Lot's of strange results today, biggest surprise for me was Malta leading 2:0 against Slovakia on HT, it ended 2:2 but still a big surprise. Turkey looking on fire, I expected them to score a couple of goals today but I also expected Norway to match them. Croatia still playing like shit but we got 3 points, so we will just forget about the game and remember the points Portugal loosing 2:0 lead, Ireland loosing at home against Luxembourg.... For me, these results are also a big surprise. It seems that Serbia is slowly returning to the top of European and world football with a new coach and Slovakia may have already lost the chance to fight for the top 2 in the group after two consecutive failures. Croatia has been playing very badly not since today but for the last 3 years, since the World Cup in Russia. It seems to me that some older players play because of their old merits rather than current quality and the Croatian coach seemed to have lost the idea or plan of how to lead the team to victory. Ya, maybe, or maybe not. I agree that merit is not something that is easy to get and rank-up. With what I've been through, it's really hard. Sometimes I don't know how to get merit from someone else. But look at the bright side, there are a lot of people who created an account after the merit system launched, but they are still doing well, they still rank up quickly, and now become one of the reputable forum members. Not uncommon, you can find. So, why do they do it? Because they are really good at bringing benefits to the community. Unlike me, they know what to do. So the merit system may make it difficult for everyone, but it should not be an excuse for people to complain. Until now, it is making this forum more amazing than ever. So nothing is unfair  Yes, it’s like in real life or at work. People who put in more effort or time over time receive more recognition than others and progress at work. Honestly, forum rank is not so important here because all members have equal rights to participate in discussions, share information, read all topics etc. Users who complain about merits don't actually do this because of the merits themselves but because they need a higher forum rank to be able to participate in better paid signature campaigns. There is no other reason to complain about merits or forum rank. |

Slovenia did managed to surprise me when they beat Croatia in their first game but I think it would be difficult for Slovenia to duplicate that success again when they play against Russia, with Croatia sitting in this group, I believe Russia would surely want to gain as many points as possible from other teams, I guess Russia should be able to beat Slovenia today and maintain their top position on the table in Group H.
Russia and Slovenia currently lead in Group H and whoever wins the match between Slovenia and Russia will become Croatia's main competitor for first place in Group. The group is actually very even and will probably be uncertain until the end, and if Croatia overcomes the current crisis, it will remain the favorite for first place in the group. As a matter of fact, we have two merit sources active in our board, but problem is that their monthly allocation is quite small compared to other merit sources. Some of them get few dozens of merit per month, while some get several hundreds so even if local board has few merit sources it can still be under merited, like in our case. Unfortunately for us (and some other local boards that are in similar situation) theymos is obviously satisfied with the current merit numbers so all we can do now is wait, keep writing good posts and hope for the best. Unfortunately, I have to confirm that this is true. As merit source I don't have enough merits to reward enough all quality posts in Croatian locale. That's why I often have to limit the number of merits I share, so that everyone gets the merits they deserve. I hope this situation will change in the future. |

Spain draw with Greece was biggest surprise tonight. Spain played well, but referee gave questionable penalty which made score 1:1. Greece today made just 1 shot in total - feel the 2004 vibes, lol Ibra returned to national team with an assist and win against Georgia. There was some interesting high scoring games with big comebacks like Hungary 3:3 Poland, Scotland 2:2 Austria (amazing goal by McGinn is worth to see), Romania 3:2 North Macedonia. Hungary - Poland probably was the most exciting one. I read the statistics of this match somewhere and by all statistical indicators Spain was absolutely better and should have won convincingly. Greece really had a lot of luck in this match and it has to be said. Things like this happen sometimes, a mix of unfortunate circumstances but for the Spanish national team there is no need to be afraid, they are still one of the best national teams in the world. Personally, I'm much more worried about the poor result of Croatia in the match with Slovenia. It's a continuation of the bad cycle of Croatian games after the World Cup in Russia, where they won a sensational second place and perhaps an indication that Croatia is moving away from the top of world football. |

