Well, the league is back and they didn't brought the majestic7 back at all. As far as we know there was no person who managed to win that 1 bitcoin reward, nobody went 7/7 as far as we know and I am pretty sure if they actually managed to win, fortunejack would probably make it heard everyone to show that they in fact gave that 1 bitcoin they promised, that is how marketing works. However looking at the current situation neither anyone has won this, nor they are continuing the game as a whole.

Hopefully in the future they will bring it back, we as the community really loved it and to be honest it was the perfect marketing because they didn't paid a single cent to anyone (just free bets) and yet there was talks about the promotion here all the time.

It is obvious that when something gets super famous, people try to take advantage of that, and when a scam gets so famous that the scammers make money, other scammers sees this and they try to get part of the deal as well and soon you have a lot of scammers trying to steal money. Obviously this is not a good thing for neither the website nor the users, however if you are smart enough you can't get scammed.

In order for you to get scammed, you have to send someone money, if you do not send anyone money, you are not going to get scammed at all, how could you get scammed if you do not send money to anyone and it stays in your wallet, how could you ever get scammed? So just deposit here, make sure you are here and not some phishing website, and if you are not sure add to favorites, and gamble here, do not do anything else.
Yeah confidence trick is called confidence trick for a reason, all those scammers and conman comes from oozing confidence to other people and even on a crypto world where everyone knows there is scammers rampant everywhere and everyone is doing whatever they want, we are still quite easy to fall victim to scammers because the number one thing they have to do is make sure you trust them, which requires them to be confident, if you feel that you are already in their net.

So long story short, always be suspective of others and as long as you are not dealing with companies (and even some of the companies) do not trust people, there is really no reason to, if you have never met a person there is no reason why you should trust them and do business with them at all.

First of all I have to say this is basketball and anything could happen, a 73-9 world record breaking team managed to get ahead 3-1 on a finals series and ended up losing the championship, nothing is too shocking in basketball, everything is possible. But aside from that, I believe personally that Clippers is a better team because they play with heart, obviously they do have talent but many players there like harrel, pat bev, gordon, louwill and likes all play with obviously talent but mostly heart, they have managed to make a HUGE comeback last year to gsw as well if anyone can remember that, it was all heart.

Now this doesn't mean Lakers will lose, they have Lebron and I believe Lebron could win any game, dude is just a whole another level but clippers will definitely give them hell.
3124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SushiSwap founder returns money and ask for forgiveness 😢 on: September 13, 2020, 03:32:01 PM
I do not get it, why do you think that one person should have power over something? That alone should tell you how this is all wrong and f- up, decentralization is a thing and if they do not care about it at all, that means they are not doing it right at all neither.

We need people to actually have some sort of uncontrollable thing, like bitcoin because that way you know that it can't be controlled and people could actually have a decentralized currency, however it is not like that, now this dude made a mistake and it screwed up everything but even if it ever recovers, giving that power to someone else doesn't really make a ton of change, it just changes the ownership from one person to another, who is to say that new ownership will not make any mistake neither? Nobody can guarantee that.
3125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How does Polkadot crypto come to 7th position? is a scam? on: September 13, 2020, 07:54:42 AM
It is now 6th and I feel like that is not really enough to make it look legit. I know that it moves up and that makes it look like it could actually be something serious and I understand the logic behind a coin looking high could mean it is a good one as well but it is not about being in the top 10 when you start, it is about being in top 10 all the time and polkadot has to show the world that it actually worths that top 10 price only if they could continue to stay in that top 10 for over a year or two, if they could actually hang in there for over a year and close to two, that means they actually deserve that place, however if slowly over time it starts to fall and becomes something that is not worthy, it will become less and less valuable and price will fall.
3126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another DeFi exit scam just made off with $20M in investor funds on: September 13, 2020, 05:56:17 AM
What the hell is yfdexf.finance? Like seriously how the hell do you guys find those places? I really do not understand that at all. I wouldn't put in a single cent there but people collectively ended up putting over 20 million dollars for the dude to actually steal from them.

I could seriously consider starting a "asdgavvxcvasdefi.finance" and would probably even make some money, live rest of my life without ever worrying about making a single cent again aside from that. Think about it, this dude stole some 20 million, would you ever need to work again if you had 20 million dollars? I could have just 1 million dollars and even that would be enough for me to never work again in my life, it is such a huge amazing number. Do not be so easy to fool by these scammers.
3127  Economy / Economics / Re: Remote Working and Inequality on: September 12, 2020, 06:17:22 PM
I do not feel like having a wife and kids stops you from working at home. Do you know how many distractions are in an office? We are talking about seriously not even being able to do your work most of the time because there is something going on, at home it is a lot easier.

