No. There is no limitation for a copper member. Anyone who has purchased copper membership can choose whether to wear copper membership or not. actmyname has decided to wear copper membership and can choose to not wear it at any time. Note that this doesn't mean he/she doesn't have the benefits of a legendary member.
If you want to know the real rank of a user wearing copper membership, just visit one of his/her posts. The real rank is displayed under the avatar.

If the wallets (the one on the IOS device and the one on android device) have the same seed, they should be a same wallet. Both should include same keys and same addresses. If you don't see the balance on one of devices, it can be a syncing issue. Action taken: Transferred the BTC from the android to the iOS. From my wife's telephone to mine.
Status at this point: iOS mycelium wallet showing correct amount of BTC.
This is very confusing to me. You already said that both wallets had the same seed. If the wallets had the same seed and you transferred bitcoin from the android wallet to IOS wallet, you haven't sent bitcoin to a different wallet. You have actually sent bitcoin from a wallet to a same wallet and nothing should change. Are you sure that both wallets had the same seed? The other possibility is that your IOS wallet wasn't synced at the first, got synced after a while and the balance was shown.

What's the wallet you are using? What's the platform you are using for trading? Without knowing the answers to above questions is impossible to understand what's the issue you are talking about.
I guess you are trying to sell an ERC20 token on decentralized exchange? Right? And what do you mean by not seeing tokens? Do you mean an address has a token but it's not shown on block explorers?

As I understand, you are proposing a system that whenever you make a bitcoin transaction which will create some amount of non-dust change, the wallet automatically includes any dust inputs you have in your wallet to consolidate them in to your non-dust change and make them useful again.
My understanding from OP's proposal: Let's say you have three UTXOs. UTXO A: 0.0010 BTC UTXO B: 0.0011 BTC UTXO C: 0.0012 BTC If you want to send 0.001196 BTC (the fee is included), your wallet will probably use the UTXO C. This will cause your transaction to have a dust change. OP is proposing an algorithm in which the wallet uses UTXOs A and B instead of UTXO C.

Having said that, the altcoin bounties is an entirely different thing all together, their managers are most times even newbies that wouldn't mind if you ban their account or not,
The other big difference of those bounties with bitcoin paying signature campaigns is that, altcoin bounties don't have any limit for maximum number of participants and they accept any user who apply for the bounty. In altcoin bounties, the budget is fixed and the total money shitcoins they pay doesn't depend on number of participants. This makes them to not reject anyone. They think that if they accept more users, they can have a more successful bounty.

could you link the cardano community pages ?
Whenever you want to join a project community on social media platforms, the best thing you can do is to visit their official websites. In this way, you can be sure that, the pages you join are not fake. You can also use Coingecko or Coinmarketcap for finding the official website of a token/coin and their official social media pages.

First of all, note that you should consider the transaction fee too. So, your proposal should be: Select UTXOs A & a in way so that, A + a - X - f is not a dust, where f is transaction fee.
Secondly note that if A + a - X - f is a dust, the transaction cannot be broadcast at all.
I don't know any wallet do this. Electrum (as the best SPV wallet I know) adds the dust change to the transaction fee.
In electrum and some other wallets, you can use coin control feature and select the UTXOs as you want.

Prior to 4.1.3 update, the change was sent to the sending address even if the "Use change address" option had been checked. Are you 100% sure about that? I had version 4.0.9 prior to updating to 4.1.5, and I believe (I can't be absolutely sure though) that change addresses were used in the past for my wallets. When it comes to HD wallets, you are right. In HD wallets, the change has been sent to a new address in all versions of electrum I have used so far. In the above post, I was referring to the wallets created with importing private keys or addresses. Read the 4.1.3 release note. imported wallets: when enabling the "Use change addresses" option, change will now be sent to a random unused imported address. (#7330) As before, by default, change is sent back to the "from address".

if you import the private keys it cannot do much (I don't know how it would even choose which to use as change address!)
In the version 4.1.3 and after that, if the "Use change address" option has been checked, electrum sends the change to one of unused imported addresses (if there's any, of course). Prior to 4.1.3 update, the change was sent to the sending address even if the "Use change address" option had been checked.

