crypto, you will get a small amount at first but do it for a whole month with like 12 times a day and you will end up with a decent amount and get out. After that you could invest that into some tokens, some new projects, or try to earn something from somewhere else to add on top of your current balance to grow. No matter what you do afterwards, it is amazing for a start and definitely offers a lot more if you keep going.

If we are talking about affiliates then my luck is same as yours. Even I am not so good at getting referrals.
Which ever referral I got was years ago and none of them are active. I have got 5 referrals in total and have earned 0.00015 BTC from them.
But as I said, all of them were years ago and none of them are active. I have even stopped sharing referral link now since nobody joins through referrals these days.
3028  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin close to becoming totally irrelevant for most "normal" people?? on: January 08, 2022, 01:26:10 PM
I don't know where did you hear that from but most of the people I know already knows what bitcoin actually is.
I can think of one reason why you think most people think bitcoin is totally irrelevant.
It is because of the people who trade bitcoin without knowing what it is and just buy and sell to make more money.
This adds in to the already high volatility of bitcoin making it create bigger spikes in the charts.
Another factor is the high price of bitcoin and even a small % amount will create thousands of dollars of change in bitcoin price.
But that does not make bitcoin irrelevant because it is still serving it's purpose of a decentralized P2P payment method.
The speculative nature of bitcoin though is never gonna change and there will always be people who will trade without any knowledge and also people who think bitcoin is irrelevant.
3029  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will owning 0.01 BTC really make you rich? on: January 08, 2022, 01:16:54 PM
why make it hard to own 0.01 when we can own more than that?

accumulate more bitcoin now and prepare for the future instead of limiting yourself from having that small amount of bitcoin.

i remember back in 2016-2017  that amount is just a signature payment for full member -senior account here in forum and you are expecting that to bring you to richer in future?

I don't think this will ever valued amount that will make us rich instead at least half a bitcoin is the amount to look at.

0.01 BTC won't make us rich any time soon but the logic you have stated is very doubtful.
If you see it from that perspective then we must also keep in mind that people used to get more than 1 BTC for mining with a CPU back in early days.
Those coins come up to a very good amount these days. So we don't know how much 0.01 BTC could be worth in the next 10 years.
Although it might not make us so rich but it might add up to a pretty good amount if the growth of BTC price is exponential.

3031  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: multi-chain blockchain ecosystem is risky on: January 08, 2022, 11:19:37 AM
Even I don't like the idea of wrapped coins. Although it serves the purpose of bringing the coins to other chains, I personally don't like giving up my coins to a 3rd party.
Although it might sound safe that the 3rd party is holding our funds safely but there's never a guarantee and obviously "Not your keys not your coins".

That's basically my story. I joined Freebitco.in without knowing almost anything about Bitcoin, I had to learn how to create wallet first. And yeah, I moved to faucets from PTC websites.

See I knew there were similar people to me everywhere, we are from the old school PTC sites and when they started paying in satoshi we all found FBC. I've already given up every single place though as I treat this place like a semi wallet, and now I've got my FUN tokens here. Just something mindless to do every day when I happen to have time for a freeroll. Long live FBC Smiley

Oh even I remember the PTC sites. Back in those days I used to search for every single source on the internet to earn some money.
I never found anything though and all of them were fake. I found freebitco.in by searching for ways to earn bitcoin for free.
Lol, it sounds ridiculous but it is actually true. Although we used to get just a few Satoshis but at least it is not fake like the other PTC sites.
Since then I am using freebitco.in as a way to get some free sats and have fun gambling at the same time.
What a coincidence! I remember I was an adept of PTC sites, trying to milk few cents from many different sites, while sharing referral links at social medias in an attempt to increase my income, when suddenly a random person told me on Facebook PTC sites were dead already and the new trend was bitcoin faucets!

I had heard about bitcoin before, but I was fearful and didn't know how to adopt it, so I asked the person if I had to pay something to start using and so on... Then he guided me on this universe and the first site presented was freebitco.in.

Well, then I continued the journey by myself and discovered bitcoin was much more than just a trend. At same time the person who referred me must be being rewarded generously until now, since I'm an active user of freebitco.in and I'm glad for this, because if it wasn't for this person my life would be much more difficult.

Now that's a double coincidence. Even in my case there was a person whom I met in a Facebook group but never in real life and he introduced me to bitcoin.
I made a huge dive into the bitcoin world and here I am 5 years later living a decent life all thanks to that person and ofcourse bitcoin.

