Yesss finally received my settlement payment by post
About 65 dollars for each bitcoin taken by cryptsy 🤣

I have learned my lesson; never trust or use a centralized cryptocoin exchange ever again!
I also received my settlement payment today $769,91 for 6.19 btc 535 cloak 21185 cann 114 ppc 485 xpm 13069 xst 10690 wdc and many more small coins for the long hold The date was 4 nov 2015, btc was at that time $393 ( https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin) How can they pay me only 769,91 pff 6.19 btc x $393 = $2432,67 I also don't understand, they indicated in their FAQ that for the settlement payment would use the price at 01 nov 2015. The price was at that day $250 You should have received at least 6x $250 = $1500. Not sure how it works with the taxes? No you would expect a percent back based on the price as of 11/2015. The only ones who made out at all was the lawyers... they are the only ones that ever make out in these things. Closed my general support ticket #586824 after 2 months, replaced it by #1109359, which is a "close account" request ticket. Gave them the addresses to where they can refund my funds to. Let's see if this gets more love from the support team and solves my issue quicker.
So, finally got a reply after two days. Their answer, go through verification and than we can close your account. WTF? The verification process is why I want to close my account in the first place. And here is the reply from Bittrex: Hi BioMike,
Unfortunately, because I am unable to make transactions on your behalf, I can no longer assist if you are unwilling to get enhance verified.
I apologize for the inconvenience as I know this situation is not ideal.
The funds will remain in the account for your access when you are verified.

Here's a mystery. Yesterday, or there about, most all the top 100 tokens on CMC were in the red due to a major selloff of tokens across the board. Today, as in now, all the top 100 tokens accept one on CMC are in the green due to a major buying spree across the board. In what other universe besides this one does that make sense?

Good morning Bitcoinland. Finally made it back out of the jungle to reliable internet access in Playa del Carmen.
Looks like I missed the best buying opportunity in months, down under $7.7k. Now it's already back up over $9k and rising... currently $9005USD/$11155CAD (Bitcoinaverage).
Today I go back to see the dental tourism doctor for a final set of price quotes and then I'm back on a plane to the Great White North tomorrow.
I'm gonna hate trading sleeping in a tent under a palapa for trudging through the snow, but maybe I'll still have the chance to buy some coins for quadruple digits when I get back.
