Pi is not a crptocurrency, as it doesn't have a blockchain. You can't do anything with Pi in your wallet because it is not a cryptocurrency and it doesn't have any value. It is just a Ponzi scheme, similar to One Coin and BitConnect. If you read the earlier posts, you can see also quotes from their official website, stating the same thing. Aș avea de schimbat criptomonede în fiat currencies(în jur de 150,000 euro) și aș vrea să știu care este soluția cea mai avantajoasă din punct de vedere al taxelor. Din ce am găsit pe internet, în Romania se percepe o taxă de 20% (10% impozit si 10% la sănătate), ceea ce mi se pare prohibitiv de mult. In Romania se plateste impozit pe profit pentru tranzactiile crypto, impozitul fiind de 10% (atentie, pe profit, nu pe venit). Aditional, daca suma respectiva depaseste cuantumul a 12 salarii minime brute pe economie (si, din ce vad, in cazul tau depaseste cu mult), trebuie platit si CAS 25%. Daca nu esti angajat, trebuie sa platesti si CASS 10%, ajungand la un total de 45% din toata suma, ceea ce este enorm. M-am gândit la câteva alternative, însă nu știu statutul legal al acestora: 1. Să merg într-o țară unde criptomonedele sunt considerate monede sau nu sunt reglementate deloc, unde taxele sunt 0 sau mult mai mici decât aici, să fac schimbul și să depun suma într-un cont din țara respectivă, după care să fac transfer bancar în contul propriu din România. Care sunt condițiile necesare pentru a putea realiza acest lucru fără a întampina probleme cu fiscalitatea din România: e destul să stau acolo cateva zile până reușesc să schimb, sau o perioadă mai lungă de timp, sa zicem 6 luni? ar trebui să obțin reședință sau e suficient să fiu turist? Care țări ar fi cele mai potrivite și de ce? ( de exemplu Belize are din start un punct în plus pentru că a fost recomandată de Saul Goodman  ) Daca faci asta, cred ca oricum intri in vizorul autoritatilor pentru ca apelezi la paradisuri fiscale, deci nu vei fi nicidecum in legalitate. 2. Să cumpăr bunuri tangibile sau intangibile din țară sau din străinătate direct cu bitcoin, de la proprietari care acceptă această metodă de plată. De exemplu să cumpăr un apartament, după care să-l vând și să transfer banii într-un cont din țară. Sau să cumpăr aur pe care pot să-l vând ulterior fără a pierde valoare. Daca cumperi cu bitcoin legal (exemplu: cumperi o placa video de la PC Garage, care accepta plata cu aceasta criptomoneda), tot va trebui sa platesti impozit pe profit daca tu in momentul achizitiei placii video ai platit cu criptomoneda apreciata la o valoare superioara fata de momentul dobandirii ei. Cu alte cuvinte: tu ai cumparat 1 BTC la 1000$ pe o unitate si acum el este cotat la 24.000$. Tu, daca cumperi de la PC Garage produse in valoare de 1 BTC cu acel BTC mentionat anterior, inseamna de fapt ca vinzi criptomoneda la o valoare de 24 de ori mai mare decat valoarea ei de achizitie; cu alte cuvinte, ai inregistrat profit din vanzarea ei. Eu m-am gândit la variantele acestea, vă rog să-mi menționați care este mai bună sau să-mi propuneți o altă soluție, dacă există. Nu exista varianta legala buna (si, cu atat mai putin, "mai buna"). Si asta din cauza ca statul nu vrea sa te ajute, sa iti usureze situatia, ci sa te stoarca de bani. Ai putea, eventual, sa intrebi, " Vă rog să-mi menționați care variantă ma dezavantajează mai mult și care mai puțin sau să-mi propuneți o altă soluție, dacă există" Deci poti opera legal, platind tot ce trebuie platit la stat sau poti alege drumul deschis de Cypherpunks, in care sa folosesti crypto asa cum a fost el contruit, adica anonim. |

