4081  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to start earning crypto? Bitcoin or altcoins? on: January 18, 2020, 08:56:34 AM
In my opinion, the easiest way is to invest in the first 5 currencies from the top. In this case, you don't need to do anything. But it will bring you profit over the next few years.

You are right but I have various sites without investing in these first 5 coins in this forum Bounty, Airdrop Signature Promotions etc. You can also earn some of these but you must have knowledge of work before working.
Referral program can also be added, just make sure to refer only legit websites and research whether they really paying every refer you make. There are also application add ons that are use to earn some token by installing or watching ads.
4082  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrities using Bitcoin today? on: January 18, 2020, 07:20:26 AM
Philippines is one of those countries who largely support cryptocurrency and I heard one of their celebrity (sports) have created his own cryptocurrency which is called PAC Token. I don't know much about it but with him involve in cryptocurrency, there's a high chance that he is using Bitcoin too even though it's not public yet, probably to avoid unnecessary attention.

If you want to know more, there's a news article here pertaining about PAC token here https://cointelegraph.com/news/boxing-legend-manny-pacquiaos-pac-token-set-for-ieo-on-nov-12

Though it's not that popular yet even in our country but this will also influence other celebrities to know and participate in some crypto activities. Especially Manny Pacquio whose popular in the whole world. There might be more celebrity who will follow Manny's step and hope they are promoting a legit projects too.
4083  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [VIDEO]The Nasty Secret of Bitcoin Exposed on: January 18, 2020, 06:31:52 AM
What a lot of rubbish and the video is terrible quality too just like the content.

If you don't like bitcoin go somewhere else.  No one is forcing you to take part it's your own free will and choice.
Finding ways to put btc price down again, so he'll be able to buy at low price. The normal scheme of some newbie accounts from old crypto or bitcoin users to circulate FUD. Those who don't trust yet bitcoin enough can be fooled by some videos and negative threads but not those who already put their time researching and investing in it.
4084  Other / Off-topic / Re: Need more twitter followers, but got banned ! on: January 17, 2020, 01:47:53 PM
I have seen so many cases where bounty hunter's twitter handles were bans, because of accidental abuse, bounty hunters sometimes forget this rule, I don't know what kind of bot they are using, even if you are following and observing the rules people still got ban without being aware of breaking the rules.
Twitter been banning accounts that seems bit or shares only post regarding cryptocurrency, there should still be some personal other topic posted. Year 2018 when Twitter been too strict in banning pure crypto accounts due to scamming and spamming.

4086  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you go to blockchain/crypto events? on: January 17, 2020, 10:59:36 AM
Yes, I never miss out on any such opportunity. It’s always good to attend such events as these are vital opportunities to network with other crypto enthusiast. In my country, such events are on the rise and I have record of attending all these in my city, so many people know me.
That's good for you, I want to join in events too in my country apparently I'm too far in those said events. It's good to join in events to hear techniques and strategies that will help us in this market. That's why I only do read and watch some live conference in Facebook or YouTube whenever possible.
4087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ideas for a new Bitcoin name? on: January 17, 2020, 08:58:32 AM
Depends on what changes you will put, a simplified or extreme change.
Name it simply bitcoin or bitcoin extreme. As long as you will be able to specify the difference, since many were confident now in bitcoin than trying other, especially the new once.
4088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Monero Be The Best Investment In 2020? on: January 16, 2020, 02:39:38 PM
Monero used to be one of the best coin when it comes to privacy and honestly Monero and waves got so much of hype at one point of time we thought they will find their spot in top 5 coins but it all vanished and now I don't think Monero stands a chance for comeback due to competitors with similar projects.

