Just saw your post and really was I in first? I didn't check until now when putting in some picks for coming weekend but unfortunately I'm not in top position. tumi still by half a point!

I have all my 3 slam points now I guess that's one of the thing that everyone else also got 3 points and maybe I got it earlier which is a shame as no extra slams for over 10 correct outcomes predicted.

One last game in this round and a big chance for many of you to get 1 extra slam point Smiley I love this slam point thing because I'm the Big Slam.

Lol.

Yes, I think that's the one I chose. I imagine that none of the poker options of the varied offerings listed are PVP?

Yeah, dimon already answered I'll confirm that hehe, there's no actual poker where we play against each other. You can play against others all the time though in the tournaments (freerolls even you can try). But it's Blackjack and even there you play against dealer, it's just your scores that count, winner is the one with most chips at the end of the contest.

@dimon I would rather the casino just fix all the basic stuff, like they're doing now. Bugs on display especially is the one that seems to be most prominent. THEN we get sportsbook and other new stuff Wink

BTW OP one thing our personal stats page is really truly needed. Permanent, daily, and with dates. Right now I'm using the daily wager list to see how much I wagered in 1 day but what is one day, top 20 all wager 100 mbtc and how will we see? Wink
3163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: May 11, 2022, 01:04:30 PM
Marseille, Monaco, Rennes, all these guys I honestly can't tell the difference in terms of how likely they are to get results. I've been 50/50 betting on all these guys, when the odds are roughly 2x, and it seems to be just a matter of how many goals either side can score first. I'd love to see Monaco back in UCL spot though, and perhaps they'll be good enough to go thanks to qualification, so 3rd place would be enough (for now).
It is normal, we are at the end of the season and there are way too many people who look like we have no idea how they will do. I am guessing that it will take a while before we could see them play much better than expected, sure it's not going to be like they are going to lose all games all three of them, they will win mostly but at the same time it's not going to be easy for us to decide how they are going to end up winning neither.

I am guessing that the best case for all of us would be to not risk our money and wager on their games, even though they will win most games remaining, it will still not be something simple and would probably lose time to time enough to have is in big loss.

I think in the end, the only one who will have disappointed fans is PSG and of course Bordeaux, what a farce they have both become at top and bottom of the league. Lille, yes, they probably have the season's worst title defence but that was actually 100% expected. I know it sucks where they are now with no European football but they have to understand this was expected when you pick a squad up after it wins.

Monaco, Marseille, even in my opinion, won't have a better chance than next season to try and take advantage and win the league.

New challenge is up, use them while we still have them Smiley Leagues are coming to a close and I feel a bit bad that we did not dish out the rewards few weeks earlier. As it stands it does not look as good as it could have.

Since all La Liga games are at the same time, there was only one choice. Atletico Madrid vs. chokers Sevilla. Have a feeling this will be a bad game to watch  Shocked

Thanks for this Trofo bud! I seem to be doing well in winning freebets, not so well in making them winning bets lol

And I guess you're talking about BTC price? Yes, not that I am in any winning position here... but I just saw, for a strange world, that after last night I am #1 on EPL pool.

I think it's the first time on 1st on any pool of all these seasons, and totally random picks for most of the games since I know less than half of the English teams.

I went for Sevilla win because chokers only win to annoy others.

Welcome young fellow! I think I speak for everyone to say we all wish we were as lucky as you, to be so young and already aware of this opportunity, plus in a bear market so you have a few years before witnessing another rally!

As crwth posted, read 99% and ask 1%. Read as much as possible and discover first, then you have really good, really specific questions to ask.

The simplest way meanwhile also I agree with crwth. Buy every time, regularly, with as much money as you can. This is called DCA (you can look it up) and it the best way to get Bitcoin without spending time and resources.

I have been looking at the site and tried out some poker game. I take it that all the poker games are played against the house and not against other players?

Then I have a curiosity. When you choose "provider" and only one of them is blackjack.fun, does it mean that apart from a casino it is an aggregator too?

I don't know if this has been explained in the 91 pages of the thread but I don't want to have to read one by one.

As dimonstration says, I also know of only 2 in-house games, Blackjack, which I play mainly as it's the fastest and lowest house edge. And Red/Black, which is ok, but not really my thing because there's no auto Wink

Could you share the url of the exact page you're at so I can also check this out and see if you got it? Would be useful for site admin I guess to fix if something's not showing right.