Revenind la topic: unii vor pur si simplu sa fie in legalitate si sa nu aiba probleme in a face conexiunea intre crypto si banca si sa opereze cu crytomonede la fel de usor cum o fac si cu fiatul. Sunt perfect de acord cu oricine doreste sa procedeze asa. Legat de privacy, in majoritatea cazurilor lumea vrea privacy pt a evita bataia de cap a taxelor la stat, acel impozit de 10%. Asta fie pt ca nu toti isi tin evidenta cheltuielilor (cine a pastrat toate bonurile la cumparare/vanzare crypto ?), fie pentru ca pur si simplu nu vor sa fie impozitati, fie sunt alergici la birocratia si legislatia ambigua. De asemenea, multi nu doresc sa isi bage altcineva nasul peste intimitatea lor, fie ea din viata de zi cu zi, fie financiara. Unii pur si simplu doresc sa poata spune "Nu!" atunci cand cineva indiscret (cum ar fi guvernul) doreste sa se uite pe gaura cheii si sa vada ce face fiecare om in particular... Privacy, daca nu vorbim de monero sau dash, atunci poate fi exclusa din start, tranzactiile tale sunt vizibile in blockchain si mergand pe fir se poate ajunge la tine. Aici nu sunt de acord. Faptul ca tranzactiile sunt vizibile pe Blockchain nu face ca acest "privacy" sa fie exclus din start. Blockchain-ul Bitcoin, desi public, iti ofera o pseudo-anonimitate, si asta deoarece nimeni din lume nu poate corela o adresa de forma "3FZbgi29cpjq2GjdwV8eyHuJJnkLtktZc5" cu un individ numit - sa zicem - Ionescu Ion. Cat timp Ionescu Ion nu isi dezvaluie datele personale catre un tert, impreuna cu adresa Bitcoin, nimeni nu va putea sti ca respectiva adresa ii apartine lui. Daca acest Ionescu Ion ar deschide insa un cont la un exchange centralizat, atunci da, exchange-ul va putea corela numele lui cu o adresa public si, mai departe, ar putea preda aceste date mai departe, astfel incat mai multa lume sa stie ca adresa XXX ii apartine lui Ionescu Ion. Acelasi lucru este valabil si in cazul in care Ionescu Ion i-ar vinde bitcoin lui Popescu Pop si ar cere sa incaseze banii in contul bancar. Cu alte cuvinte, in cazul Bitcoin esti cat de anonim iti permiti tu insuti sa fii. In momntul in care faci tu singur pasi gresiti, devii expus. Altfel, poti tranzactiona mult si bine de pe adrese Bitcoin, fara sa stie nimeni cine esti. Un portofel crypto bun iti genereaza dupa fiecare tranzactie o adresa noua, pe care o poti folosi la o alta tranzactie si tot asa. Daca alegi sa fii in perfecta legalitate si sa iti platesti taxele la stat, s-ar putea sa iesi insa mai ieftin decat apeland la ATM. Asta pentru simplu fapt ca impozitul la stat e doar pe profit, pe cand la ATM e pe toata suma.
Exemplu: ai cumparat de 400 euro si la vanzare ai obtinut 500 euro, de unde profitul e 100 euro.
varianta anonimitate ATM 6.5%: pierzi 32 euro (6.5% din 500)
varianta card si taxe la stat: aprox 5 (1% card)+10 (10% impozit pe 100 profit)=15 euro.
La sume mai mari deja vorbim de comisioane chiar usturatoare de sute-mii de euro.