Monero will always be a good investment even in bear market it still perform well in terms of trading it. But since there are already plenty of altcoins and many were considered top, we can't tell yet whether it will get again a chance like it did perform. But having it as an investor short term trading and long term holding is what I still consider safer than the other altcoins.
4089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's in the game, after all? on: January 16, 2020, 12:20:16 PM
In my opinion, gambling is one way to get away with boredom, it is like entertaining yourself and at the same time, you're getting monetary rewards if you're lucky. Every one of us look at gambling differently some gamble because of the reason that it can be a good way to earn big money right away but some gamble just to have fun and entertain themselves, regardless of how we look at it it should be done in moderation as to avoid unnecessary losses.
Gambling is aiming for money, we can play games for boredom or other activities that will not require money. But since we wanted while we're playing is that there is still money that may involve as earning so gambling happens. We just need only to know how to discipline ourselves when we're playing it.
4090  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is there anyway to buy alcohol online with bitcoin? on: January 15, 2020, 07:31:27 AM
I think the fee is more expensive that the alcohol, lol.
Its like we are wasting our effort, time and money if we buy just a alcohol in online store no matter how many you buy because the fee's now are too huge and it takes many days to receive, so for me buying alcohol using bitcoin is a total waste.  Roll Eyes
If there are convenience store that accepts bitcoin, like how to pay via QR code then it's possible with no fee as long as their both using the same wallet. There is small convenience store in my are that uses a crypto wallet though there is a need to convert it to fial first, but they are proposing now to accept also bitcoin as it's available in QR too and in that wallet that is popular in our country.
4091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving: Does it places an important role in the crypto market or not? on: January 15, 2020, 05:26:14 AM
The general market is already reacting to some positive bull run, I can't say it's solely USA-Iran face off because there will be no war anymore. This halving that is coming up may be part of the many reasons why we are seeing some massive price growth, when we seems not to be expecting it soon.

Not expecting and just letting it be helps a lot to not put hype and FUD. It can only be because of halving but the effect is really seen that the price is indeed increasing, we need to still be updated so we can buy at lower price before halving took place.

4094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How you can launch your crypto exchange quickly on: January 14, 2020, 09:35:55 AM
There are a lot of exchange that use ICO and end with closed services. I think open exchange is not simple that it looks because maintain cost will need a lot of money too, and if people can be easy like that to open exchange with clone system, it will be bad because people with money can do that, and each people's purpose is nobody know.
It's too complicated that it needs to be as smooth as easy to use yet still have the security needed by the users. It's not a simple coding to be done but also a proper management and support system. Even we create new product but if it's not made by someone who have background and with vivid knowledge in trading and development, no users will use it.
4095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do scam ICOs really taken to the court? on: January 14, 2020, 04:55:25 AM
Since ICO was just new and crypto don't much regulated in our government that's why it is so hard for now to sue scammers as they can just run away and it is hard to prove  sometimes how they took our money. And not all investors are taking legal action, some just don't mind and just move on, that's why scammers are confident that they can just easily run away.

If there will be number of victim who will take a stand to sue them, to report and to explain how they got scam, this companies have tendency to be in jail. However it will really depend on what country they are located same with where country the people they get scammed as each countries have different say regarding crypto investment.
4096  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to start trading with 2 BTC? What is the first step? on: January 14, 2020, 03:01:22 AM
The first step is certainly not to come to Bitcointalk and ask how to trade a bunch of strangers, this is the first step to rekt. However I understand how it could be for a newbie, and we all have different ways of learning, if you want to start, you have to realise that at the beginning there would be almost no way to avoid losses, but you're going to learn what works and what doesn't work by trial and error, though you could start with much smaller funds to learn.

Find first exchange that will suit OP interest and that he will be able to understand well, Forum can help him to decide what exchange. But in terms of real trading he should be knowledgeable how to trade. As once he know he will know what alt is good to trade by just looking at the graph and indicators. Try to master or learn trading fundamentals to be able trade properly that 2btc.
4097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Pyramid Schemes are still Amongst Us on: January 14, 2020, 01:57:55 AM
One of the most important elements of this market is to be diligent. You may have entered this market to generate passive income. But this is not a simple matter. You need to do a lot of research to create this easy gain.

Some were too good in creating schemes that will benefit them, that's why we need to be smarter to analyze whether it will only benefit them or will also be able to benefit us. Researching and studying it throughly whether the project we chose is good is really a must do, preferably before investing.

4099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Central bank coins vs crypto space coins on: January 12, 2020, 12:21:24 PM
It will definitely become a stable coin. Because the bank will not make its currency a matter of speculation.
And I don't think much can be obtained from stable coins other than to secure funds from volatility. And although stable coins provide benefits, I think crypto will not die because crypto coverage is wider while stable coins are only limited to payments and securities.
Some have different reason why they choose one and another. Some stable coins are worth having as it provides much security in terms of volatility of prices. But some altcoins were better as they give chance for us to earn as much as we didn't know till how much. Both have difference it's on how risky and depends on benefit that we wanted.
