3061  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [What IF] Part 8 on: December 13, 2019, 07:45:06 PM
Surely it was the most horrifying thing that could happened in gambling since it was so risky in betting, if this happened in to you , you are just so lucky to still win the bet even if their are only very small chance to win this kind of bet in my opinion. But luckily you are thankful that it happened because it was a easy profit.
3062  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Every tiny piece of Bitcoin is worth it! on: December 13, 2019, 01:01:36 PM
Back in the days i used to disregard some pennies of my bitcoins in several exchanges thinking that these coins would never be worth it looking at its price at the moment. However, this idea came into my mind about some few weeks ago that what if Bitcoin reaches a double of its previous all time or even greater once this long awaited global adoption sets in.

Seriously this made me think twice and have made me roam through all my exchange accounts and wallets making sure that i have access to them in order to cash out all those pieces of bitcoin if they ever become worth it again. This may sound quite silly but i am quite optimistic about it Grin
For me it is not worth it the work and the time you put in this tiny bitcoin are not worth it , few bitcoin could have a double profit but imagine if you have a big investment comparing this investment. I think the time for long term investment is not worth it since if you inserted your effort in other things like doing a signature campaign it would be more profitable compare to other.
3063  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin isn't just an investment, it is the future on: December 13, 2019, 09:26:40 AM
From my last post about Bitcoin investment,  following the valuable contributions of members of the forum,  I learnt that Bitcoin investment is not just something that blossoms in a few days,  rather it takes patience.

That gave rise to my new topic.
Bitcoin isn't just an investment, but it is the future...

Let's all share our thoughts about this, in order to encourage ourselves and build a stronger community of users.
Surely bitcoin is futuristic since the technology of bitcoin was so unique the cryptocurrency and bitcoin community is getting bigger and bigger a lot of country is going to use bitcoin as one of their assets in their country and could pottentialy be their digital currency jn the future. For a long term investment bitcoin is always profitable as it is going to be use in the future.
3064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be afraid of making mistakes on: December 12, 2019, 02:43:32 PM
You can try to avoid mistakes, but never be afraid of making one and neither should you be afraid of failure.
The fear of what will happen might be a limitation.
Cryptocurrency sometimes can be very complex and funny, most especially when you find yourself in a situation you have never been exposed to.
When the market is all good, mistakes are not easily detected, but when the situation of the market seems to be on a negative side, then fear sets in and sometimes, we become afraid of what may likely happen if we take a step further, to do what we have never been exposed to.
Even if you eventually fail, it is a stepping stone to become become better and achieving greater success.

We are all afraid to make mistakes here in cryptocurrency especially if we lose a big amount of money, also the forum here is for information so that we could learn from the mistakes of others so that we will not going to repeat that they made in the past. We don't want to lose our money so I think we should be afraid to make mistakes so that we are motivated to study and look for answers. If we are not afraid we are just going to go for it without being careful or without care.
3065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Expectations for year 2020 on: December 12, 2019, 02:22:00 PM
The year 2019 came with diverse expectations from everyone. Some persons were of the opinion that the year would be better than the previous year, others had a negative view.
The year 2020 is around the corner and I would like to know what are your expectations as it relates to the market, Crytocurrency projects and the overall health of the industry.
Since the past years altcoins in the market have a very nice start and have a great market price even bitcoin,
In the past years, a lot of scam projects and altcoins happened since it was a trend a lot of company did make their own token and a lot of investors don't trust altcoins in the market anymore or investing in ICO's.
I think in 2020 surely the bitcoin will be more popular and have its increase recovering from the dump in the past months vice versa the altcoins will go down since investors don't trust a lot of altcoins in the market in my opinion only popular and famous alternative token in the market will remain in the market and other will become dead token.
3066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is for you scam project and what is for you good project? on: December 12, 2019, 01:58:56 PM
Guys we are talking a lot of times about "this project is scam" or "this project is amazing and soon moon" but sometimes scam project making a lot of x but amazing project making -90%. So what is for you good project? Which team and project is fake but making xx or team and project real but price making -90% and we should hold?

