Good set of games tonight.  I like the Timberwolves against Charlotte -6.  Think they roll in a win at home tonight vs a tough Hornets team.  And then gimme Memphis-3.5 on the road against the Pelicans.  Until shown otherwise Memphis should roll on teams like this.

Great game and a great way to close out the season with another game down to the end.  Was one of the better playoffs this year than I've seen in years past.  A lot of great teams in the afc those playoffs should be great for years to come.  Onto the draft!  Giants got 2 of the first 7.  It's a start...
3143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 14, 2022, 07:29:38 PM
Just two games for this day.
I'll tail with you guys on that Celtics bet. My spread is -7.5 and I wish this ain't a trap because of the Trae Young probability to play. The game will start in 45 minutes.
How about the other game (Wolves vs pacers), any thoughts?
Same question. These two teams are unpredictable that's why I am having a difficult time choosing. But considering how the Pacers were revamped it might still feel awkward for them playing for each other so I am going for the T'wolves -4.5.

Yeah with the superbowl ahead of us no nba tonight.  Well at least the Knicks can't lose today 😂

I'm taking the Timberwolves-6 on the road today against the Pacers.  Think the Pacers will struggle with brogan still out.  Get a little juice on the table before football.  Good luck today everyone.

I couldn't get on the Celtics train early but I guess it's a blessing in disguise, Celtics are currently having a hard time against Hawks, Trailing by 10 points with around 3' left in the first half, and Trae Young have being the mastermind behind the problem they're facing.

I'll ride on the Timberwolves -6.5 , I've also got Under 240 Total points should incase Timberwolves decide to go cold for the night.

I like the hedge.  Pacers being rudderless after the trade might also slump in with lower points.  Just can't see them pulling out a 60 minute barrage from Timberwolves.  I didn't like the Celtics game either way. Awesome it fun until the superbowl at least lol, good luck.

Wolves looked good yesterday.  Tonight I like 2 different bets.  Gimme the Bucks-11.5 at home they should roll in the game.  And then give me the Rockets-14.5 on the road against the jazz. think they lose but should have enough fight to not get completely blown out.

Hi everyone. I am planing to invest 30 000usd. The  money will NOT be devided, the whole amount will be invested in just one coin/token
So which one should i choose,  any 10x coin for the future?
Thanks for your advices.

Edit:Thanks a lot guys.I have plenty of other coins,as well.So i would like to invest in a single project or token otherwise the profil is not like i've expected. Thanks a lot for all the advices.

Bitcoin bitcoin and more bitcoin.  Any serious money should go into serious investments.  Bitcoin has the safest upside to go 10x.  In all honesty in a bearish market you want to keep away from all the real crap tokens out there.  Good luck either way
3145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the secret sauce for a good memecoin? on: February 13, 2022, 08:43:06 PM
I'm currently involved in small memecoin project which fairlaunched on the FTM network and we are currently struggling to get good growth. We have around 350 holders and a few reliable meme makers doing their thing on twitter slowly pushing up our follower base. We've got a modest marketing budget but don't want to blow it all at once.

I'm interested in getting tips and advice on what worked best for some of the more experienced members here.  We have thought about Giveaways, Youtube videos, reddit crypto moonshots posts etc..but not sure which to focus on. Any advice appreciated!

Stay away from making or promoting coins that are pointless.  There are zillions of these and most all of them are useless and going to lose people a lot of money in the long run.  It's irresponsible so my advise would be to stand down from the project.

why you will be left behind if you don’t learn NFT.

Most people can’t tell the difference between NFT and JPEG.

NFT actually make you to really own an asset.

The asset is verifiable on blockchain.

Well, why NFT is an emerging trend, it will have many applications.

But, how do you make money from NFT?

I have explained the 3 ways to make money from NFT in this video.

Watch it and ask questions.

It's a cash grab right now.  No way this is sustainable in the long term.  Figure a lot of fake sales too.  The worst part about it is a lot of these aren't fair and honest on their release.  So no thanks will stay away from the jpeg game for now.

At lot of money coming in on the Bengals, surprising.  I know the kid is good but the Rams pass rush should frustrate them all day.  Wonder what a super motivated Aaron Donald pass rush looks like.  In the beginning of the week I was leaning Bengals.  Have the Bengals straight but the Rams in a parlay so I'm good either way it goes (so long as the other 2 legs of the parlay hit lol).  What's everyone thinking today?