Calculul de mai sus e pt ATM Bitcoin Romania, care e cel mai avantajos din tara, pt restul e si mai usturatoare treaba. Discutia asta s-a mai purtat la un moment dat pe forumul romanesc, aici. Recomand sa citesti postarea respectiva si urmatoarele 5 postari ulterioare. Ce spui tu este valabil pentru o suma de 500 euro. Insa daca ai de preschimbat in fiat o suma mai mare decat cuantumul a 12 salarii minime brute pe economie, atunci situatia se schimba radical, intrucat calculul tau de mai sus nu mai este valabil. Si asta intrucat de la acea suma in sus (echivalentul a 12 salarii minime brute pe economie) trebuie sa platesti si CAS 25% (am detaliat destul de amplu partea aceasta, aici). Desigur, pe langa cei 10% impozit pe profit. Insa baietii de la Bitcoin Romania si-au cam restrans activitatea si au desfiintat ATM-ul de la mine din oras, posibil si din cauza ca alesesera o locatie cat mai proasta posibila pe la periferia orasului, nimeni nu avea habar de ei. Mai mult, acum nu mai opereaza nici cu Smith&Smith cum faceau inainte. Asta e trist... Mai sunt insa ca variante cei de la BitMahavi, ProHashing si Shitcoins.club. Poate ai prin apropiere un astfel de ATM... Legat de:

Asta cu datele personale e foarte greu sa le mai protejezi in vreun fel in ziua de azi, vezi ce s-a intamplat ieri cu Ledger, ori cam toti utilizatorii de crypto au fie Ledger fie Trezor. Dar asta se poate intampla cu orice magazin de la care faci cumparaturi, ceea ce e stupid e ca aproape toate magazinele de la noi la profil iti cer CNP, o chestie total aiurea. Asa ceva nu ar fi permis in USA: SSN (social security number nu il stie decat politia si banca si alte chestii guvernamentale). Sincer, nu stiu ce magazin la care faci cumparaturi iti cere CNP-ul Mie nu mi-a cerut niciun magazin CNP-ul pana acum. Legat de Ledger, da, e grav ce s-a intamplat. Insa ralierea la ideea ca "daca s-a intamplat si la case mai mari, cum sa nu se intample si la case mai mici" nu mi se pare benefica. Noi trebuie sa facem tot ce tine de noi pentru a ne proteja intimitatea. Nu trebuie sa abandonam aceasta "lupta" din cauza ca pana si unii utilizatori de portofele hardware au fost expusi. Ci sa invatam din greseli (de preferat ale altora) si sa imbunatatim ceea ce facem acum. Fondurile crypto pot fi pastrate, de pilda, si in portofele de hartie. -risti ca DIICOT-ul sa te cheme la un interviu si nu unul de angajare.
Riscul asta ti-l asumi din start daca mergi pe anonimitate.
De riscul asta nici vorba sa scapi daca apelezi la ATM si esti filmat, mai ales daca mai si porti masca sau incerci diverse metode de a te ascunde, s-ar putea sa iesi si mai rau in final. Idealistii doctrinei crypto se lupta pentru intimitate financiara si anonimitate de zeci de ani. Daca doresti sa studiezi mai in detaliu acest subiect, iti recomand acest topic al meu, precum si topic-urile mentionate la final. Multi prefera sa faca tot ce tine de ei pentru a tine privirile indiscrete departe de treburile lor, decat sa deschida usa larg si sa invite guvernul, statul, fiscul, bancile, vecinii de palier si sa strige in gura mare: "Poftiti, va rog, la mine in casa! Scotociti pe unde doriti, eu am renuntat la dreptul la intimitate!". Si de riscul acesta poti scapa la ATM, daca porti masca, mai ales in aceasta perioada, cand purtarea mastii este obligatorii in toate spatiile inchise si deschise peer to peer
Se merita riscul sa faci asta cu cineva necunoscut ? Nu ai nici o garantie, nici o parghie sa te aperi daca ai fost tras pe sfoara, ai operat la negru. In plus persoana respectiva poate sa fie certata cu legea, tu sa nu stii nimic despre asta si daca se ajunge ca persoana aia sa fie anchetata, mergand pe fir se ajunge si la tine pt ca la istoricul ei figurezi si tu in blockchain. Corect, acesta este un risc. De aceea recomandasem anterior sa analizezi bine inainte de o astfel de tranzactie. Insa pe o piata libera exista un sistem de reputatie. Avem unul chiar si aici pe forum, evidentiat de meritele castogate de utilizatori si de feedback-urile primite. Sistemele de reputatie, anticipate de Tim May inca din 1988, te pot ajuta enorm. LocalBitcoins, de exemplu (pe care nu il recomand intrucat cere KYC de ceva timp), are un sistem de reputatie. Sisteme similare gasesti si pe alte exchange-uri descentralizate. Poti incerca sa contactezi utilizatori care au o reputatie inalta. Dupa cum descriam si aici, reputatia este esentiala intr-o piata libera, se castiga greu si se poate pierde fantastic de usor. Un utilizator "cu greutate" nu s-ar preta niciodata sa isi strice reputatia dobandita in decursul a ani de zile dand o teapa de 500 euro.

