They only just managed a Champions League place last season.. but this season with Lukaku, I think they should be able to open a clear gap on the teams below them and make qualifying for the Champions League a formality once again. The teams below them aren't really strengthening, and if Spurs lose Kane then that's another challenger gone. It's difficult to see beyond the two Manchester teams, Liverpool and Chelsea for the top four. I can't see where other challengers would come from.

Agreed with this, yes. Top 4 looks already defined, there really isn't a team that can break it this season. Arsenal is in total disarray, Leicester came really close 2 seasons in a row and royally screwed it up so I don't think they have it in them to make another decent challenge - especially with Vardy getting older and slower.

Tottenham would probably be able to break it if they keep Kane and sign Lautaro. However, Kane looks really unhappy and will probably get his transfer and Lautaro was supposed to be joining but that deal went a bit cold as well.

This is all really good news for Liverpool who looks ready to drop out. Luckily, there isn't really a team that will be able to fill the gap this season.

Yup.  And Chelsea and Man United have started to be looking strong the last couple of years.  So it’s going to be another City, Liverpool, Chelsea, United season again...  Not in that order but yeah.

I’ll say it again, like what I said about Chelsea having the squad to win the CL last season, I think they have the squad to win the EPL this season.
Lukaku made his medical today for Chelsea so he is one step closer to sign, after that Chelsea would be one of a hell candidate to push for EPL title this upcoming season  they lacked a proper finisher last year after Werner failed to make the impact that was expected from him.
When you see that your highest top scorer in the EPL is a central midfielder (Jorginho) with 7 goals that means you have a problem.
But now after the arrival of Lukaku things should turn on for the best especially when Lukaku spent almost all of his career in EPL so he has no time to waste getting used to the league .
With the signing of Lukaku Chelsea's squad is now complete and ready for EPL title challenge this season and equally defend their UCL title,  EPL will witness a very competitive and exciting competition, Lukaku has a lot to offer as complete striker, who is very competent in front of goal unlike Werner who wasted a lot scoring chances last season fortunately he is not a stranger or newcomer in EPL having previously had a stint with Chelsea, Everton and Man Utd, I hope he also contend for the highest goal scorer at the end of the season.
3162  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you bullish or bearish this year? on: August 09, 2021, 06:38:23 AM
With the roller-coaster price movement this year, I like to know if what you think about this year's market condition overall.

Are you still bullish despite the huge dump from ATH, or do you think the market will be bearish throughout?

Share your thoughts and what's your basis, it will help everyone to decide.
I see that many people vote bullish than bearish, I think it is all because many people notice the amazing rising of the price of the Bitcoin this year not only in Bitcoin but also in altcoins I think we will be having another ATH before this year end so we need to keep calm and wait patiently for good.
From TA point of view it is obvious that the market sentiment has changed to bullish from bearish season which started miday, and price might continue to trend upward, although reaching or breaking this year ATH is very feasible, if the bullish sentiment is sustained and price volatility is maintained, however there might be some minor corrections or pullbacks, because movement is not a one way traffic.
Based on monthly BTC/USD timeframe analysis this month candlestick has a bullish tail an indication of the market up trending in months ahead.
3163  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading skills and strategies on: August 08, 2021, 11:55:51 PM
Choose one or two trading strategies out of the numerous ones on YouTube practise it via demo or stimulation until you earn profits consistently, thereafter you can open a trading account with a credible and trusted exchange and start with a small fund to test your skills and knowledge acquired during practicing sessions.
Bear in mind that Its takes a lot of time, efforts and research to become successful in trading, these are not easy to accomplished in a jiffy but with dedication and perseverance you will get there, however erase the idea or mindset of becoming rich quick in trading.

the pandemic is still going on..

