3041  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Cricket Match-Fixing Scandal on: May 19, 2021, 09:57:01 PM
Rigging in sports in not new anymore, the only thing you'll get after you paid the ticket is disappointment because the match has been fixed. The main reason behind it is all about money, because they could make a lot more money in match fixing rather than playing a clean match, I mean, who doesn't want easy money, right? Especially in this time of pandemic where we really need money to survive and sustain our daily needs as well as our bills monthly.

its dissapointing if you find out that theres a match fixing that happen but most of the time you wont figure it out and what you will expect is only a normal loss but losses are still dissapointing to the many .
i dont think its pure money but a player could be rich to not care for the money but they can use their money to stay in their current position .
some just want fame but this is shameful if they will find out and they can carry this until they get old of until they die

When it comes to conscience then dont expect that it would be somewhat relevant into these players since they wouldnt really care at all as long they would neither get money or popularity
on which this one matter most.

Match fixing cant really be known until it gets busted and its hard to determine until there's some news or proofs that had been showed in the public.
This is not common but it do really exist.

Fixed matches doesnt limit only to this sport but on other sports as well.
3042  Other / Off-topic / Re: Now tell me if you still believe on Elon Musk. on: May 19, 2021, 09:19:19 PM
According to Tesla, the reason why they are not anymore accepting bitcoin is because of this reason.
Elon Musk says Tesla will no longer accept bitcoin due to fossil fuel use

But this article came out and their study proved that Banking system consumes two times more energy than Bitcoin: Research

So what are your thoughts on this, is Elon still credible that we should follow his tweet?
Those are just lame excuses but for sure he did it on purpose on indirect way just because he get bored in BTC and find another place for him to troll on which is on DOGE coin.

There are even rumors on creating his own coin. This man had done soo much noise into this market and regarding into the question if i would ever believe him, then when i do trust up this man?  Cheesy

...

I think it's not only Covid 19 that is driving online gambling to become more and more popular...

Online gambling is increasingly popular because it really makes it easier for us, we can do anything and be anywhere while gambling only with a smartphone or laptop. online gambling will continue to grow.
Accesibility is one of the most common reason on why online gambling is having a progress or recognition due into this factor and you are right that not covid-19 is the reason even if this one
didnt happen we can still see the development since we are already on an high-tech era where someone could engage on gambling in the comfort of their own home
but still there are people whom do still consider nor prefer on playing into physical places or casinos which it isnt surprising.
There are different markets on different individuals whom do prefer on playing into these places.
3044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: May 19, 2021, 08:16:52 PM

If KYC data goes in wrong hands and our image is used maliciously by third party, the authorities must understand the situation, because as I said, we live right now in a digital world and everyone's data is on the internet, even if under government's possession, in the virtual clouds.
The main purpose of implementing the KYC principle is to avoid the risk of fraud by someone and that is why KYC is very important for the prevention and eradication of money laundering which is currently an international issue, but in this case of course we also have to guarantee the security of the data we provide to us sites or institutions, because if the data we provide is used by bad people, of course it will harm itself so it is better to do KYC on things that are very important and of course we need further investigation of sites that ask for KYC about how safe the site is in safeguarding user data.
When it comes to security of those information then nothing is guaranteed because we dont know on where those institutions or companies do keep of those informations that they do get or asked out on people
even lets talk about those traditional services and other things on typical days and now that crypto market had existed then we know on what are the primary things on why it had
gained much attention because of anonymity and its a bit not really correlated if it turns out that they do impose out KYC but its understandable since these business
are regulated then expect that they would still abide with laws which i dont see for them to have any other choice.
3045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be Prepared for the big dump. on: May 19, 2021, 07:13:04 PM
Hi friends, from the title i said be prepared for the big dump of the market and why im saying that ? because first, we all know that all altcoins without any exceptions are affected by bitcoin price, and i will tell you to open trading view, go to bitcoin chart and choose the monthly chart and you will see something will freak the hell of you, a big tall candles without any red candles and all indicators are showing an overbought sign so i believe we will see a very big dump soon..

what do you think?
Yeah, its currently happening as of this moment. Trying to look on marketcap showing off Bitcoin and other altcoins in the market is having 30-40% down into its price.

Question is, is this something new into this market? No its not and this is what we called volatility. We dont know on what would be next in line.
Feel sorry for those who havent able to get out when the price is still on the peak but well these kind of times is the best time
to buy cheaper coins.

With casinos, as well as with the exchanges, sometimes happens similar KYC requirements, for some reason necessarily after trying to withdraw funds! And until then you could safely make deposits! Grin I consider it a scam, and leave such sites! Who knows where your data and documents can get then!
Well, why worry about that when your government already sold your data to companies without your consent so I don't think that it would matter if they have KYC, most of the time, these KYC aren't that demanding.
Kyc seems normal nowadays but we need to double check what website we are doing it. Kyc were required now in many countries to provide details if their customer for the business permits in whenever country that casino or exchanges staying, as long as we know that the website or casino is legit and have names to take care eith then having KYC is not really a problem.
All matters with trust but even into those reputable or known websites or companies out there we cant still give out 100% assurance that those information we sent out is totally safe.

