Actually, that is going to be a really good idea because the fitness and the skill are completely different in every other format of cricket. In the T-20 cricket players need to perform like they are running a 100m sprinting race, meanwhile, the test cricket is like a marathon. And the ODI cricket is a mix of both. So, this is something going to be a really good idea to give the players different types of coaching for different types of formats. |

Kieron Pollard, the West Indies captain and allrounder, announced his retirement from international cricket. A lot of candidates are in line to fill Pollard's shoes. We had a fantastic time watching you work. Have a happy retirement from international cricket. While there is controversy surrounding Pollard, he did not promote national cricket. Instead, he put his best effort into franchise leagues around the world. He could have served the West Indies for many years! Sadly, his time is up.
His 15-year international career has come to an end as this will make rooms for the young but deserving veterans that will carry the game forward on to the next level. His efforts and all his hardworks were greatly honored and could expect to leave great impact on the members of his team. For now, i'm sure the team is up to looking for someone who can be as good as Pollard that can definitely create positive improvements for the team. The performance of Pollard is experienced much on the IPL and other premier leagues and not on the international matches for his country. This time he wasn't able to perform good for his Mumbai Indians team. As said, he's a positive player and an all-rounder. He is one among the best in the category fielding. West Indies players are full of fun and Pollard is no exceptional. This explosive all-rounder is set to still continue to play this season that is expected to provide firepower. And hopefully by next year, he will be part of the T20 or T10 leagues which i think will be more visible as he has just resigned from an international cricket. With all the experience and skills that he has achieved, i think everyone is excited to see his next journey apart from being an international cricket player. He has been a great entertainer for the whole world. the international stage is surely going to make him. By the way, did you know that in T20 he has hit more sixes than fours? On both the International stage and IPL, he has the record of hitting more sixes than fours  . Surprised with the form shown by Punjab Kings. When the season started, I thought that Punjab was one of the weakest teams. Apart from Shikhar Dhawan and Mayank Agarwal, they don't have any star batsmen and in bowling they were overdependent on Kagiso Rabada. But some of the non-star players have performed exceptionally for Punjab this time, including Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Arshdeep Singh and Liam Livingstone. On the other hand, CSK were one of the favorites but Jadeja's captaincy is very poor.
Shikhar Dhawan played really well for the Punjab kings and I am really surprised to see why Mitchell Santner did not complete his four overs! Because in my opinion, he could have been the best bowler on the team if he had been given the chance. Chennai Super Kings leaked a lot of runs. for the Chennai Super Kings, Ambati Rayudu played well and some will say even a better inning than Shikhar Dhawan, But that was not enough. I don't see RB Leipzig to have far easier games, as it is, they've become an average teams and have got other average teams to contened with. Not to mention, Borussia Monchengladbach is no easy team in the Bundesliga and they even drew there game with Freiburg when RB Leipzig was busy loosing from a home side to Union Berlin even with a home advantage.
We know Gladbach is not a weak team. They have an experienced squad. However, their performance this season is not satisfactory. They are now 11th in the table. Their performance is very weak and irregular. However, Gladbach performed quite well in the home match. So they will not let Leipzig win easily. Of course, Gladbach will try to win the match. If the government servants become corrupted then this is the result expected. I can't see any other valid reason bankruptcy of Sri Lanka at all. It will be hard for them to overcome this situation due to wrong decisions by the government.