Slovenia-Croatia was really interesting, yes. Croatia actually played much better after conceding the goal but they couldn't manage to score. France surprised me very much by not being able to defeat Ukraine. It was actually an easy match for them but they were terrible on finding the target (3/18). Serbia-Ireland was a great match. Serbia made an awesome comeback and managed to defeat them 3-2. I watched match between Slovenia and Croatia. Honestly, it was a really hard to watch, boring match without much excitement and action. Croatia put pressure on Slovenia's defence and attacked but had no solution on how to break slovenian defence and score. It is already known that Croatia has problems in small matches against opponents who are just defending. France probably just had a bad day and I believe Serbia is on track to return to the top of world football with a new coach. |

Ova rasprava se polako pretvara u ''krimić'' sa zanimljivim idejama kako riješiti pitanje poreza za crypto Hvala svima koji su rekli da se zarada od signature kampanja mora prijaviti poreznoj u roku od 30 dana i platiti porez na drugi dohodak (25 % čini mi se?). Zamolio bih vas da mi kažete (s obzirom da ste gotovo svi u signature kampanjama pa sam siguran da imate iskustva) koliko ste do sada na ovaj način prijavili poreza i da li zaradu od signature kampanja prijavljujete jednom tjedno ili čekate da se skupi više isplata pa to obavite jednom mjesečno? Kako ispunite JOOPD obrazac? Vjerujem da će vam svi drugi na ovom forumu biti zahvalni na tim informacijama. Ja sam u ovoj priči dugoročno i još barem 3-4 godine ne mislim ništa podizati. Nakon toga prvo ću krenuti podizati btc sa svojeg najstarijeg walleta, u kojem sam prve bitcoine dobio još 2014. a koliko se sjećam porezna zastara nastupa nakon 7 godina. Više se ne sjećam kako sam dobio prvi btc, od uplate ili signature kampanje ali u ovom slučaju, zbog zastare, neće biti važno. Poslije sam te btc prebacio i na na binance, kucoin i druge burze i trejdao pa sam gotovo siguran da ću to moći prijaviti kao kapitalnu dobit a s obzirom da će proći više od 2 godine, vjerujem da nikakvog poreza neće imati. S obzirom da je prvi ulaz bio prije desetak godina, kada nije ni bilo bilo kakvog poreznog propisa ili zakona o crypto a i s obzirom na poreznu zastaru, siguran sam da neće biti ni problem što nisam prijavio drugi dohodak na zaradu od signature kampanje. Uostalom, u to vrijeme, oko 2014-15, sjećam se da sam u poreznoj prijavljivao internetsku zaradu koja mi je došla od nekih drugih projekata direktno na bankovni račun, i da u poreznoj nisu znali što bi sa mnom, slali su me od šaltera do šaltera mjesec dana jer tada, koliko sam shvatio, još nisu imali posebnu kategoriju i šifru za internetsku zaradu. Točno to, jedino što si malo preoptimističan glede toga da će teret dokazivanja biti na Poreznoj. Pogledaj kako funkcionira IRS u SAD-u, samo pošalju prijeteće pismo gdje traže uvid, a onda je na svakom od poreznih obveznika da proučava zakone ili si nađe odvjetnika. Isto tako i kod nas Porezna može samo uzeti neku proizvoljnu cifru, po tome ti obračunati porez na proizvoljan način, i onda na tebi ostaje da ili platiš, ili se žališ i dokazuješ zašto to nije tako, odnosno, teret dokazivanja će uvijek biti na tebi.
A dobro, malo sam se krivo izrazio. Više sam mislio da je za 99 % ekipe u poreznoj crypto velika nepoznanica, nešto o čemu nemaju pojma i kad im pokažemo ispise walleta bit će vjerojatno potpuno izgubljeni. Imam osjećaj da će biti ''sretni'' da te se nekako riješe, prevedu crypto jezik na svoj ''normalni'' jezik i dođu do nekog zaključka kako te uopće oporezovati. Barem je takvo bilo moje iskustvo kada sam prije 6-7 godina morao prijaviti internetsku zaradu jer mi je lova sjela direktno na bankovni račun. Razumijem ja zakone. Zakon kaže da i farbanje susjedovog zida prijaviš ko drugi dohodak. Mislim da to odneseš na samu poreznu, da bi te čak i oni gledali ko nekog poluidiota.
Sig kampanje nisu milijuni dolara jer drugi dohodak prijavljuješ u trenutku dobivanja sredstava, što znači da ti je porez svaki tjedan na tih 30, 50, 60 dolara - koliko već si dobivao a ne na 10 tisuća koliko možda trenutno vrijedi.
Iskreno, mi ovdje vodimo neke ''teoretske'' rasprave ali što zapravo može porezna u ovom slučaju? Nemaju uvida u naše crypto wallete i dobit će samo one podatke koje smo im mi voljni dati. Što oni mogu zaključiti iz stotina i tisuća transakcija u nekom walletu? Zapravo ništa. Niti mogu znati tko vam je poslao crypto sredstva i s kojom svrhom a niti mogu znati gdje su vaša crypto sredstva otišla, a niti s kojim ciljem? Ovdje nema instituta ''međunarodne pravne pomoći'' pa da se oni obrate nadležnim poreznim i državnim organima neke zemlje i pokušaju istražiti pravo podrijetlo vaših sredstava. Sami možete odabrati walet čiji ćete ispis transakcija podijeliti s njima (i to ako će uopće i tražiti) i koji eventualno možete dodatno opravdati s nekim drugim potvrdama (bankovne uplate, uplate/isplate s burze...) i to je to. Jednostavno, u ovom slučaju oni su nemoćni da bilo što istraže i ovise o vašim podacima, a teret dokazivanja bilo čega je na njima. Mislim da se ne treba previše ''uzbuđivati'' oko ovoga. |