Let's talk a little bit about our steps in this difficult time..
like many airdrops that take place, do we still have hope and also believe in the existence of airdrops that are now starting to be offered on platforms or social media..
and what kind of airdrop has made you successful during this pandemic?
Any crypto enthusiast that had participate in any airdrop do so for green days ahead for now covid-19 has significantly slow the progress of a lot of projects, I don't think there is no reason not to airdrop for any credible and trusted projects at least it involved doing some simple tasks who knows the values of the airdrop tokens might be huge in the future? Maybe in the aftermath of covid-19, Presently many of those airdrops are worthless I give kudos those to airdroppers who still have time in filling airdrops forms and tasks.
3165  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is margin trading good for beginners ? on: August 08, 2021, 08:07:20 AM
if we didnt trade well in spot market , better to avoid using future trade. we have high risk that may occur when we make any mistake , its not tolerate in future trades and we have to totally understand in which level we enter and exit.

Margin trading is associated with a high risk of losing money, so it is also dangerous for both beginners and experienced traders. But unlike beginners, experienced traders, thanks to their knowledge and experience, can significantly reduce the risk of losing money.
experienced trader have good knowledge in spot market so they could applied it in future market , but for beginner better to avoid it.
I also expect a beginner or newbie to have been earning profits consistently in spot trading where risk is minimal and gain more experience before switching over to margin  trading be it cross or isolated margin, cryptos are highly volatile the rate at which newbies get liquidated while future trading or margin trading with high leverages is high, however due to greediness and the impression of getting rich quick a lot of them defies advice and margin trade in a bid to becoming millionaire overnight but ended up being liquidated or related.
3166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you protect your Bitcoin from market volatility? on: August 08, 2021, 05:50:47 AM
To be honest, I also don't think that anybody can protect themselves from the market volatility fully. Because nobody can know when the price will dump or skyrocket. There is no sign for it. Some people believe in some positive or negative news about Bitcoin to affect the price. But it's not the situation anymore. Bitcoin is stronger than before. So, you can be careful until some point but after that it is about luck.
The only option to protect investors and hodlers from market volatility is to exchange their cryptocurrencies to a stable coin like USDT and BUSD however those coins would have been in exchange wallet which is not advisable, although long term hodlers might not necessarily have a feeling of price volatility, we are all aware of hacking of exchanges, on the other hand market volatility is an important and crucial tool for traders to earn profits consistently however it can equally rekt or liquidate many trader portfolio especially the inexperienced or those trading with high leverages
3167  Economy / Reputation / Re: Several Accounts Misspelling Manchester City Footballer "Kelvin De Bruyne" on: August 08, 2021, 05:27:08 AM
I watched EPL matches every week including Man City games DE BRUYNE was bodly written on his jersey while commentators do pronounce his full name during commentaries however I have a friend who bear "Kelvin" equally during  my high school days in chemistry and physics lessons I knew that " Kelvin" is a scientist whose name was one of the units of Temperature, I assumed that there could not be other name that bears "Kelvin" until now when I googled searched the full name of the player after reading your post, in view of that I have no link or connection with those users.
3168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: August 07, 2021, 07:11:49 PM
Many people are thinking that Manchester City would win the title again this season. And I'm one of these people also. Manchester City are strengthening their squad even more now. They have signed Aston Villa left-winger Jack Grealish for 100 million pounds. Guardiola said that they were still interested in signing Harry Kane too. And he refuted the rumours about they will be signing Messi also. But who knows, maybe they can sign Kane and Messi both if their financial condition is good enough to able to do so.

