3121  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Platform Jual Beli Crypto Direct IDR on: March 25, 2021, 07:58:57 AM
3122  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [Diskusi] Berbagi Info Liquidity Pool AMM Semua Blockchain - ERC, BSC dll. on: March 25, 2021, 07:33:35 AM

3123  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: A P2P Crypto Currency Lending Platform on: March 24, 2021, 11:25:53 AM
Very similar to Yield and many other lending platform, lenders put their funds/coins in a pool, there will be various of pool with different coins, interest rate and repayment period (higher interest rate = higher risk here)
So borrowers with different levels can lend different pool, Eg. a newbie borrower can only loan Level 1 pool which is higher interest rate and shorter repayment period.
When borrower make all repayment on time, then it will be upgraded to level 2 then only he/she can loan Level 2 pool which is lower interest rate and longer repayment period.
-snip-

That's way too complicated and I don't think it will attract much interest from borrowers in the first place, since they don't really need to borrow from the pool because there are dozens of competitors out there. I think over-collateralization is good enough if you want to make sure lenders will get something if the borrowers default.

AFAIK Yield also plans to launch a pooled-lending mechanism, but it is basically an automatic lending-borrowing mechanism so people don't have to create individual offers. Lenders can send their funds on a pool and set their categories (let's say interest between 3-10% within 10 days), and the contract will automatically take care of finding the borrowers that suit their criteria. I think you can follow this structure and make sure the interest is good enough to attract lenders while borrowers get incentivized to use your platform.
3124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time Magazine: Will start to accept crypto for subscription on: March 24, 2021, 11:02:36 AM
Not really a surprise tbh. I'm pretty sure some of them already hold some crypto and then announce something like this so they can increase their profits. Sooner or later the scalability debate will need to have its conclusions or at least there are several alternatives so we can continue this trend.

Hopefully, we'll succeed at that and create a new wave of mass adoption.
3125  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Okex Korea is shutting down on next month. Please withdraw your balance on: March 23, 2021, 11:30:15 AM
From what I've heard, the new law requires an exchange to register and set up a real bank account in the country and report user details to the government. Sounds like they don't want to open a "real" bank account there tbh. Maybe because they afraid government will intervene with their operations. Well, hopefully, this will reduce shady trading activities even though user data might be collected here and there.
3126  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [DISKUSI] Kenapa Kita Harus Yakin dengan Non-Collaterized Stablecoin? on: March 23, 2021, 11:16:15 AM
maka jelas saja bahwasanya AMPL a.k.a Ampleforth ini merupakan Non-Collaterized Stablecoin #CMIIW

Are All Elastic Assets Stablecoins? No.

It is important to note that not all rebasing assets function as stablecoins. Many observers group all rebasing assets into the stablecoin category, which is inaccurate and incorrect. Different elastic tokens seek to achieve stability over varying time periods. Algorithmic stablecoins (that use the rebase mechanic to achieve a tight peg around $1 USD or another fiat currency) are only one type of elastic asset. There are others, as the table below illustrates.
3127  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [INFO] Posting Berita Terkait Cryptocurrency Disini on: March 23, 2021, 11:03:24 AM
Dulu seingat ane mod sapta udah pernah ngasih komen masalah thread news macam ini. Seingat ane sih kenapa ga ada kaya beginian karena ujungnya cuma jadi spam, plus rata" cuma sharing link dan 'ngopas' isi artikelnya aja. Sulit ngontrol kontennya.
3128  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: $20K to invest in coins - Where to start? on: March 23, 2021, 11:01:55 AM
I second the opinion that discussing the risk is also a good idea for a new investor. Make sure they know that their portfolio can go -90% in a single day or more. I think lots of new users are interested in the opportunity without embracing the risk and then claim that crypto is a scam in the end when they failed to utilize the opportunities to make some profits.

Make sure he's really prepared to lose all of that money before he starts. Reduce the amount necessary since there's no use in guiding him if he can't be patient because he lost the money he can't afford to lose.
3129  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: A P2P Crypto Currency Lending Platform on: March 23, 2021, 08:50:06 AM
You might want to check out yield.credit, it is more or less the lending platform developed with the same idea as yours albeit running on Ethereum. One of the things you could improve by looking at that platform is to reduce fees to make loan offers etc. I'm not sure how this could work with the Bitcoin chain though, probably you can do it on a 2nd layer or something similar if you truly want to achieve full decentralization where the blockchain holds all the details and secure the deal.
3130  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: 5 Koin Top Pilihananmu Tahun 2021? on: March 22, 2021, 11:42:18 AM