3149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why people keep "investing" money in shit/memecoins? Genuine question. on: February 13, 2022, 06:50:28 PM
It is something that bugs me till today. Are they mostly newbies trying to find a path to enter cryptouniverse or experienced people who are just gambling to score a moonshot on luck?

This is the "meme" rank on coinmarketcap, there's millions on deflationary tokens with no effort from the "devs" at all. Just copy/paste a code, copy/paste a whitepaper, eventually pay few bucks for a domain and that's it.
Why people fall for that, yet?

Greed plain and simple.  Once these rediculous pump and dumps stop then these coins will all be worthless.  They buy in hopes that someone will buy higher.  Based on the doge run last year.  Happened in 2017 with a zillion masternode coins.  Now...they are all worthless and left for dead.  A new fad will pop up and meme coins will be forgotten about.
3150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Shiba Inu community is enraged by Microsoft's recent tweet on: February 13, 2022, 06:48:51 PM
Microsoft's official Twitter account sent a message that has fueled frantic speculations about Shiba Inu (SHIB) integration. On its business communication platform Teams, the tweet in question makes a jest about two sorts of dogs that attend meetings. "Teams calls are 10x better when dogs are involved," the Teams Twitter account emphasized in a follow-up tweet.
The bulk of people think the tweets are about cute dog-themed coins. They have, as predicted, revved up the Shiba Inu rumor mill. Microsoft has been inundated with responses from the SHIBArmy, with some speculating on a potential strategic relationship with the 46-year-old computer powerhouse.

     Related Tweet: https://twitter.com/Microsoft/status/1491839886726475779

What do you think guys? Lots of people tweeted about this topic. Is it an opportunity to go up for SHIB?

Why would Microsoft link shib into its platform.  People are kidding themselves when they think bitcoin isn't a sound financial instrument for them to use.  Alts are so dependent on bitcoin pricing so why would you use something like shib?

I do not know where to start, but the game between the Warriors vs Lakers was something that is a must watch! We got to see a glimpse of the past especially in the last quarter where Lakers was able get their first lead of the game. Fortunately, Westbrook showed on why he was a previous MVP and LBJ was still the same dominant player in the league.

Fortunately, Klay exploded in the last quarter where he was able to drill 16 points on that quarter alone. Kuminga will be the next franchise player of the Warriors especially he played exceptionally well. To be honest, this was a perfect game where both teams showed their strengths.
It's a good game, I think. Lakers are struggling to find their offensive man and I think it's obvious for most of us which should be it, Anthony Davis. GSW is playing small ball and they can take advantage of that. The proof is the offensive rebound made by them, 12 for Lakers, 10 for Warriors.
GSW however have someone that stepped up his game big time. Klay Thompson. He cannot put how the game was in words when interviewed.
Wiggins will also be in highlights after that block shot with Lebron.

Honestly really surprised how well klay is playing.  Dude hasn't really seen a live game in 2 years and ends up coming back without missing a beat.  Shows how great the guy really is.  I want to see a gs and Suns west conf finals.  Would male for an epic showdown.

Definitely a win win for bitcoin.  Helps push bitcoin sportsbooks as well as provides easy marketing.  Especially from someone like drake.  Dude has a ton of people who follow everything he does.  Crazy how far we've come in the last even 3 years.

Took Orlando +14 tonight.  With gobert out I think Orlando can drive in the middle and get some paint points to keep it close.  I don't think they will win but think they can at least keep it close enough without the big fella in there.  Will need a big night out of one of the rooks, hoping Wagner goes off.  Kid has been better then expected.

Got screwd in the end.  They ended up losing by 15 Sad

Don't like to many of the games tonight I will take the Knicks -5.  Blazers just lost McCallum and with Dame out the team is rudderless.  Think the Knicks can build on the other nights win in golden state.  All the other games don't interest me betting wise today.  Good luck all!

Terrible loss.  The Knicks had this game all game and got outscored by 24 points in the 4th quarter.  That's more than some teams score in a quarter!!.  This team has no balls.  Betting against them the reality of the way should be profitable.  Knicks need to scrap this team and start over...AGAIN.