I think before investing in a project you could easily see a scam project if you study the project. Most of the time the comments about scam project are true and this kind of comments are not "this project is amazing and soon moon". If someone says that this project is a scam surely most of the time it was a scam we could easily trust good reputation users in this forum and easily ignore some that have bad reputation in the forum. Surely we could trust a legit company that we already know especially in projects like for example google but still, sometimes it is not the company but the one who handles the campaign or the project.
3067  Local / Pilipinas / Re: "Development" and "Improvement" of the Society: Discussion about Blockchain. on: December 12, 2019, 01:30:45 PM
3068  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pinoy takot paren sa crypto-investing? on: December 12, 2019, 12:33:03 PM
Since most of the topic na nakikita ko are about the tips, suggestions, and guidelines now I just want to have some good conversation, opinions, debate or what about sa mga crypto topics.

Let's be honest on our opinion kase recently i asked my friend to invest sa bitcoin lalo na ngayon na nagsisimula na ulit itong umangat at ang sinabe nya lang sakin ay hinde pa sya handa and hinde pa sya willing matuto, so nagulat lang ako kase mukang hinde talaga sya open for any investment knowing naman na maganda ang work nya. I just want to know kung nakaencounter naren ba kayo ng ganito?
3069  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Pera sa Internet, Tara usap tayo! on: December 12, 2019, 12:11:24 PM
3070  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the most complicated thing about Bitcoin? on: December 12, 2019, 11:54:55 AM
Bitcoin is already complicated since it was a digital currency and also an investment something like a stacked market which have a market, when I was just starting in bitcoin it was very complicated and I don't understand a lot of thing for a lot of people who don't really have knowledge or not exposed in technology bitcoin was just hard to believe also the bitcoin technology was unique. Something like mining was complicated that affect the supply of bitcoin and the miners are the one processing the transaction in bitcoin was so complicated in many ways I think this cryptocurrency or blockchain thing needs to be taught in universities.
3071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can be done to stop loss sending to wrong bitcoin address on: December 12, 2019, 11:17:32 AM
What is suggesting makes absolutely no sense.

No one should have to give any authorization to receive money, only to send. This is how it always worked out in Fiat currency as well

If the user is careless and sends money to any address without verifying, it is solely his fault and he loses the money . There is nothing no one can do.

What you are suggesting, authorization to receive money, causes so many problems that it is not worth mentioning.
How would donations work? There would be so much more congestion cause there will be those transactions going back and forth...

Bad idea. Wink
We know that if we already send the bitcoin in the address there is no way we could get it back unless if it doesn't send in the blockchain sometimes if there is no much traffic in the blockchain it will be cancelled but it rarely happened, From that, we should be careful enough before sending the bitcoin in the address also before allowing the sender to send the bitcoin in the address a lot of bitcoin wallet already have the details and allowing you to check the bitcoin address where you wanted it to send it was already your fault if you are too lazy to check the address.
3072  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Investing on cryptocurrency is too hard for others on: December 11, 2019, 03:39:58 PM

While surfing online, luckily found the common reason why Filipinos are not investing specially on cryptomarket.

But here's my personal opinion about this topic:

3073  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Survey: At What Price would you stop investing more money into Bitcoin ??? on: December 11, 2019, 02:37:41 PM
At what price would you guys stop putting SIGNIFICANT amounts of additional money into purchasing Bitcoin Huh   I am not talking about small investments that you do not care about losing, but stop investing significant amounts of your financial assets that you can not afford to lose.

I am NOT asking if you believe Bitcoin will go down to these prices !!!    I know you guys will say the prices will never get that low, and that you would never sell your bitcoin.. .  OK we understand that  😁     BUT, any rational, intelligent investor will have a price point at which they would stop putting significant additional amounts of money into a particular investment.   Think it over carefully and give us your best, most honest answer.
If I am going to be practical I think 3000$ was already a good opportunity to invest in bitcoin since just in the past month the market price of bitcoin was over 12k$ - 15k$ I think this kind of market price was no brainer considering the time it take to go down the market price of bitcoin it was a good opportunity surely the market price of bitcoin could recover easily, also we need to consider the delays in the market but for surely investors will reinvest their money in bitcoin if the market goes down to circular the investment in the market.
3074  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of the current status of Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2019, 01:37:09 PM
Hi, all!

I just wanted to ask what you think we as a community achieved in 2019.

For me every year and every day has been amazing and awesome!!

Although, there are many issues with Bitcoin but considering what it was in 2016 what it is now? Bitcoin is known! Why?

