3121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Cryptocurrencies on: August 29, 2021, 07:11:54 AM
Have you guys switched from one cryptocurrency to other on account of continuous loss in gambling. If so what is the coin that has brought in big winnings as well as losses. Myself had thought of switching to other cryptocurrencies from ethereum and bitcoin once after every loss. After a long today myself tried with TRX instead of bitcoin. This also ended with loss, which made me realise it is not about the cryptocurrency and it is all about the luck.
Yes i am , and XRP also is my Lucky coin like  . I use to play using bitcoin, ethereum and Dogecoin before in various gambling sites that i played but most of the time losing is what ive get , but one time one of the site i have been playing opened accepting XRP so i tried sending that coin (Since i hold much of it) and luckily ? i won multiple times .
since then i use XRP in sites that this is available , but of course most of the gambling sites only accepts bitcoin and ethereum.

I used XRP too when gambling due to its fast and cheap transaction fee feature. And also the value is not volatile especially when you are just playing a casual game. But I don't think choosing a coin does matter on how you will get lucky. I usually play slot and live casino, the bet is in the is in USD no matter what currency you use so I don't that affects my chance of winning and luck.
3122  Economy / Economics / Re: What could make a hacker return stolen $600m crypto on: August 29, 2021, 01:06:35 AM
Maybe the hacker reached a dead-end and realized there are more walls to break before they can actually benefit from their loot. We can only speculate. But whatever their reason, at least it helped reveal the security flaws that could cost investors' their life savings. We're lucky to have lived during the budding stage of cryptocurrency but not so lucky that we have to deal with so many risks.

Afaik, some exchange already track the hackers address that's why they already know the hacker identity. Probably the hacker was scared on suing him by the polychain network network because he was already doxxed so he probably chose the easiest way to get out this shit and earn some profit for raising a flaw on the code of the project.
3124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 12 Years old Benyamin Ahmed II An Inspiration for us on: August 28, 2021, 10:57:40 AM
I always see this news yesterday popping on my browser I thought that it was just a spam fake news because its a kid but when I read deeper now on the article, I understand now how it's possible so the kid design a pixelated NFT and people appreciated his work that result to high bids on each of it's NFT. I'm amaze since he is a kid but this kind of unusual story is not new on crypto especially when the outcome is can be manipulate by a whale.
3125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL- Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: August 28, 2021, 05:02:00 AM
Those who are interested in League play should be aware of a new set of skins available for this online game last week.
https://www.oneesports.gg/mobile-legends/mlbb-x-transformers-skins-release
Here is a video of what it looks like being used:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUbDBzcUH6I

Think it is a limited run up until November to play with these characters in game but it is a step in the right direction to get other genres modeled into game play and what can be developed into the future.

Mobile Legends do tons of partnership on different famous movie, anime and retro games for there skins. This robot type skin appropriate for Xborg and Johnson but a Megatron Granger is definitely not my taste. I remember that there last time skin edition was from Star wars so I'm not surprise when they will brought up other famous movie to there hero skins option.
3126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Sports Gambling Websites on: August 28, 2021, 04:08:17 AM
I was just curious what all sports betting websites exist out there and which ones you think are the best. Personally I use Bovada ( https://www.bovada.lv/ ), which I think at one point in time used to be called Bodog-  https://www.gamblingsites.org/history/bovada/.

I heard this casino before but never play on it due to regional restriction and no info here in the forum. Can you share your experience on playing to Bovada Casino. It seems you are attracted playing on some unknown casino here in the forum. Nitrogensports has a bad reputation here in the forum for an accusation that they didn't pay there customer. You can check there trust rating here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=88706 . You might stay away on it before they start holding your funds if ever you win big time. It's better to play on Stake and Sportsbet.
3127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: August 28, 2021, 02:07:37 AM
Psg.lgd has an incomplete roster. Xiao8 is just a stand-in for nothingtosay which is the key player for Lgd in case Ame is not performing well.
and still, they beat Alliance and Team Liquid before  Sad

Yeah, they are really monster especially there pos 3 to pos 5 who can totally shutdown the enemy carry without any hesitation. We know that Ame sometimes play a throw game with there previous roster and they can't recover the game once Ame was totally shutdown but the current roster is totally different. They can recover the game even there carry is not performing well on early to mid game just like what OG do when they are on the solid roster before. I believe LGD is very strong and unstoppable this year,  Cheesy
3128  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin = 100k by December on: August 28, 2021, 02:00:20 AM
$100K Bitcoin is very possible. I made a short scaling of charts, I think December is not the top of this bull run. This long bull run will last until April 2022. I believe we could see Bitcoin at $190k or $200K. At this point I would personally make some encashment of my profit, I will also hedge my investment profits in DAI, BUSD & USDT.

I will also put some of them in BUSD/USDT PANCAKESWAP staking to get more profit.

