It depends on many factors:
1. What's your coin? Is it a shit coin or good one
2. How much can you sell it because it's always being dumped when getting listed in exchanges
3. Can you find another good coin with reasonable price to buy or you just wanna exchange it to btc/ eth?

Tax for bitcoin is not yet implemented in our country. But if government requires us to pay taxes then we have no choice but to comply with the law. I think paying taxes is preferable than totally banning bitcoin in a country. Bitcoin - Tax...? This is the issue confronted by Bitcoin globally. I think Bitcoin will go up and will always be the most expensive cryptocurrency mainly since it's the original and is the most recognized cryptocurrency to the general public. Majority of us probably all started getting into cryptocurrency originally because of Bitcoin so if cryptocurrencies ever do take off and companies do start accepting them in their stores the original cryptocurrency will definitely be the first one to be accepted which would cause it's price to increase.

Until autumn, no growth will not be accurate. It seems to me that the more attempts to regulate the crypto-currency market, the less the price of bitcoin will be.

as much as possible should have many backups, from other phones, from pc / laptop, and also would be better if there are offline backups that you note on the paper. because the anticipation of loss of mobile phone or damage is very important to have a backup.
Back up system is really important... Yes, it always safe if we follow the simple writing or printing all personal data and keep it in a safe place. We can not just keep all the data using phone, pc, laptop,etc.etc. all this devices are subject to either lost or damaged at any given time. Many people say the government is not interested in cryptocurrency. Many people think the government has prohibit crypto to protect investors from risks. Maybe in your country, that's true. But in some countries, especially developing countries, the government just wants to rob your assets. They rob publicly, lawfully and as much as possible. they are really bandits.I'm not afraid what they do. Because we have many ways to fight them. On a short term cryptocurrencies is going to reduce in price and we may witness a dump when governments setup a measure to regulate cryptocurrencies. If you have any common sense, you'd steer well clear from any ICO.

first of all you need to set goal, you hold these coin for long terms or short terms, if you want to save for long terms the best advice from me is do not check the price on daily basis, and keep in mind for your goal.
set how long the target coin you will sell for the next few months and whatever happens to the market do not sell, stay on target. but if the coin you hold is up and profitable then it is not wrong if you sell it.
for short terms, then sell while the price is profitable and if long terms the price does not reach the target at least wait until the return of capital