Pretpostavljam da će ipak morati protuvrijednost u fiatu položiti na račun jer sumnjam da u inozemstvu tvrtke mogu primati BTC kao sredstvo plaćanja. Pa čovjek ionako ulaže stotine milijuna dolara u bitcoin a ovako se čak više neće morati ni truditi pretvarati fiat u btc, jer će mu bitcoin direktno sjedati u wallet od uplate kupaca A ovo drugo se lako riješi, manji zajam u banci za pokrivanje razlike u bilanci i to je to. Ako se kladi na rast bitcoina i zaključio je da mu je bolje držati sredstva u bitcoinu nego u fiatu (jer očekuje brži rast vrijednosti btc od inflacije fiata koja je neizbježna), onda bi mu se ova strategija dugoročno mogla isplatiti. |

Kako sam pretpostavio, nije te prihvatio u kampanju. Vjerojatno zato jer si Hero member. Ali u svakom slučaju ja bi se pretplatio na tu temu čisto da vidiš kad će se otvoriti slobodno mjesto. Ne otvara se često ali vidim da je sad za Sr. Membera primio korisnika s 8 dobivenih Merita u zadnjih 120 dana tako da očito nije previše izbirljiv. Ali svakako bi probao prijavom na kampanju koju ti je FatFork predložio. Ionako traje samo tjedan dana. Njemu meriti definitivno nisu najvažniji kriterij. Mislim da vjerojatno ima neku svoju ''bilježnicu'' u koju zapisuje sve članove svojih kampanja s kojima je bio zadovoljan, i oni imaju prednost kada se otvori neka nova kampanja, čak i ako imaju manje merita od drugih prijavljenih. Osim toga, često se žuri i već nakon par sati odabere člana za kampanju, čak i onoga tko se prvi prijavi i bude najbrži, pa definitivno treba dobro pratiti njegove topice. |
