You know it was 2 pages of shit, but so what?

One episode of bear-shit isn't gonna counter all the bull-shit we post.

And not nearly as annoying as the persistent shitcoin/metal trolls we got.

Paedophile Calvin Ayre claims to have bought some more SHA256 miners, maybe enough to fuck with Roger Ver's coin. https://twitter.com/BitsComplicated/status/1133958339229081600

Meanwhile, in bitcoin, we are probably gonna reach a difficulty ATH https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5091665.msg51280839#msg51280839
but with a higher price than the previous one.

Reason for the halt: Calvin added > $300,000,000 into new @squiremining miners that will be up and running ASAP. *This makes @CalvinAyre - BY FAR - the largest mining owner in the world. *Squire has been rumored to have addressed the previous issues and added new “features”.
Not nearly enough, even if this is true, which is doubtful

Hello all,

this is to announce that we're awarding:
* 10 BTC to JoinMarket, for the first practical CoinJoin solution, and continued research into progressing this domain.
* 10 BTC to Wasabi, for building a more end-user accessible solution and larger adoption.

The remainder of the funds is left for future solutions with more ubiquitous impact on the ecosystem.

this questionable buyback shows that token holders are not worth the slightest consideration. In fact - by pocketing the ICO funds - Block.one´s management and shareholders signal a total disregard for token holders´ legitimate — though not legally enforceable — expectations.
Get out while the gettin's good.
its still pumping though. do you think thats the final one?
i don't. they've got a massive warchest so they can pump and dump it for a long time
the 'get out' was more on ethical grounds than financial

The way LFC reacted to his pm being published was particularly impressive. Totally honest and authentic, and willing to change and make good.

Yet -- if it is CSW's utterances to which you refer -- he advocates a return to the protocol enshrined upon release of 0.1 in perpetuity.

0.1?
that had bugs, needed feedback
satoshi hung around here a long time ironing it out
he left us with 0.3.19 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2228.msg29479#msg29479

The software implementation had bugs. Perhaps you are confusing software implementation with protocol?

I may well be confused. Did satoshi change the blocksize limit and nix some of the opcodes and were these protocol changes?

Guys any NEO/BTC market observer?

I thought to buy (experimental) some NEO so that I can accumulate my BTC. Seems like NEO price is really low against BTC.

I don't care about NEO/USD
These coins are going to pump and dump now seemingly at random.
You could easily get very burned in the short term on any of them.
You seem right about the market structure of NEO/BTC compared to the others, but no one really knows.
The fundamentals of it are dreadful, with many other coins competing, but it does have some hefty backing from CZ's rich buddies.
Obviously see how far it pulls back now, and watch the volume.

^nice one criptix. I've shared it twice so far, but it bears repeating. The sheep will bleat when this reifies.

(referring to a Wechat photo)
Seems someone did it purposely just around the same time BSV pumped just an hour ago.

Completely fake news but “real enough” to trick many Chinese retails

The trick is easy and constantly used by many scams - all chinese  crypto media circulate the breaking news via picture as above in wechat, instead of news link. So anybody can just use the same theme template and photoshop one ☝🏻 like above

It reads “CSW transferred 50k BTC from the biggest BTC wallet to Binance, which confirmed he is the real Satoshi. As such CZ will re-list BSV and make an official apology on Twitter”

it’s fake af but many retail will believe it for a while before they figure out it’s fake

I don’t know how much this contribute to the pump, but this fake news snapshot went viral in many Chinese retail groups around the same time and folks (thought it was real) got super excited abt it 🙄🙄🙄

CHINESE RETAIL IS THE BEST HERD EVER

The SV clownshow used this tactic before to move markets, when theymos and I saw a similar photo going round on a fateful day.

Jihan is reported to have said a few hours ago regarding the BCH fork, "I have no intention to start a hash war with CSW, because if I do (by relocating hash power from btc mining to bch mining), btc price will dump below yearly support; it may even breach $5000. But since CSW is relentless, I am all in to fight till death!" I think he or someone aligned with him dumped on low volume in order to send some kind of message, though I'm not sure what that message is supposed to be: there really shouldn't be much fundamental relationship between hash power and prices except insofar as it causes technical issues (eg. slow blocks -> higher fees), but no BTC issues seem likely here.
was re this fakery https://twitter.com/PandaofBinance/status/1062695905768263680
lol i didn't post that theymos fud earlier because too fuddy and unsourced but w/e
his point is ok of course

The moral of the story? notbad manipulation tactic there by the SV clownshow, but we are forearmed to defuse such fuddery.

-snip-

This part is also ridiculous and also dishonest.

They'd have to store up millions of the most efficient - at the time of this 'attack' - mining rigs but not mine on them yet.

The budget to do that is left as exercise to the reader.

 # Craig Wright is a fraud.

U cannot prove that - que up with all the trolls pls

You must get better with language if you don't want to continue to be seen as a mere troll yourself.
I made 7 assertions there, but you only refer to one of them. Not only are you wrong about that, because Craig Wright is indeed a proven fraud, you have also implicitly agreed that the rest of my post is correct.
You implicitly agreed that the rest of ðºÞæ's post is ridiculous, and the part I quoted.
You implicitly agreed that the rest of his post is dishonest, and, yes, the part I quoted.
You implicitly agreed they'd have to store up rigs, and they couldn't mine on them yet.

This kind of flip response is typical for you, and you are not doing yourself or the reader any justice.