Always mind off about the probabilities of those information to be leaked or somewhat exposed off but if there nothing you should hide then why would worry off?

Lots had been giving out value into their identity which is understandable but there are times which we make ourselves way too paranoid.
3048  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: May 17, 2021, 10:58:49 PM
I cannot read the thing,,, too blurry for my eyes. But if I am not mistaken Tone Vays himself is a big shiller/influencer. You can pay him to say whatever you want him to say. Now he is rich and he is a bit more picky but he deleted also a lot of videos and stuff in the ICO days that he said were good and turned out to be scam.
That's what they'll do if they can review back those projects that they've helped and advertised that paid them much. And today, there's always the disclaimer from these popular influencers.

But if some don't choose to have the disclaimer then probably that's part of the contract that they shouldn't disclose anything related to the deal and to the advertisement that they're going to do with such video when they use the platform and experience to gamble on their own.

Disclaimers are bullshit,,, they know the effect they have on their fans.

But you know what I say? I say if you believe in influencers making money from you and who care nothing about the real people and what happens to them, then maybe you deserve to get scammed by the people you love to follow.
Fascinated that much or idolized into a certain extent on where you thinking had been affected or simply your common sense had been badly influenced which would result into those dumb decisions
on following even if its obvious that they are quite deceiving. If you do know this since from the start but you did just ignore just because youre an avid fan or supported
then getting hooked would really be next in line. You would play but ending up on having different results or outcomes. Luck cant really be passed on
and if you do believe about that bullshit then you'll surely whine later on.
3049  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: holding is not an easy thing on: May 17, 2021, 10:11:43 PM
Holding Isn't easy for a average trader. Holding is easy for rich traders. When I want to buy a coin, I have to take time for analyzing market. And if I see any dump after investing, Then that's the hard time to hold that coin for me. Previously, I missed profit for this type wrong decision.
Holding is no longer profitable unless we had a really big portion of that coin, but if not then trading it will make us gain more profit. I have learned my lesson with my past holdings of altcoins from ICO that now have no value so better have the courage to trade and take some profit to enjoy than hold too long except if it BTC.
Normal thing that hodling would really be worth if you do held a big or considerable amount of coins into your wallet but if its only a small amount then it wont really be worth for you to wait up into something.

This is true that hodling isnt an easy thing specially if you do actively see and check out the market. Seeing green and red candles would really be mainly affecting your mindset and emotion.
You would always have the thought that you might sell out or panic basing on the current condition.

If you do mean out to hold then you should stood firm but it isnt bad to sell out if there are really some opportunities.
3050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ohio offering lottery prize worth one million for those that get the COVID shot on: May 17, 2021, 09:30:27 PM
In an attempt to increase the number of people getting vaccinated all kind of incentives are being given in the US, one of the most interesting is that those that get at least the first dose of the vaccine at Ohio will have a chance to win one million dollars, apparently there will five be prizes so a total five million dollars will be given for those that are willing to take the vaccine, and for those that are below the age of 18 there will be full scholarships being offered as well.

What do you think of this? Do you agree with what the governor of Ohio is doing or are you against it?

Source: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-57096039
Among all of the current vaccines that we do have then it does depend on what type to be vaccinated. This is some sort of desperation step for its government on targeting that each citizen should
be vaccinated and its no surprise that majority would really be still hesitated to do so due to possible complications or side effects which i do even think off and thats why
i dont tend to get vaccinated and also with that current offering about having a vaccine to get some chance on winning a million then i wouldnt still
consider it to be a good idea.

actually, it is only one of their ideas or people to get vaccinated. a couple of weeks ago, an article was published about the $100 as Incentive to Get a Shot . from the recent survey of UCLA, they got higher percentage of response that if there will be monetary incentives for inoculation, they will do so. and just like the 'West Virginia’s governor, Jim Justice, announced the state would give young people $100 bonds if they got an inoculation' as per the same article
this, i guess, will indeed be implemented in some states just to encourage their constituents to get vaccinated. lucky for them, whereas, in other parts of the world, covid vaccine is still far from their doorstep.
There are countries which arent really giving out these kind of offers or some gimmick when it comes on trying to make out some vaccination of their own citizens.
Here on my place where vaccines where already available but there are no these kind of offers for people to recieved once they get vaccinated.
If there are something like this then no doubt that lots would really be falling in line and make themselves vaccinated in spite
of the current risk of side effects.