Do you have TA to backup this April 2022 prediction of yours? 100K is really achievable when the all time high resistance was broke but the price always rejected whenever the price reach the 60K level so I'm a bit concerned on who will fuel up the pump further more above 2022 unless Bitcoin ETF will be approve within this year which might me the key to reach 100K level. But if we are just relying on pure speculation, I believe is completely manipulating the market by giving hopium to retail traders.
3129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: August 27, 2021, 03:26:53 PM
PSG.LGD with the throw, they had a 10k gold lead, then they lose their first big team fight of the game and then it all went downhill from there. Congrats to VP for winning ESL One Fall...seriously, who can stop them?

Psg.lgd has an incomplete roster. Xiao8 is just a stand-in for nothingtosay which is the key player for Lgd in case Ame is not performing well. Despite there temporary roster, Lgd still perform well on this tournament. I'm so glad that I didn't bet on this match. VP is pretty solid on this tourney tho. But still they might rematch again in the finals though.
3130  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This will help to improve your trading on: August 27, 2021, 02:27:34 PM
The risk is definitely there and can happen at any time. To eliminate it is not even possible, what can be done is to reduce the risk so that our trading is safer. Steps that can be taken are planning and implementing a strategy. Although many traders still fail with the strategies they do, at least there is anticipation so that the strategy is important. Especially for beginners who are often confused and indecisive when facing the market, strategy is the answer and solution to their confusion. So prepare a mature strategy that is suitable for you and adjust it to the market conditions.

Saying it objectively is very easy but doing it is very hard like setting strategy and whatsoever. Having a strategy is crucial and there's no newbie that can develop a working strategy at few trades. Remember that trading means you are competing other to win. You are winning because other trader is losing. In reality, Trading is a battle of strategy of each traders so if you are doing the common strategy, You have a high chance of success because you have a lot of competitors that taking profit ahead of you.
3131  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: August 27, 2021, 06:21:44 AM
I deposited Doge yesterday but I decided not to bet anymore and when I try to withdraw the withdraw address is disabled, whats wrong with the withdrawal function, Is it working or not?

You must play through the deposit amount 100% in order to meet the  AML regulations (Anti-money laundering).  Most of the casino requires this like Fortunejack as this is a standard across the gaming industry that must be met. The casino that I know that don't have this requirements is Sportsbet.io. I encounter this issue too on fortunejack and they send me the article below for reference about the law.

3132  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🤜 GamblingBro.com 🤛 Honest crypto casino reviews ✅ Tested with real deposits ✅ on: August 27, 2021, 04:13:42 AM
Few other casino also charging higher withdrawal fee and paying regular network fee like Cloudbet. All of them will try to convince you with their logics. I would like address it as fraudulent system.

I am angry not because the withdrawal fee is too high. I am angry because the support is trying to make a fool of me, pretending that the high fee is connected to the Bitcoin network requirements.
They could say that "we deduct this fee to process the payment", but instead they want people to think that the blockchain is responsible for that.

A typical way of support to resolve the issue immediately. They always blame something in able to move on and most of the customer actually accept that answer. But 0.0005BTC is a common flat rate for Bitcoin withdrawal on Casino or Exchange because they usually pick the fastest transaction speed on each transaction due to volatility of Bitcoin by the time Bitcoin price was below 20K USD. I really don't understand why they are keeping this flat rate in Bitcoin while the price is already skyrocket. This is the reason why many Gambler are not using Bitcoin when playing in the casino.
3133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Solana Pump on: August 27, 2021, 01:35:04 AM
SOL will be a very good project in the near future. It can take BNB's price very soon cause they own a blockchain system and they trying to realize lots of updates for that reason I will invest in the SOL project again. we expecting good something from SOL tem.
The new project makes it possible to reach the top coin prices even YFI coins are able to exceed bitcoin prices but will not be able to replace the top positions of coins and can only compete on price. Solana is a very potential project but I haven't thought about investing in this project yet because the current price is too high.

It's not too high compared to $DOGE that sit on #7, $XRP on #5 on and $ADA on #3 spot on coinmarketcap. All these 3 project has a shit usability and just hyped compared to $SOL that has a lot of potential to beat all the leading blockchain available in the market. Solana is backed by tons of VC and under the FTX guidance for development. This project is still undervalue until its market cap was closed ADA and BNB.
3134  Economy / Goods / Re: How do I go about selling my house for cryptocurrency? on: August 26, 2021, 03:44:42 PM
Are there good websites that specialize in this where I can list it? I'm perfectly happy to receive crypto directly. I don't need to have it converted to fiat. I just wonder where potential buyers might visit and I suppose the buyer would want an escrow service as well.

From what country you are selling your property? There's no such established services that specialize on global real state industry because crypto itself is not yet regulated. Your best chance to find possible buyer is to create an ads to social media and indicate the payment method. There's a lot of real-state listing website dedicated on your local country. Dealing online about real-state is very dangerous in both buyer and seller side. It's not possible to deal it online unless there's a trusted 3rd party who will handle the sales for you.

