Where I can find site time?
Hi joksim299, When you go to poker and click on the 'Tournaments' tab, all the tournament times should be in your local timezone. Just scroll down the list to find the 'Crazy Wednesday Freeroll'. Thanks, -TJ ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs21.postimg.org%2Fv0vkq5uqr%2Ftranslogo.png&t=663&c=r_hHrYPxb1VDIQ)

Hall of fame contest probably had a bunch of winners. Should probably take the first users who picked the correct names.
Hi headcrackwoa, Thanks for the suggestion! Although, we had stated what we were going to do if we "had a bunch of winners" in the rules on the blog. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Personally, I was shocked the BBWAA actually voted in 4 guys, first time that's happened since 1955! Didn't think we'd have 11 correct guesses! Thanks, -TJ ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs21.postimg.org%2Fv0vkq5uqr%2Ftranslogo.png&t=663&c=r_hHrYPxb1VDIQ)

Thats a ton of money but the parlay game is dumb now because basically you either bet to win 25 BTC or you don't have any chance in the competition. You should raise the max win I think. Hi KingOfSports, It's definitely something we are considering, and are looking into right now. Can you increase betting limits to compensate for the decline in the value of bitcoins?
Hi Gogo, It's definitely something we are considering, and are looking into right now. We'll keep you (and everyone) posted. Thanks, -TJ ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs21.postimg.org%2Fv0vkq5uqr%2Ftranslogo.png&t=663&c=r_hHrYPxb1VDIQ)

Thanks for all the passionate feedback about the poker tournaments everyone; we really appreciate it! We've updated the payout schedules for all of the tournaments, and reduced the percentage of players receiving prizes. Please check it out and let us know your thoughts! The best way to submit feedback is with a Support Ticket on our website. Happy Betting! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs21.postimg.org%2Fv0vkq5uqr%2Ftranslogo.png&t=663&c=r_hHrYPxb1VDIQ)

haha yep less payouts please UFC props?
and this also Hi notserp, Please submit a support ticket about the UFC props. Sometimes our odds provider has them, sometimes not. The support team will gladly look into it for you. And we've heard everyone about the payout structure. It's changing soon, trust me! Thanks, -TJ ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs21.postimg.org%2Fv0vkq5uqr%2Ftranslogo.png&t=663&c=r_hHrYPxb1VDIQ)

What is happening to Nitrogen . I come back after 3 days and the tournament payouts are messed up. What happened ?
Hi calci, We are always looking at ways that will improve the poker experience at Nitrogen. The payout structure is something we've heard some players have issues with and we are listening to feedback and suggestions. Could you submit this feedback as a support ticket (under the 'Support' tab on the website). If you have any suggestions as to how you'd like to see it changed, add that in too! Thanks, -TJ ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs21.postimg.org%2Fv0vkq5uqr%2Ftranslogo.png&t=663&c=r_hHrYPxb1VDIQ) Just understood whats that about. Yeah looks bad . I am playing a tourney with 7 people registered for it in a 5.2 chip buy in , and all 7 are paid 1 18.56 2 7.71 3 3.5 4 2.18 5 1.31 6 0.96 7 0.78 Doesn't look right to pay people who lose. Thats the dumbest payout schedule I've seen ever in online poker. No more than 3 people should be paid for a 7 person tournament. This is what I was talking about.! It is insaaane.! I dont think anyone in the management has ever played poker..and have never seen poker tourneys.! Hi PaulPierce, As I mentioned to you 4 days ago, we are aware that the current payout system has issues. We've been trying different things with poker, various tournaments, freerolls, etc. and among them was doing payouts differently than everyone else. They'll be updated very soon. We've heard everyone's feedback and suggestions very clear. That's why I've been asking for people commenting about it to submit support tickets! Thanks, -TJ ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs21.postimg.org%2Fv0vkq5uqr%2Ftranslogo.png&t=663&c=r_hHrYPxb1VDIQ)

UFC props?
Hi Belt, Sometimes our odds providers have them, and sometimes they don't. We are aware our bettors would like to have more UFC props, but if you could submit a support ticket on the website about it, the support team may be able to see if any are available. Thanks, -TJ ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs21.postimg.org%2Fv0vkq5uqr%2Ftranslogo.png&t=663&c=r_hHrYPxb1VDIQ)

Hi Gogo, I see what you mean. It looks like that post was edited within a few minutes of it being sent. Likely the person who responded assumed that you had registered (because you'd stated that), and was giving you a theory as to why the table didn't open for you. If you had been registered correctly, blinding out is the most likely reason why that would be the case. I don't believe that they dug into the actual issue, because as mentioned, we don't typically conduct support in this forum. Having taken the time to speak with the poker team, and to look through the list of registered participants, I can assure you that the fundamental issue was that you weren't registered in the tournament. Again, I've passed the issue on to the tech team. I'm sorry that you weren't given the correct information, and that the situation wasn't handled with the level of professionalism that you have come to expect from Nitrogen Sports. If you'd like to chat further, please feel free to connect with myself or one of the Customer Service managers any time by submitting a support ticket on our website, or emailing us. Thanks so much, Jenny Jenny - Please look at my post #1924. In it I quoted NitrogenSports' post #1923 - "Quote from: NitrogenSports on January 01, 2015, 02:29:41 PM Hi Gogo, hope you are having a great start to the new year. The worst way to get help is to spam the forums multiple times with capslock on, raging over a *free*-roll that we are running as a 'fun' new years promotion. Looks as though you registered, and then came back 15 minutes after the tournament started, you probably blinded out. (but that's just a guess). 471 people out of the 472 that entered were able to figure it out. The best way to get help is to submit a support ticket." So whoever was responding at Nitrogen saw that I had registered - "Looks as though you registered...". If you look at NitrogenSports' post #1923, that statement has now been deleted. Why? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) ??