I have been a freelancer for over 5 years now and I can tell you that I have never been blessed with anything better in my life, I really dream about having this work until I die and hopefully it continues because this is literally the best job I have ever had in my life, it allows me to work on my own hours, it allows me to take a break whenever I want, even if I have regular life stuff like go to doctor or shop at grocery store or whatever regular stuff, I can just continue when I get back, there is nobody at the top telling me to keep working, there is just a work and as long as you do your work nobody says anything about how you do it.
3128  Economy / Economics / Re: ETC Group to launch bitcoin ETP on Deutsche Boerse on: September 12, 2020, 05:42:34 PM
Obviously these are just the start, we are going to have a lot more than these, we are going to have a lot of options and people will use them a lot as well because these are a lot more trustworthy to people who are used to traditional markets.

If you see people buying into grayscale but not buying bitcoin directly, that is because it is easier for them, specially for people who are over certain age because they believe it is a long term investment (which they are right) and short term is too volatile for them which means they are already old and they do not want that volatility and if they will ever get into crypto it would be via something like grayscale. When those companies make a profit others will see and they will get into the same thing as well giving us a lot more option.
3129  Economy / Economics / Re: UK economy continues to rebound upwards - but yet to cross pre covid levels. on: September 12, 2020, 04:14:35 PM
We will have to spend a lot more time to reach above the pre covid levels, that was some horrible pandemic that affected the whole world, it is not easy to pass those levels, obviously we will have to spend a big time to go above that level.

However rebounding is important, it shows that it is not going worse and right now not going worse is something we can accept, as long as it is not going worse, I am fine with even not going better as well. Same goes crypto, if we stay around 10-12 thousand levels and not go above but not go below that level I am fine with it, that is of course until 2021, after 2021 we have to see some sort of improvement both in economy and bitcoin price as well because we can't just assume that the world will be like this forever .
3130  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What advice will you give to a beginner trader? on: September 11, 2020, 07:09:38 PM
Learning how community reacts is a lot more important than learning how the charts are moving. People are the ones that changes the prices, they buy and sell so they do end up making the changes in the prices, which means you need to learn how to read people and market sentiment.

If you see something that could change people's minds and make it go down, react that way, if you see how charts shows "it should go down" do not believe the charts, check what people think about the chart, that is a lot more important. You may think that a chart that shows price should go down, should mean people will sell, but sometimes that just means people will buy thinking it is bottoming out soon. People are wild, they are usually unpredictable, try to guess what they will do.
3131  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Miners' EXIT movements on: September 11, 2020, 04:06:38 PM
Dumping coins is not really something we should be scared off for the long term, obviously it is going to hurt bitcoin in the short term because it drops the price but in the long term if they keep dumping all they have and all they make they can't just make a profit forever, they will eventually stop because they do not have all the coins in the world, which means they are going to stay at a level and can't sell more, when that level is reached and they fail to sell more that means we will find a level where buyers will have to go above, if buyers go above that level miners will not be able to match that and price will keep going up even when they keep selling.

This is what they wanted probably, they wanted to show buyers how much they would have to spend to keep it going up.
3132  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DEX : what features you want in it on: September 11, 2020, 08:04:50 AM
I would say just have some sort of volume, that is it and nothing more. Believe me when I say this, volume is a big big big problem with DEX, they have either fake volume or no volume at all, no DEX in existence has as real volume as binance which is why they are not as big as binance neither, there is no way to trade there without hurting the economy of the coins you like.

I had to deal with couple of them because they had the coin I got paid for bounty, so I just wanted to sell and get out, and I checked the volume for other stuff (wanted to turn BTC to USDT as well) and the volume was so low that even my 120 or so dollars basically all changed a bit of the market, how the hell could 120 dollars change a market, specially as big as btc/usdt pair which should be in millions of dollars.
3133  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bounce Back is coming? on: September 11, 2020, 05:33:28 AM
I believe the ups and downs are temporary, they will come again and it will eventually go break above, we have tried 12k mark plenty of times already and I believe that eventually we are going to see a big increase finally breaking over 12k and this time around it will not go down.