Ca si pe Revolut poti sa scoti banii de pe exchange-uri si in general totul e OK. Dar cum "in general" nu inseamna "tot timpul", sunt multi cu bani blocati aiurea. Am si eu o mica adaugire aici, daca se poate, si anume ca trebuie retinut si faptul ca Revolut nu ofera portofele crypto, deci cine foloseste Revolut pentru crypto nu detine de fapt niciun fel de criptomoneda, ci CFD-uri. Aici si eu sunt momentan de aceesi parere si inca nimeni nu m-a convins cu p2p-ul.
Cel putin eu consider ca multi utilizatori de localbitcoins, mai ales in 2016-2018, au avut probleme cu bancile din cauza banilor cu surse ciudate si a necunoscutilor care probabil incercau sa ia si bitcoinii, si sa-si ceara banii inapoi de la banca pe cine stie ce motive.
Adica p2p suna super bine pe hartie, dar in realitate pare ca mai degraba ne mintim momentan. Exista varianta ca in timp sa ajungi sa cunosti oameni, sa ai anumite realtii cu ei, sa fie si ei entuziasti crypto, si sa faci tranzactii p2p cu acestia. Cum ar fi un amic, un vecin de bloc etc. Si acestea tot p2p sunt Eu am astfel de cunostinte si am facut mai multe tranzactii de genul de-a lungul timpului. In ceea ce priveste situatia de LocaBitcoins si conturile bancare, cred ca daca ajungi totusi in punctul de a face o astfel de tranzactie ar fi mai bine sa ceri banii cash. E destul de adevarat ce zici, insa nu prea sunt alte solutii pentru conversie in fiat decat aceste carduri sau ATM-urile care au comisioane uriase, adica de 6-10 ori mai mari. ATM-urile cu comisioane de retragere de 6,5%, la Bitcoin Romania. Dar exista si alte metode de conversie, cum ar fi sa apelezi la un exchange descentralizat. Cum ar fi, de pilda, Bisq sau HodlHodl. De asemenea, poti face un schimb direct, peer-to-peer cu alt utilizator de Bitcoin. De exemplu, aici pe forum Razvan_BTC si jedaite ofera astfel de servicii. Desigur, trebuie sa iti iei precautiile necesare cand tranzactionezi cu necunoscuti. Ca sa elimini o parte din riscuri, iti tii crypto in portofelul hardware si doar cand vrei sa faci o retragere sau sa cumperi ceva ii trimiti pe card si folosesti cardul. NU pierzi decat 1% la conversia in fiat, in rest nu au alte comisioane (emitere card, mentinere cont, etc.). Presupun ca nu ai inteles nimic din ce am scris mai sus. Dupa cum NeuroticFish subliniaza, Dar cred ca nu ai inteles pe deplin ceea ce a vrut sa spuna @GazetaBitcoin in postul sau si e pacat...

Tell us what you think. I think this book is an outrageous act. Someone taking all Satoshi's words and selling them for money, without his consent. No good deed goes unpunished, right? So Satoshi creates Bitcoin, offers it for free to the people, to help them escape from governs' surveillance. To help them take the power from the elites back to their hands. To help them be free. What people do? They invent centralised exchanges from their greed and try to get rich instead of free, helping the govern to centralize somethibg which was born decentralized. What they do next? They take even Satoshi's words, place them in a book and sell it for money. That's a shame! I hope nobody will buy this book! |