By the way, the first opponent is Tottenham. They are going to play against Tottenham away. This is not a very good match to start though but I still believe in City to win.
The EPL this season will be very competitive. No doubt, Manchester City is a good team with an experienced Coach(Guardiola). They also have a cooperative and strong squad. But other big clubs are  building their squads also, I don't think it will easy for Manchester City to win again this season. However, is Football, anything can happen. Harry Kane is a talented player, and I hope City sign he soon.
Other EPL are equally to the task ahead as far as EPL title is concerned this season its going to battle for fight, infact the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd, Leceister City and Tottenham will give Man City a big challenge and give them a run for their money, today's game was a clear indicator James vardy has two clear chances to score but was denied by the woodwork and they eventually won the match courtesy of late penalty scored by Iheanacho more of this to come in subsequent matches where Man City will find it difficult to win matches although Sterling, Bruyne and Foden was missing due to injuries.
3169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 07, 2021, 12:44:17 PM
By now, everything is done and everything is defined. Lionel Messi at Psg is now a matter of a few days. At least according to the words of Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, brother of the Emir of Qatar owner of the Parisian club who wrote unequivocally on social media a post: "The negotiations are over, then will come the announcement".
Just like CR7 in 2018, for Messi there'll be a two-year deal with an option for a third, with a salary of around 30 million per season. Shortly we wait for the official steps and maybe even the announcement.

Messi made a big mistake by joining PSG. He could have agreed to play for free for at least one year or less for 10 lamas, and then he would have become a hero of Barcelona. And so he chose money and put his interests above the club that gave him a lot.
According to this article the president of Barcelona Joan Laporta said that the club will be affected for 50 years if he stays and I am very sure the board must have sat down at analyzed or weighed various options to keep him before taking the final decision to sell him thus tried to avoid any risk, the club is bigger than any individual unfortunately after signing for another 5 years contract it has to be terminated  even though they wanted him to stay, a new era of Barcelona has began after the departure of Messi we are all aware of the impact of covid-19 on the finances of many clubs.

Am so happy for Jack grealish, I think everything he owed to Aston Villa he had paid in blood, injuries, goals, passes and sweat, Manchester city is exciting for the next chapter in his career, £100 million price for him!!! I think Manchester City lost their bargaining instinct, Jack is exciting, and fantastic but I would not buy Jack grealish for £100 million and he still has to come fight to make it to Manchester city starting eleven, city has the money and they used it, so enough said welcome Jack the number 10 jersey could not have been for any other person.
He will vie for a starting eleven with the likes of  Kevin de Bruyne, Raheem Sterling, Phil Foden, Riyad Mahrez and Bernardo Silva a big competition here those players are equally good players too however according to statistics Grealish was fouled 110 times than any other premier league players last season thus creating opportunities to win freekicks against opponents he is equally a good dribbler as well and can equally create goal scoring chances more options for Pep Guordiola to rotate the team or change tactics if the needs arises and another opportunity for Man City to give UCL another shot this season with the Calibre of the quality players in his team.
3171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: August 06, 2021, 02:02:03 PM
In the next few hours we will get the first Ligue 1 match between Monaco - Nantes. I wonder if it will be an easy match and bet for Monaco to get a win in this opening match. If we look only from head to head then obviously, Monaco are in control but I'm still cautious because this is the opening game with a squad that may have changed will be the difference in the game.

@hahay it’ll be an interesting match to watch because the first game is always special, both the teams will be fresh and will try to win this game. However Monaco does looks strong to me, at least on paper so while it’s a risky idea you might as well try but don’t wager too much also.
Monaco should be the favorite between the two teams based on preseason matches they won all while Nantes won 2 out of five although such analysis might not determine the outcome of today's game  I agreed that  first match in new season can be dicey because of freshness and strength of both team but Monaco has quality players and finished strongly last season compared to Nantes who narrowly escaped relegation I am predicting a 2-0 in favor of Monaco
3172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do ordinary people feel afraid of Bitcoin? on: August 06, 2021, 10:28:34 AM
Ordinary people feel afraid to invest and  Trade Bitcoin because it is risk no one know about market volatility and its price is unpredictable so ordinary people afraid to loose his money in Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is a virtual currency with a completely uncertain invisibility, no precise documentation or or documentary. Many people call Bitcoin a hidden coin because its market value fluctuates all the time.No specific criteria can be used to control the investment. So many people do not want to invest in Bitcoin for fear of losses.
In fact because of the fluctuation in it price that is why some people classifies bitcoin as a ponzi scheme MMM when some  hodlers or investors earned 2X or 3X profits in their investment it will quite be difficult to explain and convince such a reasonable amount of profits to ordinary people, who are afraid that their investment might get yield any returns rather disappear without any trace just like some sad experienced they encountered in investing in MMM it takes a lot of conviction and efforts to encourage such people into investment in bitcoin because of fear not losing there money, personally I was afraid too when I firstly came to know bitcoin I have to take the bull by the horn and did a thorough research about bitcoin before coming to a logical conclusion of the trust, credibility and reliabilty of bitcoin.
3173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What hatred do people have for Bitcoin? on: August 06, 2021, 06:14:43 AM
My Questions now are, Why do some people hate cryptocurrency so much? What's their back story? Did they ever lose a huge amount of money in cryptocurrency?