I know we all have been waiting for that for a while now and I know that it is not an easy thing to do but we just have to be patient, we have broke over 12k many times already in the past 3 months or so, it can't continue to just break over and over again until one day it is not even breaking over right? That means it should be going down and I do not believe that it will go down, which means it should potentially go up and down up and down and one day just up and up and up instead of down for a long time.
3134  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reached 10k USD, where Ethereum come at 352 USD on: September 10, 2020, 06:23:55 PM
Ethereum also has its own world, which is why normally it doesn't change depending on bitcoin that much, of course if the market as a whole moves a lot that changes ethereum as well but that is only on major whole market changes, not just depending on bitcoin itself.

However even though ethereum has its own world, it is still an altcoin and when bitcoin moves to one side, eventually it takes all others with it as well no matter how big they are, bitcoin all by itself is over 50% of all crypto, you can't expect ethereum to challenge that for a long time. Obviously I wouldn't want ethereum to be tied to bitcoin too much, I do not want any coin to be tied to any coin, I want them all to be independent, that would be a lot better for us, but that doesn't seem to be happening so far.
3135  Economy / Speculation / Re: 3 Reasons Bitcoin Just Tanked Below $11K for First Time in a Month on: September 10, 2020, 03:21:35 PM
Totally agree that bitcoin should have a stronger support that doesn't get affected by these things this easily, sure they are not nothings but it shouldn't be this easy neither, we have to be stronger. There are some people on bitcoin that wants bitcoin to go down and there are people who are too afraid and get out to quickly, these two people work together even though one side doesn't realize it.

People who wants it to go down just uses the people who are afraid, they just sell a bit and make a big scene about how it is going down and that results with people are afraid to help them out and bring it even lower. That is why if you check the drops you will realize that there are usually two falls, one half happens first and in a day the other half happens.

I didn't know the problems with the blockchain would affect freebitcoin as well, that must be like one more problem to handle for freebitcoin that we didn't know all these years until today, they literally have been doing a perfect job haven't they?

I mean think about all the things that could go wrong with this website in technical sense, these are all just lines of codes really and they face absolutely no problems at all, just a tiny tiny minuscule unimportant one yesterday but aside from them they have been running this website problem free for so many years.

Considering all the things that could have gone wrong and haven't, I am shocked how amazing of a job they are doing. Listen to me here sounding all in love with a website Cheesy but honestly, I really love it here.
3138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you agree with the experts? on: August 18, 2020, 09:54:34 PM
I think we should properly define the roles of experts, experts opinions should never override your personal views and research functions, instead it should come in line with your own perspective about the particular token.

Experts are human too, you cannot expect 100% from them
Unless otherwise they are having the crystal ball, we may start believing them 100%. I believe that no one could foresee what is going to happen hence there will be no point of believing into anyone for our hard earned money. If we are ready to risk all of our money just believing into someone's opinion then we can agree with those experts for their speculation and predictions. In my opinion that is not at all making any sense because we must take time to do our own due diligence before making any financial decisions.

At the same time, celebrities and some experts are trying to manipulate market directions just by releasing their views into their fan club and then their fans and followers are making the differences and this is the reason some people are still believing into those experts.
3139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VIP telegram channels...is it worht it on: August 18, 2020, 09:14:22 PM
There is no way that a group of people or just a person who is charging you for giving you information could be actually making right decisions. Finance is not something like that, finance is exponential and there is no way you could need money from other people if you are rich yourself and if you are not rich that means you can't be great at what you are advising about.

If someone is great at predicting movements in markets they would do it themselves first, after they do it and realize that they are making profits they would keep doing that to get rich very quickly, if they are not making THAT much profit but charge you for it because they want both their trading profits and money from you, that means they are not doing so well to be independent and have enough income all by themselves.

It is also such a wonderful thing to see Doncic playing so so well against a team with Kawhi and PG13 to defend him. This is just a young kid who is on his sophomore year and he took the team to playoffs and played an unbelievable game there. Which reminds me before the draft I said that Doncic should be clear number one without a doubt in mind and he went 3rd (well even fifth if you want to call it) and that is really absurd, I kept saying that dude was the youngest euroleague MVP and that is no joke but I guess scouts like to draft according to old days and just get tall people for some reason, anyone thinks it could actually be a minor racism involved? Like black tall American dude versus smaller (still tall though) white european pick, I don't know but seeing Doncic tear the league up is always entertaining.