it is just me, or in the Received Merits Subsection II graph, I can only see the merits in Meta, even if I select other boards?
Did you try selecting the boards from the menu located on the left side of the page? Look at the image below. I could get the data for "Bitcoin Discussion" board. You can also hold "CTRL" button to select multiple boards. If you want to get the data for all boards, check "All" from the subsection menu, select any board from the menu on left side of the page. and after that Uncheck "All" from subsection menu. Below is the data for all boards.

my question is how that user wore the scam gambling site avatar in the first place or the banned restriction was for the signature only not include the avatar and they still can modify it to wear avatar, if so, they can still promote whatever they want even though they are ban wearing signature.
As you know, scams are not moderated on the forum and the signature ban has nothing to do with what the user has promoted so far. So, I don't think the main purpose of the signature ban is to not allow the user to promote a certain service. The decision has likely been made to not allow the user to join signature campaigns.

If I remember correctly this ronaldo40 guy was part of Adkinsbet group that purchased multiple forum accounts and promoted their website, You remember correctly. ronaldo40 was involved in promoting Adkinsbet and it's not the only account that has been banned from displaying the signature. There are 7 more accounts that have been banned from displaying the signature for the same duration. (For more information, click here to read the post made by morvillz7z)

Another red week. I have told many time it's too early to call, but this series of red is quite worrisome, given also the infinite serie thesis. New merit sources were allocated on July 5. There's a probability that many of them have used their source merit in the first days and didn't have much source merit in the week ending on August 1. I expect to see an increase in the awarded merit in the current week or the week starting on August 9. Anyway, you are right. We should wait. It's too early to talk about the effect of the increase in source merits.

If you are sure that you have the correct seed phrase, yes. All your private keys can be derived from your seed phrase and that's enough for recovering your wallet. Note your password is used for encrypting your wallet locally and it's not needed when you use the seed phrase. Edit: I just made a search and found the following article. It may be helpful to you. How can I reset my password?

OP has the seed phrase and there is no need to brute-force anything. There are many multi-currency wallets supporting BIP39 seed phrases. I think OP should be able to access both bitcoin and ethereum with importing the seed phrase in most of multi-currency wallets like trustwallet. Since most of multi-currency wallets are close source and are not secure enough, I recommend OP to move his/her bitcoin using electrum before importing the seed into other wallets.

For restoring your bitcoin, you can use electrum. Download electrum from its official website, verify your download and create a new wallet. Select "Standard wallet" and then "I already have a seed". Enter your 12 words. Click on "options" and check "BIP39 seed". Assuming by "string" you mean "passphrase", you need to check "Extend this seed with custom words" as well. Click on "Next" and after that enter your passphrase in the new window. Click on "Next". Now you need to choose the script type. Select "Legacy" if your addresses start with 1, "native segwit", if they start with bc1 and "p2sh-segwit", if they start with 3. If you don't remember your address type, click on "Detect existing accounts", so electrum finds the derivation path.

I'm not proposing to force the user to pay a 1% transaction fee,
vjudeu is right. You are trying to keep the average transaction fee at 1% of the average transacted amount. With this proposal, people will have to pay 1% of the transacted amount on average to be able to compete with other people and get confirmation. Let's say you have succeeded to keep the transaction fee at 1% of the average transacted amount. In the next block, there are 100 transactions. Each of them is 200 bytes and transacts 1 BTC. Note that it will be impossible to get confirmation if I pay less than 0.01 BTC as transaction fee. And what if I have a UTXO of 1 BTC and I want to send 0.001 BTC to someone and the remainder to my change address? I will have to pay 0.01 BTC for sending 0.001 BTC.

------------------ If no one else with bump power posts in the thread and no one super-bump the topic, it takes only 36 hours to completely lose the bump score. So, after only 36 hours, the thread in question should probably have moved to second or third page where threads are sorted by their last post time.

You can completely ignore the emails if you'd like,
Or better, you can choose not to receive promotional emails anymore. Anyone who don't like to receive promotional emails from freebitco can click on "more" at top of the page, go to "profile" and uncheck "promotions" option under "e-mail subscriptions".

Yes the address has an incoming transaction from the FX broker and an outgoing transaction when I sold the BTC for fiat.
The outgoing transaction has nothing to do with your selling. Exchanges usually move the fund deposited by the users to their own wallet and use that for processing withdrawals. Therefore, even if you didn't sell your bitcoin and held it until now, you would still see that outgoing transaction.
