This is good for token sales. Whenever there are marketing people in a team, the token sales usually is very good.
Besides of that, its especially important for the hole project and its development. Because of the german tax system I do nothing else than buy and hold. So for me its an important fact (: German tax system? Is it very strict? or do you have to pay very high tax? However I see CROM has good prospects in future also. This is definitely visible in the way they are getting into partnership with other big players. So we can HODL CROM. Is Germany a crypto & bitcoin friendly country? I remember reading somewhere that there was a lot of regulations and high tax regime, but Germany was also the first county to legalise bitcoin, is this correct? I know CromHub is registered in Hong Kong does this mean they are liable to any tax on selling tokens and their services? A lot of ICO and Crypto companies set up in Singapore because the Singaporese government does not view bitcoin as a currency or commodity and therefore the tax payable is minimalised. Was this ever an option to set up CROM in Singapore or does HK have similar tax breaks? |

Yes time has really flown by, in the last week I have learnt so much about CromHub and I would say I'm now an avid supporter of the project. I really want it to succeed and I have invited a lot of people who will hopefully invest in the pre ICO or the main sale. I'm looking forward to purchasing some CROM tokens and HODLing, maybe in the future this coin could potentially hit $5.00 - $7.00 which would be a very good profit indeed. I think that there is a bright future ahead for CROM if they keep working hard. I can see this coin becoming popular in the future because probably most of the coins don't have a whitepaper etc. This ico does have his stuff together.
CROM has the basic fundamentals in place for this project to be great. However I feel that people are going to really judge this project because of the high price of the tokens, they're going to feel the need to justify it somehow. Which is unfair because like you've said they have been working really hard and they are organised. It looks like they have a clear plan and they're doing really well in partnering with other projects. The team are very proactive and I like that they have gone for the bounty option instead of a basic airdrop which every shitcoin seems to be doing at the moment. Let's just hope it can all come together and we pick up some more investors. |

That could mean that our tokens are going to be worth a lot after ICO. Yeah there's a good review on there from the Benchy analyzer bot, however Berkay Alp the ICO 'expert' hasn't given it a great review. Again one of the things they have picked up on is the lack of video presentations. I definitely think the team need to start producing some videos, even just a brief animation of the road map just to help explain the project to new potential investors. Not everyone has the time to thoroughly read through a project's white paper. And the fact that you could sum up the whole project in a brief 1 minute video would go a long way. |

I do this also, because i wouldn't invest in a ICO where is no support available. I think that no one will invest when there is no support. Investors have a high chance of investing when they see that there are new articles made and that the project is active. I hope that it will be listed on cryptocompare and on coinmarket so that we can see that its no joke. Definitely, a good support shows that you are not alone. Tells you that there are other into it before you so that kind of boost your confidence and encourages you to go ahead. I think they should note the platform where they have the most support and display more of that (while they work on growing their support on other platforms) especially to potential investors. It’s great to have a team that are so active, if you go on to their the Telegram group you will see the official team members getting involved in the conversation all the time which is always great if you have a question and you need it answered urgently too!. A lot of ICO projects that I have been involved in before hire random people to monitor and post on their telegrams for them. This can lead to all kinds of confusion. I know I’ve gone on about this before but I really like their posts on twitter they’re good quality and they’re engaging! |

So how do you get people to click on your affiliate link? Do they receive any free tokens by signing in? Otherwise it is really hard to get people interested Send it to your friends, post it on facebook/twitter, theres loads of ways that you can get people to click your link. You could even write an article on medium/your blog (if you have one). You can make a youtube video and put your link on that and talk about your project. Even go on to other bitcointalk threads and post it on there if you're allowed to! You will get paid if the person that clicks on your link then goes and purchases some CROM. The affiliate link will work better after the main sale has opened because it will be more affordable for your every day crypto investor! |

It has a very big following but I didn't realise it was now at 25k followers! I also like the quality of the tweets and the articles that the twitter team post. It's always the best place to get the most recent updates on the project. I have the automatic notification setting turned on for their tweets so I'm always kept updated on the latest developments. The telegram group has also grown massively the project is becoming more and more popular every day. It's also good to get your friends/colleagues involved so we can spread the word as much as possible. If a twitter account posts quality posts and artice it could of course have 25k followers. With twitter you can spread out more information, because a lot of people are using twitter so its smart for a ICO to use twitter aswell. The only thing i miss is a youtube channel  I'm totally with you especially because nowadays, marketing is mostly everything. The world of ICOs is crazy sometimes I have the feeling that the project with the best artwork on their homepage get the most investors, even if their project is something like: shitcoin, first blockchain based pile of shit...  Yeah advertising/marketing is extremely important. Like you said some of the shitcoins that have no purpose and provide no solution but they still do really well because they have been advertised brilliantly! I know some people don't like it but facebook/twitter advertising can be really effective and it can be targeted to people that are interested in cryptos and have money to invest. But I also feel that a youtube channel would help so we can see a background to the project and meet the team. Would be cool to see the Berlin office and 'behind the scenes' footage! |