Cause from my page, choosing Blackjack.fun and Poker shows zero results.
3170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: May 10, 2022, 01:04:40 PM
PSG have celebrated their success this season because they have lifted the trophy this season, Marseille and Monaco are only 3 points adrift, from the two remaining matches Monaco can be said to still have a chance to finish in 3rd place in the standings, because they do not have a difficult opponent, while Marseille have to face ranners, Strasbourg, although Marseille has 3 points above Monaco but Marseille must not be careless, because if they stumble Marseille will lose the position in second place standings.

Marseille, Monaco, Rennes, all these guys I honestly can't tell the difference in terms of how likely they are to get results. I've been 50/50 betting on all these guys, when the odds are roughly 2x, and it seems to be just a matter of how many goals either side can score first. Thanks for the detailed explanations rdbase and ralle14, now I finally figured out what they all mean (the specials I mean).

However, I think they got the dates mixed up because listed there is 10-12 Antalyaspor vs Konyaspor specials, but that game happened already yesterday (unless the dates are actually my time, in which the game happened at around 2 am/3am).

And today if you go to specials page: https://sportsbet.io/sports/sportsbet-specials/daily-specials/matches/today

There is Valencia v Real Betis. Which I took lol

3172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: May 10, 2022, 08:09:12 AM
Sevilla? Oh yeah, those chokers.

Definitely one of those trigger moments that brings you back to the past (my favorite moment is still Fati back on scoresheet),

This guy Fati's been my talisman every time. If he plays, Barca's a good bet. He just is. Stretching all the way back to the unlikely winner that I'll always remember in 2019 to clinch me my 23rd goal for the Sportsbet contest that brought me to Qatar haha. Yeah I'm never gonna tire of this.

I just hope he banishes his injury issues the way Dembele seems to have done. 1 year injury, then 3 months? And then another 2 months? That's such a catastrophe for a young player but?

6 goals from 9 shot, from 486 minutes, all right after coming back from injury. That's not bad at all.

I definitely see him as a mainstay and was worried for a long time he won't get an extension because of injuries but now we have him for 5 years and can see Xavi found a way to bring Dembele into a long streak of playing. I kept getting a lot of people saying against me when I supported Dembele but see now maybe his future is at Barca after all Smiley Xavi is so good to bring all our young players strong together so I have a lot more hope now than before.

Gavi, Dembele, Fati, Pedri, Araujo. WOW Smiley
3173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Semifinals! on: May 10, 2022, 06:52:01 AM
Of course all possibilities are still possible, that's literally the definition of possibility lol

Rangers definitely seemed to drop off this season after the incredible run last year under current Villa boss but I think it was always slightly impossible to sustain that type of form PLUS Celtic are the ones I guess who are going all out and improving this season.

But you're right, because of that, makes this final super exciting because it's not just a trophy but Champions League qualification next season (in case either lose out on the spots from their home league).

I believe both teams have performed really well in this Europa league but I have to say that the way Frankfurt have played in this Europa league has certainly convinced me that they are a better team than then Rangers.

But, obviously accepting that fact and giving Ranges no chance in the final is not an option because Rangers have also proved themselves to be in this position. so I am going to say that Frankfurt will share the play a better brand of football in the finals.

They ARE the better team than Rangers. Almost any team that can finish top half in the big leagues will be considered a favorite against any Scottish clubs be it Rangers or Celtic. The coefficients are always in their favor and nobody will ever put Rangers as the favorite among those. It is a far bigger achievement for them to be in the final hence the celebrations. Let's see though, who plays better. Villareal played better than Bayern and you'd never have guessed this to be the case Wink
3174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I’m done with trash coins!! Looking for something promising on: May 09, 2022, 12:04:09 PM
It's all been said before and will be said again. If it's not a coin with utility like Bitcoin and Ethereum, it's trash. Period.

OR choose a dapp you use a lot, then at least your coin can DO stuff.

The thing is, some people are searching for their luck by risking in new projects expecting that it could reach better than what top coins have achieved for years but I certainly agree that top coins will always be the best pick especially if you seek assurance. Some coins these days are just being hyped but still got no future so better be sure than sorry.

Yes, and as much as I'd like everyone to just crash and burn, every few times now and then I think we should also try and bring them back to the path of least pain Smiley

I do understand that people have to learn their own lessons too. I sure did and I'm sure many others did, they say that you have to lose your own money to understand or appreciate what it is all the hard work behind it.

