3102  Other / Serious discussion / Re: How do you feel about not psysically know people from the forum? on: September 07, 2018, 02:45:28 AM
I’ve met a couple forum members. It’s always been a great experience. There are lots of troublemakers here who love to stir up trouble any way they can from behind a keyboard, but we all have a unique shared common interest that I think presented in the right atmosphere would likely turn many forum enemies into friends. I know I’d love to share a beer with anyone who loved Bitcoin as much as I do.

Hypocrite.... So show up at some bitcoin conferences with a nametag. Maybe we can make up? Grin   ....  Kiss
3103  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [INFO] Topps Allen & Ginter Reference Thread on: September 07, 2018, 01:05:42 AM
I bought a glow in the dark non-crypto card and was about to  complain to seller that it didn't glow.  I put it under a lamp but got no glow.  Only after setting it in sunlight did it glow.  Moral of the story,  put all your mini base cards in sunlight.  You may have one already.   I didn't feel fuzz on the glow card like is advertised

What kind of light are people using, just a black light? sunlight glow sounds really odd, but I'll check it! thanks!

3110  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION] Art Bitcoin Pizza Metal Panel from frankbitcoin on: September 06, 2018, 12:47:25 AM
Here's a bright idea IMO- Frank - When you get the item back (assuming it's not damaged etc) -

Re-run the original raffle and include shipping charges on top! - I would gladly pay you the shipping charges on top of my raffle entry. Or shit, run a new raffle, I'd be in?

Thanks! Sorry to all parties in this current mess! Sad
3111  Economy / Collectibles / Re: BTCC Mint 2018 V-Series One and One Tenth Bitcoin - Official Launch on: September 06, 2018, 12:38:46 AM
dont trust anacs grades, ever.

I never said I trusted them, shit, I have an MS64 Cas brass s2 on auction that looks much nicer than the grade and it's only at like 1.13 lol.... Grin

It was more of an experiment - I sent some 2017 coins in last year and they graded fairly high, MS68 mostly and one MS69.

I think this second batch was a different mint, but Idk - I think that was earlier in the thread(?)  Tongue
3112  Economy / Collectibles / Re: BTCC Mint 2018 V-Series One and One Tenth Bitcoin - Official Launch on: September 05, 2018, 09:23:56 PM
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

MS68 isn't bad for Titanium I suppose.... I did look closely at them before sending, but apparently not close enough.
3113  Other / Archival / Re: [ENDED] 2011 CASASCIUS S2 - MS 64 (ANACS YELLOW) - OLDER GRADE??!!! on: September 05, 2018, 08:46:11 PM
1.13

Less than 1 day left... Get an S2 on the cheap!! Cheesy
3114  Economy / Collectibles / Re: BTCC Mint 2018 V-Series One and One Tenth Bitcoin - Official Launch on: September 05, 2018, 08:43:40 PM
Every customer is unhappy with this series and what does BTCC ? -> A solution ? No

First of all, open the shop again to sell other common Coins with a high premium to disappoint the remaining customers...

Customer Support in perfection !

There was an auction held for the first 100 coins both 1.0 and 0.1 bitcoin and I have not seen any complaints about the first hundred coins, check the thread for yourself. The coins I won at auction were fine, no problems.

I had 2 of my auction coins graded at ANACS just to see.... MS63 and MS68. ... Not too impressive, IMO... YMMV obviously... Tongue
3115  Economy / Collectibles / Re: BITCOIN CASASCIUS 2013 - .5 BTC LOADED FULLY FUNDED on: September 05, 2018, 03:14:20 AM

Yeeeeeah... if you want that much, stick to ebay and hope/cross ya fingers! Cheesy

3118  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [INFO] Topps Allen & Ginter Reference Thread on: September 03, 2018, 02:02:53 AM
He's been out for 5 weeks now, "bro", and has shown no signs of improvement, given that he's just had to have another cortisone shot and still can't grip a bat due to the wrist injury. And there's now no set timetable for a return..."bro".

Have a clue before you speak.

For example, his 2017 Topps Chrome Xfractor RC Autograph numbered out of 20 is down over $100 since the injury.

And that's just one of the numerous examples of low-numbered Judge cards that are down a significant percentage since his injury.

"Bro"...lol...what a douche.

Hey Aidan, Even if you are correct, please have a little respect for the people that have been here a FUCK of a lot longer than you, eh, BRO? Tongue

No need to be smarmy about it, just be corrective and helpful. If you were here asking us about Bitcoin, that's what most of us would do for you man.

Cheers

3120  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [TRADING] physical big mac coins on: September 01, 2018, 08:57:37 PM
Hi, I am looking to trade one-to-one for a couple of Big Mac coins.

I have
1968-1978 (2x, still in packaging)
1998-2008 (still in packaging)

I need the following to complete my collection, still in packaging preferred

1978-1988
1988-1998

To prove my trustworthiness, I can provide my ebay handle and you can check me out there. My collection is for my personal collection and won't be sold. All comes from a non-smoking home.

If this posting is still up, I'm still searching. I'll delete or update this posting when I have made trades.

Thank you!

I have both coins you need. Will send you (another) PM shortly.