Why not sell it in fiat and bought crypto P2P? There's already a lot of P2P exchange out there that can handle huge transaction like BinanceP2P.
3135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fake token in wallet on: August 26, 2021, 01:01:51 PM
You can't view this shit tokens without adding the contract  address of the coins to your wallet. You can just see it when viewing directly on blockchain tracker website. Don't waste time and transaction fee by removing it because your wallet is still safe and this coins won't appear to your wallet automatically so just ignore them.

I don't read the attached thread but the garbage tokens are all faked/dummy coins. I received tons of it on my wallet that has BNB and ETH for a long time that I'm using on different airdrop before.
3136  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Beware Newbie]QR Code Generator Scam on: August 25, 2021, 01:40:58 PM
When do I need to use the QR code to convert? I haven't used it before, and the transfer address is copied directly.

You can use it to prevent copy pasting of your wallet address especially when you are sending/receiving funds to your friend to make the transaction more easier. You can use it too if you have business or something that you will ask payment so that you can easily as payment by just scanning your QR code rather than sending your address to other user via social media app. It's not necessary to use it but it's just a tool to make a more convenient transaction. Just make sure that you are using a legit QR code generator website.
3137  Other / Beginners & Help / [Beware Newbie]QR Code Generator Scam on: August 25, 2021, 12:32:47 PM

To newbie out there, Beware on using QR code especially when you are just browsing on google for this service because Google also gives a scam Bitcoin QR website which is very dangerous for newbie that didn't do double check on the address that they will send funds. The modus was the name of the file will show as your address, but after you double check to see if the QR is right you will notice it leads to a different public address.

I hope no one will get caught on this and always do extreme caution when using random web services.
3138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: August 25, 2021, 09:11:52 AM
The higher bitcoin price will affect crypto gambling, but with many altcoins available on many crypto online gambling, it does not stop gamblers from using the altcoin to gamble.

Good thing there are alternatives. Fees really suck.

Just imagine recently, I'm trying to deposit ETH from an exchange on a gambling site the fees associated were 0.003ETH around $11. No choice but to convert it instead but obviously, that coin or token should also be listed on the gambling site.

Or if no choice but to face the $11 fees, I need to do a large deposit and not by batches to save fees at least.
Many of us have experience with the fees and we feel happy that we have many alternatives to playing gambling games. We can use the other cheap coin fees so we do not have to pay $11 in ETH to deposit on the gambling site.

I always prevent depositing a large amount because that can make me forget about controlling myself in gambling games. I am sure if there will be more altcoins added to the gambling games with low fees in the future as the crypto gambling business grows.

The current blockchain network status of Ethereum has still no improvement and not suitable for gambling. I'm currently using Bitcoin and USDT as the fee is normal now except if you are holding coins on exchange which has a very expensive flat rate withdrawal fee. Depositing large amount on gambling sometimes good to save transaction. Some Casino offers a voluntary limit of account spend on gambling so that you can limit your loss. This feature is really helpful for addicted gamblers who has no self control when gambling. IIRC, Bitcasino and there sister company offer this service when I read there TOS but you will require to email them directly about this feature.

Edit

You can read here about Self Exclusion: https://bitcasino.io/help-center/help-your-account/responsible-gaming
3139  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Bagong Crypto Trading Platform sa Pinas - BloomXapp on: August 23, 2021, 03:46:41 PM
Nagboom paba to? Binance already offers way less fees (especially kung gagamit ka pa ng either Direct to your Credit/Debit card or XRP ang ipangtatransfer mo) and mas malaki ang reputation nito. Yes, it is good to support local, pero kung may involved padin na risk (especially may perang involved) then malabo nga itong maging sikat sa laaht ng nagki-crypto sa pilipinas.

The biggest factor na dapat iconsider ng mga dinedevelop na trading platform sa bansa is how could they be different and better than any other current available platforms.

3140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sell BTC and take profit in usdc or usd on exchange. which is safe? on: August 23, 2021, 02:51:02 PM
yes you can store in USDT, USDC or any stable coin in any of your personal wallet, but i don't think so that you can buy it again because its out of your buying range after you sell.
As per my advise hold Bitcoin grow from $50k to $100, then sell Bitcoin and make it USDT. Just Hold it.

He probably wants to maintain the fiat value of his holdings rather than in Bitcoin. Maybe he will be off trading for that's he is making play safe strategy by converting his on a stable coin. He can always buy back Bitcoin with same fiat value, He just miss the possible gain but still he holds the original fiat amount so there's nothing be discourage on doing that. There's no guarantee that Bitcoin price will continue to increase over a month so playing safe is the best strategy rather than risking it for a gain that you didn't plan.