Maybe if more people started doing this less people see the 'false promises'.
3175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: EFL English Championship League Thread 2021/2022 on: May 09, 2022, 10:00:25 AM
Regular part of this Championship season in now officially finished and we know all promoted, relegated teams, and four teams that will play in play-offs for one more spot in Premier League.
It was surprising easy win for Sheffield against champions Fulham, and Luton did the jb against Reading.
Fulham and Bournemouth will be in Premier League next season.
Peterborough, Derby and Barnsley are relegated.

Huddersfield Town, Nottingham Forest, Sheffield United and Luton Town will compete for one more place in Premier League.
Next round of play-offs is scheduled for May 13 and  May 14, Luton vs Huddersfield and Sheffield Utd vs Nottingham.

I thought the Fulham game would be lost, but not by THAT big a margin, I guess all the league winners are giving their best players a break, at least in performance since Mitrovic actually still played just he got subbed.

Fulham and Bournemouth we kinda already knew, very sad still about Derby but wow Luton Town, to see them get a chance. I feel like they will win comfortably against Huddersfield but they will prefer Nottingham to meet later.
3176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Semifinals! on: May 09, 2022, 08:33:48 AM
I might change my mind about support... I saw the Rangers aftermatch and it was one hour of celebrations. They might just drown out the Germans like this.
all possibilities are still possible, now the two clubs who are in the final are those who are not in the lead. that way both teams will be very motivated and confident to be able to become champions. If you look at the Rangers and Frankfurt matches in the previous few matches, I don't think the quality of the game is far from the two teams. I think they still have the same chance of winning.
if only rely on self-confidence and motivation, Rangers also experience the same thing.

3177  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Easiest Way For New Traders To Profit From The Crypto Market on: May 09, 2022, 06:44:06 AM
Well said, when you're a beginner never look for immediate profit. Just buy and hold it for good profit. Atleast book some 20% profit and sell it for a buyback. You'll get to know about the trading process slowly.

To learn about trading, just join any of the bounty that distributes listed tokens. Receive it, move to the respective exchange and make a sell order on which price you want your holdings to be sold.

So what you're suggesting is essentially, don't be a trader, and be a holder instead.

You just said not to look for immediate profit, and then in the next sentence look to book 20% profit and sell for a buyback, what? So are you suggesting new traders just have fun and don't look for profit or that they don't trade and just become holders?

You've got to be kidding people asking them to join bounties to learn about trading.

Open practice accounts, read up on TA, test out strategies, then put in $10 of your own. Don't waste time on bounties lol
3178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: May 09, 2022, 06:10:59 AM
Real Madrid rotated players, let key players rest some for the whole game, others played less than 30 minutes which was expected BTW and we already talked about here.
Now with those 3 points, ATM are close to secure a CL spot, they need 3 points at least in 3 games which is feasible. Looks like Betis will fail to get a CL spot after all.

Exactly. Don't know why people were all so full of praise for Atletico who met a Real Madrid team half recognizable from the one that overcame City. In fact, kudos for Real Madrid for allowing their city rivals to appear in CL again.

And worse, still can't get even half the return from Suarez (and don't think I'm a hater I love him but he needed to have been benched much earlier) last season and Griezmann.
3179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I’m done with trash coins!! Looking for something promising on: May 08, 2022, 02:53:24 PM
There's no other promising coins on the space bro except of the top altcoins in the market , coz they are legitimate than what others recommendations in the space, for example a new projects which is clearly very unpredictable.
So you better to stay away to it and choose a project where you can really get good return than trying a new projects that you don't even know if you can get from it after all or not. Be smart and be wise to prevent trash coins.

If OP was feeling the heat all the way back in February, imagine how he must be feeling right now with alts down worse than BTC, NFT down over 90% in price AND volume.

It's all been said before and will be said again. If it's not a coin with utility like Bitcoin and Ethereum, it's trash. Period.

OR choose a dapp you use a lot, then at least your coin can DO stuff.

Damn, what a game. I think that only Alba can score such goals. And what a connection between him and Alves, like in best Barca times. Draw probably would reflect this game best, but football isn't always fair. I already didn't beleived that my bets on Barca win and over 2.5 will pass.
@tomahawk9, I tend to agree with Trofo that City had to go through and game at Etihad wasn't 50/50. But City can blame themselves for choking in such way. And as said above, Champions league is definitely Real playground.

Definitely one of those trigger moments that brings you back to the past (my favorite moment is still Fati back on scoresheet), but also I hope it doesn't tempt Xavi to revert back or lean on them even more. I won my Barca leg, thankfully, but all other legs I picked went to the toilet pick and choose from Juventus, Chelsea, United and Sociedad so I take 100% blame for it all.