Yes, some people hate bitcoin because they have experienced huge losses when investing in cryptocurrencies, you could say it happened purely because of their own fault because they were too hasty when they started investing without more knowledge and did not do any research at all when they got into it. So that makes them frustrated because they lost, and finally they decide to spread FUD so that other people hate bitcoin too.
Those type of people that incurred huge losses will always paint Bitcoin in a bad light some will even equate it with the moribund Ponzi scheme MMM when they got liquidated after investing blindly without a prior knowledge of it, we also have bankers who see Bitcoin as a threat to their existence because of its feature as a store of value thus hate Bitcoin with all their might and will do everything to discourage other people investing and hodling it,  despite all the backlash  Bitcoin has come to stay and despite all the hate speech and other derogatory remarks wouldn't have impact on it, more adoptions is on the rise consequently it price will continue to grow or increase.
3174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 06, 2021, 01:12:19 AM
Barcelona has a huge debt hanging on them I believe one of the options is to sell Messi and pay back some of the debts else the club will go bankrupt that is why it was stated by the club he has to leave due some financial obstacles his sign fee must be huge sure its either PSG or Man City that can afford him if Grealish worth €100 million then Messi should worth €500 million? let wait and see how those clubs would bid for his signings Unfortunately Messi is leaving Barcelona after a 21 years meritorious performance Barca after his exist will be more or less like an average team .
3175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 05, 2021, 01:53:12 PM
Some news sources say that Jack Grealish's imminent arrival at Manchester City could cause Bernardo Silva to leave the team. I've heard that Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are very interested in signing him. As we know, Bernardo Silva is a really talented midfielder and winger. He is still young also (26). Both of these two teams would do really good with a decent player like him.
Most atimes I wonder what Mancity are really doing, because I don't really think Jack Grealish is even better than Bernado  Silva.I wish my club Arsenal were going for Silva,he can solve their attacking midfield problem.I really don't see any point in selling diver to replace him with Grealish.

I think it's just that they want the squad depth. Grealish adds a bit more to Man City, he doesn't completely change their potential, they are too good for that already... but he gives them a bit extra, and at the level they are at, £100m is what you have to pay to add something to what is already one of the best teams in the world.

