I can't open the site and even cleared my browser history. Anyone else facing this issue?

Question is are you able to reach the log-in page where it will ask you to enter you username, password and the captha? If you didnt reach that page or that page is not available, try deleting page view history and enter the site again. If still not then maybe you got banned. Do you play using free BTC only? Sorry, no offense for the question, just asking and trouble shooting.

After looking at OP question it doesn't look like a banned issue because he is saying that can't open site itself then how he can log in into account check whether he got banned or not?

Maybe just need to try after some time to see whether still issue happens or not. If still got this issue then better contact admin for the correct solution.

Installed any extensions recently? they might block javascript or certain tracking servers

There is not giving up here if we really want to win, we are not lucky today but for sure if we keep pushing we will be able to get our luck. After many people reporting login problems, I ran into this myself. And since I advised everybody give a detailed report and I didn't see any (if I've just missed it, apologies), here it is.

If I didn't logoff from one computer and I try to login onto another computer (different location, different day, different IP) I get to this window:



From this window, whatever I do, I cannot login.
Attempt 1: fill user name, captcha, click login. This same window comes back.
Attempt 2: fill user name, captcha, click "Join the community". Same window.
Usually after a few attempts also "Don't you think you have enough?" comes out on red background.

Clearing the bitsler cookies was the only way to get back in.


I hope it helps fixing this bug.

If you deposited Bitcoin, you should check on the blockchain. Bitcoin transfers usually take at least 10-20 minutes, but they can take more, depending on how big tx fee did you set.
If you have the tx id, you can check easily when your transaction got one confirmation. Right after that you should also get credited at Bitsler.

That would depend on the confidence of your deposits.

If your deposit is not confident enough per bitsler's system, it would require 1 confirmation to be credited.

I have the same problem back then, but when I set my account to be automatically log-in to Bitsler there seems to be no problem. The only disadvantage about not logging out is your account might not be safe if other people have access to your personal computer. So I would only recommend this for people who has access on their pcs just by themselves.