Where can we bet on predicting the correct score for the superbowl? I am not superstitious, however, I would like to make a bet on the Simpsons’ prediction on the Bengals winner with the correct of 34-31 hehehe. It appears that the show has predicted the superbowl correctly 3 times already according to social media.

DraftKings and FanDuel have and offer odds for correct score, the crypto sportsbooks popular in this forum probably don't, the ones that i checked didn't have it.

Simpsons' prediction at DK is valued at 81.00, pretty decent odds right there. Personally, i'd be looking at something like Rams 30:20 Bengals (@150), i think Rams win and cover comfortably.  Tongue

I'll be rooting for Cincinnati, but I'm not going to place a bet on them.  I think this is going to be a slaughter, TBH.

'Mattress Mack' places record $5M bet on Bengals, has $9.5M total on Cincinnati to beat Rams

^ it's the Rams!  Grin  I feel like this dude is laundering money or something, the last two years he has bets (public ones) close to 20mil if not more...crazy.

WTF is up with mattress shops, is this really a thing?  A buddy of mine recently mentioned it as if it's common knowledge that all mattress shops are fronts for money laundering.  It makes sense in this case, I mean how many mattresses can this guy be selling in the "Houston area?"  I reckon not enough to squander $10M a spots bet.  Laundering money for the cartel would be my guess.

This dude is famous for it.  It's a hedge bet.  He offers if X team wins the superbowl (or world series) that he will refund your mattress purchase.  Old dude been doing it for awhile in Texas.  So he makes bets depending on how much he is out to lose so that he makes a profit still.  He works on volume.

Cryptos have been counting the ups and downs in a balanced way lately. A coin that increased by 15% today, 2 days later we see that it has decreased by 25%. To what do you attribute this fluctuation?
When will cryptos enter Taurus month? Does anyone have any enlightening information on this subject?

When can ETH catch up with BTC?

The bear market just started.  This is going to get way more ugly  before it turns around.  And during bear markets alts get hammered.  They lose value against bitcoin as well as usd when bitcoin drops, so it's like a hyper drop in terms of usd.  Make sure you are in good coins and not some wierd babylamboinu coin or some wierd shite like that.
3159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin 🐕‍🦺 1$ possible in 2022 or not? on: February 11, 2022, 11:24:18 PM
When Dogecoin lounch, Dogecoin was a common cryptocurrency But over the trailing 14-month stretch, Dogecoin has rallied approximately 5,000%. And it was up considerably more when it hit its all-time high of nearly $0.74 per coin in May 2021.

With a veritable mountain of support behind Dogecoin, enthusiasts and holders believe it could hit $1 per token.

In terms of catalysts, there's probably none bigger than having the world's richest person in your corner. Tesla CEO Elon Musk owns only three cryptocurrencies. One of those happens to be Dogecoin. Musk is no stranger to promoting Dogecoin on social media platforms like Twitter, or posting obscure memes implying that Shiba Inu dogs are "going to the moon." what do you think about dogecoin?

No it had its pump, it made it to $.70 and that was with as much pressure that could be laid into it.  Volume has drastically reduced.  In terms of sats it will continue to fall as buy volume is drying up yet block rewards continually spit out 10,000 new doge every minute.  This is going under $.10 real quick.

Most people thinks the Nets won the trade, well I guess I don't have any justifications for that yet but same as you I don't think the Nets won it.
If James Harden will become a good fit in the Sixers system, that would be the pain in the a** not only for Durant and the Nets team but also for the laughing Giannis as you said lol.
Not to mention how well Embiid is playing at a high level this year, I'm not sure but I think the Sixer could form a big 3 for Embiid, Harden, and Harris.

Both teams won the trade. First, Simmons wants to get out badly on his former team, therefore any form of trades involving him will be an advantage for the Philadelphia 76ers as no reason to keep this player on the lineup. The Nets also won the trade as Simmons is surely fired up to play again. Simmons is also not a selfish type of player and he will be fit for whatever Steve Nash assigns him to do.

Let's see how these teams will now performed with their new trade deal.

Philly lost the trade on this one.  Seth spread the floor for embid to do his business now who is anyone fearing on the outside?  Harden does his work driving they are going to jam the paint.  And then 2 future picks while it seems they would be late picks.  They honestly have no draft capital for future trades.  They need to win this year or next or this is disastrous.
