3101  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-19] Ukraine’s New Bill Treats Bitcoin as Financial Asset and Encourages on: October 22, 2017, 01:32:18 PM
Looking at this bill, it's good for the country but bad for the owners of crypto currencies. What will change for them are taxes. They will have to pay for percentage of everything they own in crypto world. I hope this won't pass.

once again, this is the least of concerns for both ukrainian citizens and the MP's
the newest developments in Kiev see the protests run almost the same scenario as in  2014
it all started from slogans and and a couple of hundreds of people trying to ensure the country signs the EU association treaty
it resulted in a coup d'etat and a civil war,it looks like there could be a completely new goverment very soon
the bills are not that good for the common cryptocurrency users,it will have them pay taxes and give them no preferences
knowing how business is in Ukraine, you can tel lthat nothing good will come of it,just extra money taken from the already empoverished populace

almost at 17,5 billion rolls now,wow
with this tempo Bitsler will be getting 1 billion rolls every 15 days or so!
probably, the fastest growing gambling site out there at the moment
3103  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Do ICO's need licenses? on: October 22, 2017, 12:29:48 PM
no,they don't at the moment
that was on of the reasons for the China's ICO ban
there were no rules regulating them ,so the goverment decided to ban it altogether to prevent capital flight from the country
but seeing the  boom of the ICOs and the ever growing number of people involved in it
goverments will be forced to do something about it,regulating, banning etc. since there are too many scam ICOs out there
3104  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Law To Declare Bitcoin Ownership on: October 22, 2017, 11:40:50 AM
can't declare bitcoin ownership due to the decentralised nature of it
you cannot "own" bitcoins
you can "own" the rights to use it,which is,technically, different
I can give an example of Webmoney system they use in CIS countries,Russia,Ukraine,Belorussia etc.
the money you have are debt IOUs,payable on demand, backed by an insurer
so one doesn't operate with notes or money there, which allows Webmoney to avoid many a legal suit and troubles
maybe there is something of sorts that can be introduced to garantee you can transfer rights for your coins to a third party legally
3105  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why hasn't any government stopped Bitcoin? on: October 22, 2017, 10:57:05 AM
I have no idea why a 51% attack didn't happen until today, maybe they wait until more people will have invested their money so that the uproar will be unlike higher?

But the past has shown that governments can't stop bitcoin with laws and people are also not able to understand why it should be illegal. It's not drugs, it doesn't beat anyone, it doesn't hurt anyone, so what could be the reason to prohibit it successfully?
The state is only interested in their own narrow interests. You seriously think politicians care about your health and is therefore prohibited drugs? They are concerned about a large number of not controlled by people who do not benefit the country. For bitcoin they are also. Their concern is that thanks to bitcoin, people will be self-sufficient and the government will lose control over them. For government officials the bitcoin worse drugs.

sometimes states are supporting the global organisations and institutions more
than they should or more than they support their own states
as example-European Union and NATO or EU and Russia sanctions
they only hurt twosides-Russia,of course and European union
as for bitcoin, its the case of adoption, despite the global tendencies
if the country sees it harm their monetary policy, like China they will try to restrict the usage of it

3109  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-19] Ukraine’s New Bill Treats Bitcoin as Financial Asset and Encourages on: October 19, 2017, 07:29:41 PM
This bill hasn't been voted yet so it's still remains uncertain whether it will pass but in general Ukraine is much more liberal than Russia as its government is not obsessed with controlling citizens in a totalitarian way - everyone who has even a little bit of power just wants to protect and increase their wealth, usually accumulated through corruption. And Bitcoin doesn't seem to be a threat to this cleptocracy, and in fact some MP's already own a big amounts of it, while many others might own it secretly - just like they do with offshore bank accounts.