In todays era its really hard for you to get rid on dealing up with online games specially that we are almost exposed on online activity which means no matter how to do restrict those kids

but there are still ways that they can get involved with online games. This is already a common problem on todays society.Honestly, i do have the same problem as this
but the thing i do is to cut off any connection into his mobile or pc where  restricting MAC id  via router. There's no way he can make out some access but when
it is outside in the house and playing into those cafe's then there's no way on stopping it rather than on fetching him to school on exact time.
3052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fake Tokens on: May 16, 2021, 09:59:26 PM
Let's assume i have created a game, and then created ERC tokens (Example swords) so the player must buy a token to be able to play the game.
What if someone creates similar tokens in his wallet and injects them into my game as if they are bought from my tokens store Huh
No it cant be possibly happened knowing that each coin does have specific address/contract.They might create another one but its easy to distinguished between the real and fake one.
3053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING POLL ADDED] FURY vs JOSHUA: A Two Fight Deal Has Already Been Signed !! on: May 16, 2021, 09:42:29 PM
Fury confirmed the fight will ahead on 14th August 2021  Grin

Good news and hopefully it's already the final announcement. How about the venue, have they found a good venue already?
I read the tweet, and it's happening in Saudi Arabia.. a good one, and I'm guessing both fighters are still guaranteed with a big purse like what was previously reported?
Good to know that this fight is already set.. When it comes to big purse then it would be no doubt considering Fury and AJ is something that shouldnt be missed out. August is just already near
and i cant wait to see for this fight and i would still make out some bets to Fury all in.  Cool
3054  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin price end of year? on: May 16, 2021, 08:59:28 PM
Without a doubt, bitcoin may need some time to rise, since the price of bitcoin is likely to remain sideways this month. I'm not sure if that's a positive thing, but if the altcoin will transfer and rise in value, I don't think we'll mind if the bitcoin price remains stagnant for a while as long as we can benefit from the altcoin.
A very much common scenario on the time where bitcoin tends to move sideways then altcoins are really on the move and we had just seeing as of this moment that bitcoin is going downward.

Its a bit anticipated for these movements to happen since correction does really happen or can really happen from time to time.So its really hard to determine on what would be the
exact price in the end of the year and we've continuing to speculate which a standard thing that people do.

3056  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Lost 17500$ during recent downswing, Now completely broke. on: May 16, 2021, 07:59:08 PM
Though I lost so many times earlier but this one is bit tough. I was bearish on bitcoin when it was around 30000$ but it went up and up and touches 40000$. I lost around 1000$ and I was ok but I do not know what happens to me suddenly in the heat of the moment I decided to go all in with 100x leverage, with no technical analysis nothing, as I was sure about bitcoin reaching 50000$.
And that is it all my bankroll which I build from 350$ vanished my hard work of 6 month gone.
Now I am broke. But I know I will build my bank roll again over the course of few months but oh man this is tough.
I hate this feeling. Guys no matter what don't be impulsive in trading.
One of the most common mistake of a particular person when dealing up with trading on where they indeed become impulsive or become much confident
when they are earning profits and when that thing happens they do forget out on following those risk management and tending to go all in because
they had profit out on initial tries or position and when things happen and we know that nothing is guaranteed when it comes to price movement
then you'll surely be fucked up and wont able to recover when having that all-in kind of behavior.
3057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fully vaccinated individuals now spared of masks in the casinos in Vegas on: May 16, 2021, 07:34:00 PM
What vaccine they had used out?
Whats the % when it comes to efficacy?

I would consider myself to get vaccinated if one of those people who had taken this shot have not records on getting affected but i do still purely doubt on that.
We have seen news that there are still get infected with the said virus even though they had been vaccinated. So i would say that it is still risky
to consider on going to public places without mask or face shield.
3058  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The problem is that it could take again many years to recover on: May 15, 2021, 11:11:21 PM
Elon Musk and Tesla hit the market really hard by the decision he made about Bitcoin payments. This has really mixed up things in the market. This may even cause the bull market to end which I don't wish for absolutely.
And that changes had already happened.

https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2021/may/12/elon-musk-tesla-bitcoin

Expect for other such changes on other companies as well.

Its very inspiring to see these kind of stories into those people who had really invested into something which they do believe that it would really be worth and it did really pays off.

These kind of chances could really happen in crypto space but not all would really be lucky enough to hit up the pot but its not too late though but always remember about on investing
on the money which you can only afford to lose. Dont expect that much on becoming millionaire and i agree that this is some sort of hitting some lottery.
3060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: May 15, 2021, 09:58:50 PM
[snip]
so for those gamblers who prefer not to undergo KYC, why not play in reputable casinos here?
Well, I know different gamblers have a different perspective of the way in choosing the right gambling site, some of them are afraid of KYC but there are some willing to undergo KYC or it is never minded to them. Perhaps this is a part of what we called, [reputable gambling site], once we said reputable, it also regulated by the law, and of course, they have a license to operate and also regulated as well. What if KYC is one of their requirements to achieve their goals to becomes the most reputable gambling site, perhaps they will accept it and follow the law. However, there is nothing to worry about if someday all gambling will have this KYC implementation.
Majority is afraid with KYC and this is why gambling sites become popular on this forum because of decentralization where you can play without giving off your personal information unlike
into those typical fiat ones that we know.So regarding on the question about this? Of course we dont want those KYC to be implemented but since these businesses are regulated
then you would really be expecting something like this where government would really take involve and impose some restrictions and requirements for these businesses
to follow on.
