I heard on the radio a little earlier Djokovic is going to sit out the French Open and Wimbledon instead of getting a jab. Novak Djokovic willing to miss Wimbledon to avoid jabhttps://www.bbc.com/news/av/world-60381628 (5 min video) Novak Djokovic has revealed in an exclusive BBC interview that he is willing to miss Wimbledon to avoid having the Covid jab.
The Serbian tennis star told Amol Rajan that missing tournaments over his vaccine stance was a price he was "willing to pay". Such mentality will create some negative impact among the common people about vaccine. There are various discussion regarding the vaccine to cause side effects, but people are getting used to it. In my country we're supposed to take two dose of vaccine at a time interval of 30 days and now once again a booster dose is being provided. There is no compulsion on vaccination, but people will surely have some negative thoughts when popular people take strong stance on the same. I think its crazy but great for Nadal and Medvedev in particular. I dont want to have a big discussion about vaccines on a Tennis thread but the vast majority of us take the vaccine to protect ourselves and others and the risk of being really ill because of not having the vaccine far outweighs the risk of getting a possible side effect. Djokovic says he isnt anti-vaccine but wants the choice to have it or not, well - he has that but it comes with compromises and/or consequences.

and generally society is being blindly led down the path of ever eroding privacy.
These new moves by governments to erode privacy is really going largely unnoticed by the general public. Everyone is happy to listen to what they are being fed by the media and are consumed by social media. If more people took the time to properly research what Bitcoin and other worthwhile legacy projects can offer to their benefit they would realise what they are being fed is just a smokescreen.

if everyone could also edit their request to include whether they are in the US or EU - I would appreciate!
Just done that there Mopar Is it possible to pick a serial number 39 perhaps?

Interesting report and nice to see some sense and reality prevailing regarding the use of Bitcoin v's FIAT by criminals. And beyond that due to their nature once it's off the exchange the really privacy concerned people will send it to other addresses / wallets that they control before sending it back to their 'spending' wallet. That's my point. The really privacy concerned people aren't using a KYC-ed centralized exchange to buy this coin in the first place. If the governments of the world get their way then eventually even just owning a privacy coin will make you a target for "enhanced surveillance" or something equally crazy, since any citizen wanting to keep even a shred of privacy in their lives is automatically suspicious as far as our governments are concern. Still, the only privacy coin which actually works - Monero - is tradable on Binance, Huobi, KuCoin, Kraken, Bitfinex, and a bunch of other huge exchanges. Its a pity that this could end up being the case by using a privacy coin. By just using lets say Monero doesnt necessarily mean we are avoiding authorities, we might well use the added privacy to avoid those who might be trying to track our cyrpto movements particularly if you would be moving sizeable amounts regularly. There are legitimate benefits to Monero.

All the above sound really intriguing and would love to see pics of these. The thread could be turned into one of those P0rn threads, "The Bitcoin Collectible P0rn Thread" Here is my first collectible, its not a coin nut a paperwallet by Polymerbit which in their own rights have become collectibles. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Flh3.googleusercontent.com%2F-ywzHZi8_LZQ%2FYguccaLT7vI%2FAAAAAAAAA5w%2FPqvw7v8k5vsKHljvkOkqZmlVlfHULnwkwCNcBGAsYHQ%2Fs1600%2F1644928110081038-0.png&t=663&c=a2Ocetobf20nag)

A new week and new competitions.
Andy Murray plays against Daniel Taro today and looks to be favourite. I have my bet on for him. Andy is always good for at least a first round bet in any competition but what do you all think of Daniel Taro?
A few other popular names on today like Bublik v Kovalik and Harris v Fucsovics, Marton is favourite for this match but I dont know whether to back him.

^ No I wouldnt be confident either about Wales and I wasnt confident they could beat Scotland but that game was probably more about Scotlands error count. Watching the match I actually thought Russell was attempting to intercept that pass Correct technique would be using both hands!, He is a very mercurial player, he would be capable of pulling a one handed intercept off, but yea at that moment in the game in your own 22 it wasnt the correct play. I'm not feeling confident at all about Ireland winning the championship, I cant see any team beating France. Everyone is talking about how they have this season become the team we were all hoping to see for many years gone by. England have a chance of growing into the tournament but If Wales can get a few key players back for two weeks time they could beat them. If I do get to bet in round three, it'll be Scotland over France, England over Wales and then the only way Italy will win is if Ireland don't turn up.
Dont underestimate Wales, when those players get that red jersey on they transform. Scotland over France, from where Ireland are, yea hopefully.

Has any country done this before?
Finance, economies and currencies can work in tandem with each other. El Salvador still have the choice of trading in U.S Dollars eventhough they adopted Bitcoin as legal tender.
The OP's concept is just that, a concept. The OP is also overthinking Bitcoin as legal tender.