3033  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: January 08, 2022, 06:17:59 AM
I guess there's something wrong on BC.GAME website which has created an issue where min and max bet functionality isn't working correctly.
Earlier when I used to click on max bet it used to get the maximum amount I had in my account for the game.
Now it displays the maximum amount applicable for that particular bet even though I don't have that much amount in my account.
This is quite annoying since I have to manually enter the maximum and minimum amount.
I even tried to report this issue on the site but the live support isn't working as well.

3034  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is unsettling, for those who don't have it on: January 07, 2022, 04:31:41 PM
You may be right to some extent. The reason why many people don't show interest in bitcoin is because they don't know much about it.
Bitcoin is more than a decentralized currency. People only realize it's true value when they read about it and get to know how, when and why it was created.
This is the reason why it has been growing so much all these years. More number of people are becoming aware of it and realizing it's potential.
3035  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: if bitcoin was main currency, what's gonna be the BTC value? on: January 07, 2022, 04:21:00 PM
Until a few years ago even I used to think that bitcoin is going to be the future currency and people will use bitcoin for payments.
But I don't think that it will become a mainstream currency. People are adopting it more as a store of value as they consider it to be more precious to spend.
So I think that although bitcoin was mean to be a P2P payment mechanism it will be more used as a store of value and there will be other alternative coins for the payments.
There are coins which are faster and less cheaper than bitcoin which can be used for payments but we can't really be sure which one of them will be used mainstream.
3036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you have a chance to become a VIP what casinos will those be on: January 07, 2022, 04:08:46 PM
I have two casinos in my mind if I were to become a VIP member in a gambling website.Duelbits and BC.GAME are the two sites in my list.
Both of these gambling sites are quite reputable and have their own benefits for the VIP members.
Both do some really nice promotions and bring in new updates to their sites quite often.

3038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too much of new crypto projects? on: January 06, 2022, 04:10:14 PM
Its been a very long time that I've been using coinmarketcap.com/new to find new crypto projects that just get listed on the platform and I've come to notice that every two to three days coinmarketcap always list up to 30 new crypto projects, how insane is that? It shows that more than 100 crypto projects are released every week cos some landed on coingecko first before coinmarketcap, this to me is scary

This seems scary to you just because you are relatively new to the crypto community.
If you take a peek into the history then you will find out how many projects get launched every month.
Most of them are crap and are just a rug pull meaning which they are created just so that they can stack in money and then run away with it.
So don't focus much on the new projects that get added every week/month. Focus on the established projects and keep learning about them.
3039  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will owning 0.01 BTC really make you rich? on: January 06, 2022, 04:06:03 PM
I've read a few articles on the web which indicated you could get rich with just 0.01 BTC. At first, it seemed crazy to me considering that Bitcoin is still below $1m. But then it started to make sense after knowing that the pioneer cryptocurrency was designed with deflation in mind. Each halving had a positive effect in BTC's price, so one would guess the next one will lead us to a BTC worth more than $100k. To become a millionaire with 0.01 BTC, the price of one Bitcoin must be $100m. Prices are still volatile, so I'm having my doubts whenever I'd really become rich with just 0.01 BTC or not.

What do you think? Is it really possible to become rich with 0.01 BTC in the future? If not, why? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Smiley

As you say, we would need bitcoin price to reach $100 million in order for us to become a millionaire with 0.01 BTC.
I don't think that will be happening until next 10 years. As the price of bitcoin is increasing it is taking more amount of marketcap to increase the price of bitcoin.
I can't even imagine how much marketcap would be needed for bitcoin to reach a price of $100 million.
Would we even be alive to watch BTC reaching that price though ? I certainly don't think so.
At the current state crossing $100k would be the first target which seems quite achievable.
1 million per bitcoin would be the next target which seems questionable for now.
3040  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Internet is down on Kazahstan, Bitcoin Hashrate drooped, Price affected? on: January 06, 2022, 03:59:16 PM
Thanks for making this thread. I was searching for a reason why BTC fell so sharply in such a short span of time and now I know the possible reasons.
Either it is the internet going down in Kazakh or the Feds increasing interest rates. In both the cases I think it is a temporary thing.
If bitcoin price has dropped because the internet is down due to protests then the price will increase as soon as the internet is up and running again.
If bitcoin price is down because of the increase in interest rates as the feds have announced then the interest rates will surely decrease in a few months or later.
So may be by then bitcoin price will start increasing again. So why to panic sell for such low prices when we have a new ATH to achieve.
