Like you should lock your car when leave it to go for shopping you should also secure your wallet. You're used to having to lock your car and not complain that you have to "accommodate the system" or are you leaving the windows open and expecting the car to think for you?  

Start a new wallet on a different and secure computer and have 2FA enabled (Google authenticator if you have a smartphone, a Yubikey or via SMS codes). You haven't mentioned it anywhere so I am assuming you weren't using it. Big mistake, especially when you are using an insecure, malware-riddled machine for your financial-related stuff.

Długoterminowo najmniejsze ryzyko i największe zyski to są ze samego wzrostu wartosci bitcoinów, za czasów kopania za pomocą GPU raz było to bardziej opłacalne, raz mniej, zdarzało się, że ktoś sprzedawał karty, żeby zobaczyć po kilku miesiącach, że znów by mu się opłacało, bo np. zmienił się współczynnik poziomu trudności kopania do wartości BTC.

Karty dawno sprzedałem i aktualnie niczym nie kopię, poziom trudności ciągle rośnie, bo ciągle ludzie kupują maszyny. Lepiej tu wychodzą producenci/sprzedawcy sprzętu niż duża część kopaczy (zwłaszcza jak ktoś musi czekać >12 miesięcy na dostawę sprzętu, nie mówiąc już o ryzyku, że się koszt nie zwróci Wink).

Porównaj sobie dostępny sprzęt oraz zapowiadany, ile ma dojść (co większy poziom trudności), historię wzrostu poziomu trudności, zastanów się czy ryzyko jest OK (z ostatnich wiadomości TerraHash straciło trochę pieniędzy i póki co zanosi się, że sprzętu nie dostarczy i zwróci klientom tylko 50% tego co zapłacili; można stracić wszystkie pieniądze w najgorszym wypadku albo dostać sprzęt tak późno, że na siebie nie zarobi) i policz ile możesz wydać / jaką prędkość potrzebujesz w zależności od różnych poziomów trudności kopania i cen sprzętu.

Regulatory agencies (and the laws they enforce) in the United States will look past any formalistic attempts to evade the licensing requirements.  Accepting a payment and calling it a "gift" will not remove the transaction from the BSA or any other relevant provision.  The IRS rules on gift taxes are not relevant to this analysis, nor are the yearly exclusion limits.

TL;DR: Don't try to get cute with the regulations.

Is it legal to give bitcoins as a gift? Yes.
Is it legal to falsely claim a transaction is a gift in order to avoid regulation and/or taxes (irrespective of whether bitcoins are involved)? No.

I hope that clears things up.

I think it isn't always obvious whether trying to avoid regulations and/or taxes is legal or illegal (and of course it depends on where it occurs).

If it was so simple then there wouldn't be a distinction between tax avoidance and tax evasion, the former is legal but the line between those two is blurred.

Sometimes I PM people because I also like to know myself when some of my reports are "bad". If the reason why the report wasn't acted on is non-obvious or from the report comment I can see that a post was reported based on a false premise and could cause a person to report more posts that would be marked as "bad", then I will usually send them a PM.

i love these stories.
people insulting the banks, but the crucial thing these story tellers keep forgetting...
if they truly didnt need banks and truly felt banks disapearing would be great..................... why do these story tellers even have bank accounts in the first place to complain about.
the moral of the story is that until you are not reliant on a bank and open up your mind to other methods.. banks will survive.

These story tellers have bank accounts in the first place because the law compels them to use the banking system. In most 1st world countries there are many types of transactions (especially between businesses) where one has to use banks or be forced to pay fines (and sometimes even go to jail).

"Opening my mind to other methods" would require me to be able to afford to overthrow my government. Even Satoshi with all his BTC wouldn't be able to afford to do so.

The thread where I deleted your bump not long before before you started this thread is still on the front page (somewhere in the middle).
Deleting a bump after more posts were made has no influence on which page your thread's on.

Mixed views about this, but it would be nice to see some proof, I know I've been deleted by a moderator for being off topic before ( lolololol ) but I think it seems silly to have a marketplace where people just spam to keep at the top page to get attention which is really all it is. It's a bit like how advertisements are on the internet now instead of trying to get peoples interest with a unique or well made product it's about getting peoples attention no matter how badly you annoy them.

The rule is 1 bump per day per topic and 1.25 bumps per day across all of a user's topics (on average). I have received complaints for a ) enforcing this rule; and b ) not enforcing it enough.
a ) was from people who didn't like that their post count decreased (sometimes it was in relation to them participating in paid signature advertising schemes) or who wanted their threads to be many pages long to appear more "reputable"; and b ) was from people irritated to see a thread with 100 replies and most of them "bump" or "up" (sometimes wasting their time looking for information such as other users' feedback about OP) or from people who thought I was targeting them and pointing to other threads where bumps weren't deleted yet — it's hard to keep up with everything so you can report such posts though it's not the most important thing in the world (especially if OP abides by the rules and doesn't bump more than once per 24h).

It's very easy to stray Off-topic so it can happen to pretty much anyone, though sometimes posts are not deleted but split from the rest of the topic.

Heh, that's your problem. Show 'em some ASICs but don't mention any altcoins. If for some reason they still don't know what bitcoin is, have the Satoshi whitepaper to give them to read while they show you around your new office.

Yesterday I started with 0.05 and made 1.15 by placing 0.01 bets (at 50.5%) and doubling them when I lost, but today I was back at about 0.05, after losing 0.01, 0.02, 0.04, 0.08, 0.16, and 2x 0.32 bets (no longer had enough BTC left to place a 0.64 bet). Sooner or later nakowa will also lose if he continues to play.