Just last week, I have seen the option of using fiat currency. Its brand new. But CROM is not the first one. So it should work in favor of CROM as the procedure is already known. Since we did not hear any info from CROM team here, we have to wait.
Like you mentioned, it reduces fees of converting to ETH first and then converting again, etc..
I'm sure we will get an answer soon from one of the CROM team. It will be interesting to see how it develops, they are taking a lot of our recommendations on board. In other news I've just seen that CROM have been linked with another potential partner, called Yeahmobi. I have to admit the team must be working extremely hard as they securing new business partners almost daily. If these big companies that work in the digital advertising & marketing industries believe in the project as much as we all do its very exciting. It's also important for long term business to build. |

Some companies heard our discussions in this forum it seems. Today I have seen companies selling their tokens for fiat currencies. Some announced their co-operation with paypal. CROM team should cosnider this option and go ahead with it. Like somebody said in this forum, this will prevent people from dumping the tokens after listing.

sounds awesome if other ICO's already took note of our suggestions. i still stand behind my fiat suggestion. In the telegram app victor already assured me they would take it into account to make the blogs a bit more approachable in text. Really like it that they take us serious and keep trying to improve their beautifull ICO. That's great to know for me and also to the investor community. It would be nice if CROM makes official statement about the same. Even though it takes some time to come to concrete decision, it would be nice to communicate the intention to public. If this is true CROM will be successful for sure. It would make it easier because it removes the need to convert into ETH and lose money through fees, but I haven't heard of too many ICO's that allow you to purchase tokens with fiat currency. Especially as this is an ERC-20 token they would have probably budgeted the project in ETH and fund raising targets in ETH. Most main sale projects use BTC, ETH or both. It's a slight worry how expensive the token is though because I'm worried people are only going to get involved in the project because of the price of the token. But it does show that the devs are serious about the project and they value the coin highly. |

Who knows, can we see how much money was collected? Is the address of the smart contract public or private? In addition, it would be great to add the project to various ICO trackers.
I am curious too about how Well their pre-ICO is going. Isn't there a counter or something which is tracking it? Yes!!! I was going to say this earlier it would be great to track the progress of the ICO especially through the home page! Hopefully the numbers are already really good but it will be an attractive thing for potential investors to look at! |

I really love the bonus for presale, because it gives you way more tokens rather than investing very late without the bonus. I wish that the bonus was way higher  . In my opinion the bonus is more than enough. Just take a look to the based Price from 3 Dollar per Token/Coin. Each %-increase of the bonus will scale with it. Yeah definitely agree, you can't give away a bonus higher than 25% because it will drastically reduce the value of the token that CROM are offering, plus like I mentioned in an earlier post it will encourage people to dump the project as soon as it gets listed on an exchange because they will make a profit from the bonus that they didn't have to pay for. And bonus should also be given for just a day or for few hours only. People dump it on the day of listing if heavy bonus is given and for longer period of time. I am seeing this action in many ICOs off late. CROM team should make different strategy to prevent dumping of tokens after listing. May be locking the bonus tokens for some months or systematic release of bonus tokens, etc.. could be a possibility if this is ethical in this world of cryptocurrency. Yeah, make the bonus available for 24 hours maximum. Then maybe release 15%, 10%, 5% bonuses for buying CROM at later stages. Also was the pre-ICO meant to start today? Just looked at the roadmap and it says the Pre-ICO should start today? However I haven't received an email inviting me to buy tokens? Does anyone when the links will be distributed? Maybe you filled out the nessesary formular, but typed in an too little amount of eth (you need 10 ETH minimum for pre ICO). Yeah I must have made an error on the initial sign up. They are aiming it at companies/people that work in the digital advertising industry. Because CROM will be hoping that their token/service is mass-adopted by the industry so they can tap in to the market and make $$$ However, I do agree there is some overly complicated jargon used in the articles that even people who know about marketing/advertising would struggle with. |