Can't just Splash the cash £100 on a player and expects him to be on the bench, despite the depth Jack Grealish deserves more playing time to unlock more and more of his potentials.
News reaching me a medical at Manchester City will be done today...... Congratulations Jack.
He'll get to be in the squad up against Leicester City on Saturday for the Community Shield.
I hope all the spendings by Man City should be able to win UCL this season if they can't achieve that feat then all the spendings is a waste Chelsea won last UCL with not too expensive players but with a courageous and determined squad yet they achieved the result with Tuchel in charge. Personally I think Guordiola needed a competent striker now like Harry Kane instead of Grealish who can not be better than Bernado Silva. Last season most of their matches was played  with a false nine tactics which didn't work with Gabriel Jesus not scoring as expected
3176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Accumulating small odds or choosing one or two big odds on: August 05, 2021, 12:31:51 PM
I don't gamble on in-play during matches I only play and accumulate maximum of  3 Matches to obtain 2.0 odds which I might said are sure bets e.g betting Man City vs Fulham is sure a bet to me though the odd might be small picking two more similar matches will guarantee a brighter chances of winning such bettings although a thorough analysis might be required to win most bets  most importantly is following a league that is well known to you personally I am Keen follower of EPL every week including FA and carabao cups thus I will be easy for me to pick my favorite or potential winning team in any match I don't bet on correct score but I can bet on both team to score BTTS.
3177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If not invested then do it now... on: August 05, 2021, 06:53:32 AM
I think that this is still a really good chance to buy Bitcoin. Because the market is on the rise now. And it looks like this increase could continue for a long time. It's really good to see Bitcoin price like this after a long period of a bear market.
Anytime is the best time to get in the market if you think about it although it will only work if you are patient and have a diamond hands and the market continues to go up as time goes by. Patience because sometimes the return doesn't come in quickly, it can come in days, months and even years so you really have to be patient about it.
You can't get to the market anytime its like saying buying at the peak instead of selling or selling at dip instead of buying, these are the basic idea of any newbie or cryptos  enthusiast take into consideration before embarking on cryptocurrencies investment, of course when an investor bought at dip a waited patiently for long period of time would guarantee a reason amount of profit unlike those at peak imagine buying Bitcoin at $64K such an investor will still be red now ie loss untill the price reach that price mark again, the sum it all investment in Bitcoin is not a get rich overnight investment but it rather take time, knowledge and patience.

A whooping €100 million placed on Jack Grealish if the deal is sealed that will a record signing in EPL after Pogba €89M,  this is a huge amount of money which Aston Villa wouldn't reject from Man City and a big opportunity for them to buy more young players after signing the duo of Leon Bailey and Emiliano Buendia.
Jack Grealish has more attacking creativity and prowess although Bernardo Silva is equally a good dribbler too that can create or open space for their striker but I think Pep Guordiola knows the reason why he opted for Jack Grealish Man City will be unstoppable this in EPL I hope they replicate that in UCL.
3179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this another Ethereum season on: August 04, 2021, 05:37:43 PM
As of the time of this thread creation, the Ehtereum price is $2,580, which shows a gain of 3.21%, as the Bitcoin price plumbed to $37 before recovering to above 38k at the moment. This indicates Ehtereum continued to rise in price over the last week when Bitcoin made a $42k stop.
As the Ethereum network prepare for another hard fork on the 5th of this month lots of analyse including myself think that we are heading for another ethereum bull market.
I believe the fundamentals aspect of the hard fork was responsible for ethereum sudden pump price, despite the fact it scheduled to take place tomorrow 1:15p.m London time  it obvious and glaring that fundamentals moves the market recall in the days of Bitcoin hardfork it is also usually synonymous with a sudden upward movement of the price ETH investors and traders will cause to smile now however they should also take caution and not to be carried away and should take profit appropriately before any dump in the price.
3180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Police Destroy 1,069 Bitcoin Miners With Steamroller In Malaysia on: August 04, 2021, 04:54:41 PM
I think it's only the Chinese government that applies this not the Malaysian government, maybe this happened because of the electrical wiretapping used by the miners so that the police intervened to prevent it and I think this is common, because we know that wiretapping We can say that the electricity that is done is against the rules
There are proofs already that it was Malaysian government/authorities that did the steamrolling so I don't think that your hate against China is in the right place, remember that there are other countries that hates bitcoin, it's just that China is a bigger influence. Of course it's against the law, they are basically taking advantage of other people that pays electricity.
Its on Google and confirmed that the Malaysian police destroyed those mining equipment estimated at $1.7million confiscating and seizing them after a raid. Its a pity that the Malaysian government had joined the bandwagons of anti Bitcoin countries including China however it is very obvious that this wouldn't stop or discourage people from cryptocurrencies related projects of course miners will definitely relocate to a Bitcoin friendly countries after all binance was banned in China but relocated to Malta I expect miners who invested massively on mining equipment to follow suit.
