yes and just after o sold my nuc , then did the withdraw btc clicked email link , and site has not worked since , You killed it! No that was a terrible joke, sorry! The hosting company reports back that they have routing problems the the datacenter and they are working to solve the issue?! I pay for redundancy, and this what they deliver. Is this coin still being mined at suprnova?
Well, I asked not to shut down anything right now because I don't understand the consequences yet. I think it's still available for mining. Waiting for the competent people on the forum to help estimate the damage (damage for wallet owners, don't mind us), and if it's close to zero, I'll tell to shut it down right away. upd: okay, I found the warning here: https://bxbc.suprnova.cc/ That's good. so then no for mining? |

Hi guys, CTO here. Wow. That's what happens when you're busy on other projects and don't even know about outsourced side projects (yeah, in our world this happens). I'm trying to understand what's happened here from the technical point of view. Can someone explain to me like I'm 5 I'm a developer? The source code that was forked from Bitcoin was somehow damaged that resulted in this 9M premine? Also, does anyone have the first version of the code? It seems that github repo was purged 3 hours ago, so I can't diff. Also, what would be the best solution here? Is it okay if we just shutdown this coin and pools? Will the coins already mined by people be lost? Was they lost after the relaunch? I'm lost in tons of trolling (mad mspaint skillz btw  (okay-okay, we kinda called for it with the billboard thing) ), and I can't figure out what the hell is happening, and I don't really have time to, since it's an urgent problem. Thanks for any explanatory reply regarding this. And yeah, looks like we messed up and we're sorry for that. Just need to learn from this. In one sentence: Your Dev had no clue AT ALL what he is doing there and literally did everything wrong he could do wrong. Is this coin still being mined at suprnova? |