you do not know about Ukraine that much,do you?
saying that Ukrainian goverment(which came to power as a result of a coup d'etat,by the way) is not obsessed with controlling
its citizens in a totalitarian way sounds like a joke, you are not aware of the civil war raging there, just because one part of the country decided to teach the other how to "love"it properly
including bombing and killing its own citizens, sarving them and blockading them, depriving them of pensions etc.
definitely what a true democracy would be doing
as for the actual voting, the civil unrest in Kiev might result in another overthrown goverment,so there could be another set of MP's
or/and president who will be working on the bills, just saying
and of course, ukrainian mp's didn't fail to put humongous amounts of coins into their tax declarations
some of them became millionaires due to the price rise and many of them boast 100+ coins stashes
3110  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-17] Bitcoin Millionaire Erik Finman Challenges Jamie Dimon to a Boxing on: October 19, 2017, 07:05:45 PM
I think all I want to see about this boxing match is Dimon's ass getting kicked
as most of the bitcoin supporters would, most likely
this guy has been a pest and his outbursts caused the price to drop, his timing was just after the china's ICO ban and exchanges ban
so he picked the timing knowing pretty well the effects his words would cause
I'm sure he is secretly buying bitcoins, too
3111  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-16] Blockchain Technology Leading the Video Streaming Revolution on: October 19, 2017, 06:48:19 PM
oh god stop qouting the whole 9 yards
just snip the parts you do not want to include, like the huge ass picture of a hairy coindol mascot
also I know several sites leading the streaming and blockchain revolution: cms4bitcoin,chaturbate and such  Grin
it is weird to consider a payment system/technology to be leading the streaming revolution
it does help to organise and simplify payments/distrbution of the content, but it is far from the locomotive streaming needs
but seeing Youtube's advertisers leaving and the industry recieving less and less revenue
maybe we would see different major players appear, utilizing the blockchain technology and providing similar services
3112  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCHEAT.COM IS ONLY A HOAX? on: October 19, 2017, 02:21:13 PM
They do not pay

of course they don't
stop wasting time and do something productive instead
the rule of thumb:if something is too good to be true, its ,most likely,a scam  Grin
I got 0.0038 from free spins, don't even want to try and reach the payout threshold,I am sure there will be plenty of testers to post their
broken hopes of making 150$ for nothing
3113  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟Bitvest🌟 - Investor Plinko, Dice, Slot, Roulette, Bitspin | ETH/LTC Launched! on: October 18, 2017, 02:36:35 PM
will bitvest credit bitcoin gold as well?

Bitcoin Gold doesn't look like a legit fork to me
they want to premine the coins, also they do not have a valid wallet (at least they hadn't some time ago, haven't checked lately)
the idea is great and all-can only be mined by GPUs so no ASICS and big ass fat companies, power to the people
I highly doubt the team behind Bitcoin Gold will make a successful coin
as for bitvest,I don't see any plans on supporting BG,maybe an update will come later from Zodiac regarding this
3114  Economy / Gambling / Re: MegaDice.com - 0.9% edge Dice, 26 High End Slots, Bet on the House on: October 18, 2017, 02:00:45 PM
your dice is broken,it won't allow me to place a bet of 784 satoshi I have on my balance
adjusting the bet doesn't help,I am getting "bet amount too small" error repeatedly
changing multiplier,bet size,refreshing,re-logging doesn't work
you don't have a 1000 satoshi mininimum bet,do you?
this would be crazy for dice, other than that can't think of any reason to not be able to place a bet (well other than the site being totally broken)

Hi, Veleten. The site is working. You are correct, we have a minimum bet of 1000 satoshi.

I see, sorry but 1000 satoshi minimum bet is totally nuts
there are plenty of dice sites that do not have such a restriction
also I was pretty sure you had a free faucet or tokens or something like that, cannot find it anymore
it has been a long tme since I gambled there and seeing the minimum bet requirements,do not think I would
not sure how is your business going, but IMHO you should reconsider your marketing strategy
seeing that you cannot test the dice before depositing there won't be many new players,if any and the old customers will migrate to the dice sites with less lestrictions
3115  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCHEAT.COM IS ONLY A HOAX? on: October 18, 2017, 01:30:05 PM
stop posting you reflinks,lol
this is such an obvious scam,it hurts
do you really want to feed them and close all the annoying popups and risk some malicious crap installed
while you are grinding the impossible 0.03 withdrawal limit?
I can bet any amount of money on them never paying you anything, also as soon as you are close to the withdrawal sum
your wins will surely become rare and far in between to keep you occupied for longer
while the owner is profiting on all the ads he put there
3116  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing in btc casinos on: October 18, 2017, 12:56:31 PM
i have small amount invested on Crypto-Games. I was also curious "how it works"
can withdraw money whenever you want. My experience with a small role, it is possible for a larger amount goes differently.
Last 10 days, on CG has been much winners, and my profit is stationary.
But again, this is not financial advice !

not to advertise CG but it is one of the most reputable sites out there
very safe to invest to and what is most important-profitable
the investment process is very easy, also you can get nice perks in addition to your profit
you get levels, based on your activity, including investment and when you rank up,you get increased faucet,up to 5.000 satoshi
3117  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing in btc casinos on: October 17, 2017, 02:46:22 PM
Investing in btc casinos are at the best of its time.