4. MUSE (dapet gratis juga) - DEX buat NFT. Ane rasa selama hype NFT ga mati ini proyek bakal dapet MC yang cukup banyak. Jumlah token juga lumayan dikit, sekitar 1 juta maks. Murni proyek komunitas.
5. KAI / Kardiachain
3131  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [DISKUSI] LTO Network - Blockchain Hybrid untuk Alur Kerja B2B Terdesentralisasi on: March 22, 2021, 11:27:43 AM

3132  Economy / Exchanges / Re: uniswap - Has anyone used this exchange yet? on: March 22, 2021, 08:42:24 AM
As far as I can remember even if you don't have enough ETH to make any transaction you'll still see the pop-up. Did you try with other web browsers or is there any plug-in that blocks any pop-up etc? Did you try a hard refresh after you connect your MetaMask? I personally use several ad and script blockers but never got this problem.
3133  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [DISKUSI] Kenapa Kita Harus Yakin dengan Non-Collaterized Stablecoin? on: March 22, 2021, 08:23:32 AM

3134  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [TIPS] Set Gas Untuk Mengirim Token dan ETH on: March 22, 2021, 08:18:51 AM
tapi masih berharap sih ke depannya ftx bisa kembali withdraw tanpa fee soalnya banyak bounty yang menyuruh kirim eth buat fee klaim koin
Wah, emang mereka ga mau ngirim tokennya sendiri apa gimana?

3135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Question Regarding Spot Market Trading in Binance & Supported Pending Order Type on: March 22, 2021, 07:54:24 AM
As far as I can understand from your story, you can't do it right now, unless Binance has new order types. What you can do is probably put a sell order at the price you believe Bitcoin will reach later on, and then put the stop loss at $50k. If the price drop to $50k then your order will be placed on the order book and if you're lucky all of your Bitcoin might get sold asap. If that's not your thing, then another option is to use a bot that supports such task.
3136  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to start as a beginner? on: March 22, 2021, 07:48:53 AM
I also like Andreas videos, watched them a few times in the past when I'm still new and don't really understand much. That being said, reading the book is a good experience as well since you can skip and read the parts that you're really interested in any time you want to. Not to mention most of Andreas's books are available for free (at least the previous version), so there should be no problem if you can't buy the books.

Things could get tricky if you want to learn about subjects other than Bitcoin though since there are new terms here and there. Other than Binance academy, I guess following the latest news on Twitter is a good choice if you don't want to miss anything new, such as "liquidity protocol", "liquidity farming", etc.
3137  Economy / Economics / Re: A Platform for Small-Scale Freelancing: Microlancer on: March 21, 2021, 11:44:09 AM
You are right and actually I support all these platforms but I don't understand why we need separate platforms for freelancing jobs when there already exist some established and well known freelancer websites where we can work and earn fiat, which we can then use for buying Bitcoins.
I think there are several reasons:
1. The fees are quite high.
2. It is difficult for new users to join and find opportunities since a lot of job owners probably have their favorites. Skill doesn't really matter if you don't find the opportunity.
3. You don't have to depend on a fiat payment processor since the payment can be transferred to your crypto wallet directly.
4. Convenience. You don't have to trade from fiat to crypto and save some money.
5. The current platform is too centralized, or simply doesn't offer a place for crypto enthusiasts to work on some things they're good at (different from person to person I guess).
3138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Only password on: March 21, 2021, 11:06:06 AM
Tried scan HDD with Photorec, recuva, method written in this forum, but nothing helped.
You mean the whole hard drive has been reformatted multiple times? Sounds like a lost cause then. If you truly believe you had the wallet file, seeking professional help won't hurt, but you'd have to spend some money. Personally, I'd consider it gone at this point and move on from this.
3139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Now that cryptocurrency trading volume surpassed the south Korean stock market. on: March 21, 2021, 08:46:38 AM
That sounds good to hear. I'm very impressed with how well crypto has grown over the last couple of years with steady growing interests.
IMO one of the main reasons is that younger people like to take more risks to get higher profits. Not to mention how lifestyle and part-time job culture in South Korea are quite high, so people can get money relatively quickly and spend it on anything that they wanted (at least that's what I get from the analysis on South Korean culture). In addition to that, the barrier to enter the crypto market is quite low, compared to other investment markets like real estate, stocks, etc.
3140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: $5 Worth of LTC & $5 Worth of USDT - Binance - What to do? on: March 21, 2021, 08:20:32 AM
If you still can't withdraw it, then I guess you have to deposit some coins and then withdraw them all using the coin/network with the lowest fee. Or wait for a few years and hope your LTC value increases.

There's no other choice, exchange won't process those small transactions since they need to make profits when you withdraw.