If I only think about the Fiat value of Bitcoin now and what it was 4 years back there is a huge upward swing.
If I think about its adoption then and now there are so many websites accepting Bitcoin.
If I think about Is Bitcoin a Ponzi Scheme there are so many articles arguing Bitcoin legitimacy to those MLM schemes.
If I think about how difficult was to understand this concept, there are amazing articles on the Internet to help you.

I know there are so many reasons but, I cannot recall all of those.

Write it down below if I have missed something.

Comparing the bitcoin in 2016 in today's bitcoin we could all agree that the bitcoin completely improved through the past years.
Surely the bitcoin community is not bigger in the past year the market of bitcoin is also so volatile which is a good thing for investment and investors to circular the investment.
A lot of company is considering bitcoin as a good asset for their company and we could see that bitcoin this day is not being used in a lot of transactions online.
3075  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best ways of bringing Bitcoin to non-crypto users on: December 10, 2019, 04:08:17 PM
I just ordered the Wirex card and hope to get it soon. The idea is to receive crypto (Bitcoin) by doing stuff that I would be doing anyway.

What other ways do you know to receive / earn Bitcoin for everyday stuff outside of the crypto world that could bring Bitcoin and other crypto directly to users for them to spend?
I think it is possible if you convert the bitcoin to other currency I thin non-crypto users don't trust bitcoin and don't have knowledge in bitcoin so I don't think they will going to understand we are going to send them bitcoin in a way, I think the best way is to convert it to a currency you could do it also in digital, in coins.ph you could easily convert your bitcoin in a currency that you could send in many ways like for example banks and other money transfer to send it to other users and even non-cryptousers.
3076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins going to get the mainstream like 2017? on: December 10, 2019, 03:43:29 PM
There are thousands of altcoins listed on CMC. We had a little bit conversation between my friends. He was saying, only 30-35 altcoins can be useable in blockchain industry in future. Rest of them will be dying for sure. What do you think? What are the points to choose of a coin that might have a bright future? Only use case is the main thing or you will add other? Thanks
I agree a lot of listed altcoins in the market doesn't really have a volume in Coinmarketcap and also a lot of alternative tokens in the market was not really popular and we know that it doesn't have a future for sure this token will go down in the future only popular altcoins in the market and bitcoin will remain in the market. We know that a lot of ICO was done even today but we know that a lot of them don't even make it in the market because a lot of times the developer of the token do not maintain in and a lot of times it just end up in a big scam ICO. So I think only about 80-90 per cent of the altcoins have a great value and then the rest are dead token.
3077  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Sino dito ang naka experience ng last bull run (2017) on: December 10, 2019, 01:46:14 PM
3078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Games that everybody likes on: December 09, 2019, 04:04:46 PM
im curious to hear what games everyone likes
there are players that even though they are not good at a certain game they just can't stop their selves
some just wan't to try but ended up liking the game even though they lost a lot, and still enjoys it
as a small better, in a game i just wan't to enjoy , i like poker, dice, and colors , but i see to it i remember
what are my limits , sometimes i bet big but luckily i win , and never attempt the second try,
how about you guys what game do you like? lets share what we like, and hear your experiences
lets have a break and look back on what we like about gambling

I think playing gambling was fun already it just depends on what game you want to play,
In my experience all of them are frustrating if you are losing a big amount of money, I like betting games and I earn a good amount of money with a small capital of around 10-20$,
Sportsbetting was also fun since I like it when I bet on my favourite players and they win almost all the time.

3080  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 5 candidates predicted by bookies to win Miss Universe 2019 on: December 09, 2019, 03:00:30 PM
Lesson learned, don't bet on the top 5 as they don't win.  Grin
Part of the marketing strategy on the sports betting sites and yes, this must be a lesson to learn and a competition like this is unpredictable.
I also never expect who's gonna win and I think it is impossible that the Philippines will win again.

I have been watched the pageant of Miss Universe2019 last night and Congratulation to Miss South African candidate who got the crown and of course their bettors I'm sure they are celebrating right now. "Wakanda Forever" to the South Africans.

I remembered this scene of how happy she is.

"Wakanda" as a salute to there excellence.
The first time I see the Miss Universe this is the first thing that I thought. She looks like Okoye in the black panther.
I think the Philippines also have a pretty solid candidate but still, the South Africa candidate won the crown I have no complaints I think it was a great choice.