Scoreboard again suggests an easy enough win for Casper Ruud. Like Felix AA I expect good things from him in 2022.
He does like the Clay courts. He had 5 tournament wins last year with 4 of them being on Clay Geneva Switzerland, Bastad Sweden, Gstaad Switzerland, Kitzbuhel Austria . He is ok on Hard courts too winning San Diego U.S last year with plenty of QF's and SF's reached on both surfaces too.

Game 3 of round 2 today in the Six Nations resulted in a predictable result, an England win 0-33 and sees England into second place on the table. There are still 3 rounds to play and all wont be revealed until the last round really, thats what makes this competition so great. Timelord2067 has 3 from 3 this weekend, nice one. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Flh3.googleusercontent.com%2F-tT6TyZBl-LI%2FYglhkK0PDHI%2FAAAAAAAAA5g%2FKrePgaofMuUBuf5yv0QvH3yDfcPz98O8gCNcBGAsYHQ%2Fs1600%2F1644781965629965-1.png&t=663&c=v23PlXaLXsCE2g) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Flh3.googleusercontent.com%2F-sAKBE166Pfo%2FYglhlHACZZI%2FAAAAAAAAA5k%2FidEsF3ETk7kAe5ICrfRqmpHZhWPKTyukwCNcBGAsYHQ%2Fs1600%2F1644781968939632-0.png&t=663&c=e5rtdtXEAOxLEQ)

I'm happy I changed my bet to Felix AA, great win, 6-4 & 6-2. The final score looks like it was an easy win for Felix, maybe it was and best of luck to him. Hopefully he will be one to watch this year.
Tsitsipas however doesnt seem to be progressing in my mind and I think a lot of us lost Satoshi's with him last year overall.

we can now exchange those boring green presidential napkins for sexy computer cash that’s easier to lose,
I suspect that the creator of this advertisement is either misinformed or just someone who has a weak InfoSec who always loses his seed phrase or is getting scammed by those shitty projects. and can’t be exchanged for the vast majority of goods and services! Honest!"
Eh? Of course! As far as I know, bitcoin's primary goal to is to create an alternative payment system that is borderless, immutable and censorship resistant. It never says that it should be the primary form of payment system. We're lucky that there are few services [1] who adapt/accept bitcoin as an alternative in exchange for their products/services/goods. [1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5367983.0Unfortunately Bitcoin gets lumped in with other $hitcoins in this article, it should be titled "Bitcoin is Honest | Honest Ads" for the reasons above. Yea its a funny article but thats about it, the creators may know the true aspects of Bitcoin but they are not funny.
|
|
|
^ Thats it, as posted previously Bitcoin has no competitor, EVERY other $hitcoin has numerous competitors with almost every supporter willing to jump ship to anything which promises fast returns. I dont trouble myself with anything other than Bitcoin. All the gains with btc were made already if we are looking for 4 years from now is only 2-3x .
Thats massively under estimated

^ Great win by Felix AA over Rublev, I didnt have a bet on that one. Tsitsipas is slight favourite to take the title today @ 1.77 with Felix AA being 2.02. I know I said Tsitsipas should beat either but I think I'll bet on Felix, aa I said previously this could be a great year for him after some good performances last year.
I had a bet on Ruud to beat Delbonis and he is favourite to beat Swartzmann @ 1.50 to 2.55 for Diego.
Both Felux and Casper can put pressure on Rublev who is in 7th on the world ranking if they both win today.

Wow what a day of Six Nations Rugby, two very close games with 2 losses for me and two wins for Timelord2067 GOOD CALL!![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Flh3.googleusercontent.com%2F-9BGdBVikm8c%2FYggTgK3Gz2I%2FAAAAAAAAA5Q%2FMTJd1glo8GQJNVt5jwBugyp4M1kBHAYmwCNcBGAsYHQ%2Fs1600%2F1644696445250802-1.png&t=663&c=YF1Kyo-I4F7JTA) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Flh3.googleusercontent.com%2F-0DHf6Zgo8Lc%2FYggTg8WNjdI%2FAAAAAAAAA5U%2F5WnGRVkt4FAdnDu-A4P8aHO7o1TglhumwCNcBGAsYHQ%2Fs1600%2F1644696448595503-0.png&t=663&c=bl9r2sHo7y2C7A) Interestingly Scotlands game today was the same full time points as last week but they were on the losing side, they started the game well and definitely were threatening going forward but there were way to many handling errors, probably as a result of the much improved Welsh side who were able to defend their 20 year old defence on home soil against Scotland. The second game was also a close one with a win to France who brought serious power and intensity to go 10 - 0 up in the first 6 minutes. Ireland made a try with a restart kick and then a pick from the air and clear run across the line by last weeks man of the match Aussie Matt Hansen. The second half saw Ireland bounce back with two more tries to earn a losing bonus point. Overall too many errors from Ireland from massive french pressure. Game 3 tomorrow Italy v England
