So basically all the IPO reserved now will be taken from the main 20 BTC investor unless someone puts up anything higher, which would still mean for people investing single digit BTCs that they would barely get anything. It would also set up the possibility of a negative ROI and someone just dumping their millions of coins after a month.

I doubt it would be a negative ROI.  Given the following:  The dev seems competent--winning the little Maths off with some user (ending, if I recall in no final retort from the other person); The fact it's CPU only (and not a clone or fork); the fact that it got a 20BTC investment on day 1! (or was it 2?); The amount of FUD right off the bat, that speaks volumes to it (from my experience people dislike what threatens them or their investments--I read this as this can go somewhere); The investments even after that huge investment; a new retargeting algorithm.

I think there's a lot here.  Even at ~100,000 coins there'd be a lot.

From my calculations, a fair price for this coin will be at ~0.000015-3 (considering the maximum quantity compared to bitcoin and other altcoins).

Considering the lower possibility, for the IPO to be worth it, the BTCs invested should not exceed 75 BTC.

It's quite simple and that's part of the reason why I liked it and stuck on that design.

It's only a first draft and I have a few other alternatives that are quite different that may be better and that I may work on even more if I feel the need to.

I want feedback. Tell me what changes you would like (and if I like what you propose I may give you a portion of the bounty if I get it) or if it's 100% crap and I should stop right there.

Regarding the logos -- we are happy to see this activity!  So, keep em' coming.

Pre-launch is not the best time for us to change the logo/branding/website (extremely busy time!).  We will be looking at the logo, commercial art and website design later on post-launch.  Nevertheless it's beneficial for the community to see your post and to start digesting it.  So, anyone else with logo ideas, then please post them.  At some point we will probably have a design competition and a community vote.

Is there going to be an OSX 10.6.x version of the wallet? I've noticed a lot of devs aren't including support for older OSX versions, and I don't want to invest in the IPO if I'm not going to be able to create a wallet...
