In there site they says they pay upto 100 doge per hour but they are paying maximum of 10 doge every 10 minute so in 1 hour it is 60 doge maximum.

I suggest you to run traffic exchanger software in windows or linux vps which will run 24x7. You may get one month of enough vps package for 5$, but i don't think hitleap allow vps this days. Try another exchanger with those vps.
