Currently a 1BTC investment gives you 207,114.81989 HVC, which is about 4.14% of the IPO, a good size chunk.
This will decrease depending on how much more investment is received. Given the rate of investment over the past couple days, it is currently decreasing slowly.
Like most people I'll wait till the last day. Would be different if you would give an early bird advantage like 5000/btc for the first hundred > 0.1 btc investors. That's fine by us. We will honor the conditions of our IPO. It would be unfair to change it. Probably a good thing. Stack just got another "Bonus" stage and delayed their launch. Stick to you principles!  |

just saw the first page and i got confused. what does dev means on "delayed by 6 hours"? is it the countdown timer that is 6 hours delayed or the release is going to be 6 hours delayed?
He's delaying the launch to get some extra premine out and earn BTC with it. I have two rig rentals that are wasted now. DEV THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL! |

We've got time with this coin, so we should have an ipo for a really innovative idea with a group of equal investors.
Okay, hear me out:
"Cryptonut exchange"
What? An altcoin exchange where you get nuts as a bonus on transactions
Who? Ipo with equal shares with buy in of btc and nuts
How? You would use part of the fees to purchase mining via betarigs, mine more nuts and grow the coin and the exchange.
When? Soon :-)
Why? We're nuts!
Anyone interested to set something like this up?
It sounds like a possibility, but I have zero experience in coding and would have no idea where to begin.  A diverse team is key to make something like this successful. We probably need: - Programmer (Backend) - Designer (Frontend) - Security Expert (Safe wallets) - Somebody with a background in trading and background that would allow to start a normal trading exchange (have longterm legitimacy) - Communication person (transparency about what we're doing) - Marketing person (spread the word) - Suggestions? It would make sense to have an IPO for a certain percentage of the exchange (like 20%) and give all the founders a percentage as well. |

Hi,
I actually bought 2.3 BTC for that price as a gamble, when I saw a buy wall at $110 of over 2500 BTC. SInce then the price is at 150 and I think I'll just wait. MTGOX must be earning a great amount of money at these massive sales.
My theory is that they sold their BTC pre-announcement and are now buying them back for the low price. This way they can make up for the lost BTC.
If I end up being wrong, I still believe it's worth the the risk, because the gains can be huge.

Coin looks interesting except the unfair IPO distribution logic. If you guys can re-plan the IPO in 2 stages ( #1 stage - fixed coins/btc, #2 stage - distribution with respect to % of high investor), I will be in.
I agree with this. Why not do it like Reddcoin? Have a clear calculation on a website with investor numbers and add a second stage for extra investments. Paying out the coins slowly will also help to prevent pumps. |