While Btc is hitting all time highs once every short time-spans, btc stock or btc earnings give the investors profit more than what their investments promised.

can't agree more its the best time to invest into something that gives your bitcoins additional profit
other than just gathering dust in your wallet  Grin investing in btc casinos proven to be a pretty safe and profitable venture
the obvious scams and risky sites have been weeded out and there are many industry standard casinos that are pretty much garantee you profit in the long run
what is the most important thing to understand-investing is a long term process, due to variancy the results may differ
especially if you are investing for like, one month or so
keep it there for a year and you will see profit,I promise
also there is pretty much no point investing less than 0.01 or so,your income will be very low and you would be better off saving on transaction fees
3118  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂ LOTTERY 17 BILLIONTH BETS PROMOTION on: October 17, 2017, 02:26:32 PM
Looks very nice! I tried sending a bit of money, but it doesn't show up instantly. Anyway good luck to everyone!

It looks like now Bitsler don't allow BTC instant deposits right? You need to wait for at least one confirmation. Is it true?

That would depend on the confidence of your deposits.

If your deposit is not confident enough per bitsler's system, it would require 1 confirmation to be credited.

I didn't understand confidence portion. Is the user confidence level or transaction confidence level?

On what basis it will be decided whether the transaction needs one confirmation or can it be instant deposit? Last time when deposited my deposit was instantly deposited into my account but didn't do any deposits recently.

it is the "confidence factor" of your transaction.
i believe bitsler is using the blockcypher API to get that factor. if so you can read the details of it here: https://www.blockcypher.com/dev/bitcoin/#confidence-factor
they are pretty accurate at estimating it too.

funnily enough my "confidence factor" on deposits is permanently not enough to
warrant instant deposit,I put decent fees usually,no idea why it considers my bitcoins not worthy of being confident in,haha
I don't mind,just curious,read the link...by the way this explorer has issues
with detecting low  fee transactions, several sites using it fail to show your incoming balance if the fee is 1-5 sat/byte,just saying
3119  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁 LOTTERY 🎁17 BILLIONTH BETS PROMOTION🎁 on: October 16, 2017, 09:49:54 PM
After many people reporting login problems, I ran into this myself. And since I advised everybody give a detailed report and I didn't see any (if I've just missed it, apologies), here it is.

If I didn't logoff from one computer and I try to login onto another computer (different location, different day, different IP) I get to this window:

From this window, whatever I do, I cannot login.
Attempt 1: fill user name, captcha, click login. This same window comes back.
Attempt 2: fill user name, captcha, click "Join the community". Same window.
Usually after a few attempts also "Don't you think you have enough?" comes out on red background.

Clearing the bitsler cookies was the only way to get back in.

I hope it helps fixing this bug.
I have the same problem back then, but when I set my account to be automatically log-in to Bitsler there seems to be no problem. The only disadvantage about not logging out is your account might not be safe if other people have access to your personal computer. So I would only recommend this for people who has access on their pcs just by themselves.

yep I had the same problem, had to clear all the cookies and session info
now it is working allright
also my Google captcha started acting weird
I simply could not pass it whatever I did,it also took seven to ten tries to even complete it and in the end I was getting "wrong captcha" or similar
this was VERY annoying, only logging off gmail worked, nothing else

3120  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCHEAT.COM IS ONLY A HOAX? on: October 16, 2017, 05:39:23 PM
let me see: 0.03 bitcoins minimal withdrawal, crazy affiliate programme to attract more people
plenty of ads and popups on all the pages, banners and hidden iframes
well it does look like a short term scam, lives until  the first ones are able to withdraw and post that they haven't recieved any money  Grin
should be enough time to get money from pop ups and such, every little (probably around 1-2k usd total) helps
if I'm mistaken and the site has a valid monetisation scheme that allows to pay 0.03 bitcoins=>150$ in 7-10 days
please, post here so we can laugh together
