Gave him a ban.  Not sure why people don't listen to warnings.
3182  Other / Meta / Re: [NEWS] 1 Million Accounts Milestone on: May 31, 2017, 06:38:33 PM
It would be interesting to find out how many active users we have a day on average though.

Define "active".  I'll see if I can pull up some numbers for you.

Who make at least one post on that day (that are not nuked).
3183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would anyone be interested in doing pool betting on the English Premier League? on: May 31, 2017, 06:36:55 PM
Looking good so far hilariousandco, we're going to have a pretty decent prize pot by the looks of it. Will be fun Smiley

Yeah, I have two friends who will put in a minimum of £20 so that's nearly 10 players we got. Might be able to get a couple more as well. I think we should be able to get at least 20 before the season starts. If anyone knows someone who might be interested please let 'em know.
3184  Other / Meta / Re: This User need to take a break for 7 days on: May 31, 2017, 06:33:13 PM
I gave him a warning about it. Thanks.
3185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would anyone be interested in doing pool betting on the English Premier League? on: May 31, 2017, 03:04:10 PM
The person who has the most points at the end of the season will get the entire pot. I will likely do second and third consolation prizes as well if we get enough users. Let's say we get 50 users at £20 that's a pot of £1000, so the first prize will be something like £700, second £200 and third £100.

It will probably be roughly the same as shipping to the States which is £15. Yes, I still have the red ones.

And main proof is to explore payment ETH adresses in public bounty spreadsheets of vSlice, Edgeless, TaaS and other. Everybody can see how tokens migrate from his multiaccount ETH adresses to one address:
for example see about vSlice tokens https://etherscan.io/address/0x0f5f6e9f54b43466d7c6ae753abd7b05b3eeb5a4#tokentxns wich transfered from

Russians sure like to get busy. One Russian guy was caught with over 200 accounts. Wouldn't surprise me if these were related.

I've PMd him a warning to knock it off. If he doesn't reply that'll be a good indication whether he's using a bot or not.
3189  Other / Archival / Re: Weekly Lottery kick-off [charity] on: May 30, 2017, 04:23:36 PM
You're probably just wasting your time trying to get this going. I've seen many people try things like lotteries and raffles for coins on here and they've never got much interest. With a newb trying it it's even less likely. You need to find a way that the draw is verifiably fair and you'll also need a trusted escrow to hold the funds, which kinda defeats the purpose of you doing the lottery as the other trusted person will just be doing all the work or could just run it himself and cut out the middle man. I would find other ways to try make your cut because this almost certainly wont take off.

Hi Nico,

As far as I know, random is quite random Smiley I could hash with a certain block for security and prebuild code so anyone can compile and run the lottery outcome themselves, but still I could manipulate the players pool so that would not give you any guarentees that it would be fair. Imo random is fine.

And do you really think a half German, half Dutch guy will scam people here for a couple 100 euro? I make more than this an hour with my job. I thought this would be a great way to fight the real scamming bitcoin casinos out there. You sound very Dutch with your NL, we could meet irl if you want I am near Amsterdam the following days.

Thats why the entry is only 50.000 satoshi, which is maybe like 1 euro?

People scam for literally pennies here. Lost count of how many times I've seen people run off with a couple of dollars after someone has stupidly trusted them with it and that's why most people here wouldn't send money to anyone else without an escrow.
3190  Other / Meta / Re: Spam Or No? on: May 30, 2017, 04:17:01 PM
Bots have been used in the past in the bitcoin Press section and there was one guy with a handful of accounts doing it. They just copied the first paragraph of an article and linked to it. Most press spammers probably just did/do it manually though.
3191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would anyone be interested in doing pool betting on the English Premier League? on: May 30, 2017, 04:11:48 PM
And I wanna suggest that all our posts in the pool betting thread should have no concern about if we're getting paid for it by our sig campaigns or not.  It would make the discussions more fluid and sound more natural and less spammy.

I think we should be allowed to curse or post 'LOL' with disregard at times.

It might be best to keep one thread to just posting the actual predictions or it could get messy. We could maybe use this thread or just the existing Premier League discussion thread for any comments about results or picks etc.
3192  Other / Meta / Re: Why banned?? on: May 30, 2017, 03:22:30 PM
Outbox is blocked but if i search for any words on http there are none matching words!

I use bitcointalk and every other website trough my phone then my phone is infected???

Yesterday i also recieve messages from blockcain that i wanted to change my passwords & my 2d authentication

I think it's safe to say you've been compromised in some fashion.
3193  Other / Meta / Re: Why banned?? on: May 30, 2017, 10:59:02 AM
Check your outbox (though maybe you or the hacker deleted those messages), but at least one user reported the phishing PM they received and as above LightZ seems to have got one also.
3194  Other / Meta / Re: Spam Or No? on: May 30, 2017, 10:33:05 AM
Yeah, it's spam imo. The bitcoin Press board is redundant and also abused as our some of the others in the Local sections like the Chinese board. They all should be archived/locked in my opinion because they're prime targets for abuse where you can get away with essentially copy and paste spam.
3195  Other / Meta / Re: Why banned?? on: May 30, 2017, 08:38:14 AM
If that's true then you're probably best changing your passwords or wiping your PC then because you've been hacked. Did you click any phishing links from pms here?
3196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would anyone be interested in doing pool betting on the English Premier League? on: May 30, 2017, 07:16:30 AM
Sweet.  Added you to the op. I think many more people will join the game once we get some momentum going on sign-ups which will hopefully lead to a nice pot of winnings  Cheesy.
3197  Other / Meta / Re: Why banned?? on: May 30, 2017, 07:01:21 AM
You were sending multiple phishing links. It's possible you were hacked but I would doubt that.
3198  Other / Meta / Re: [NEWS] 1 Million Accounts Milestone on: May 30, 2017, 06:53:19 AM
They're probably spambots being nuked.

And probably half of the accounts registered here were spam bots of some kind. It would be interesting to find out how many active users we have a day on average though.
3199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would anyone be interested in doing pool betting on the English Premier League? on: May 30, 2017, 06:37:40 AM
HELLO!!!  Sounds fun!  I can spare £20 - £50 in this and I prefer a lock in amount upfront for the entire season.  It would make it more interesting imo and participants don't just come in and go as they please.  You are locked in for an entire season, you have to play.  Grin

And it's also a good way to make friendly banter.  I suggest also declaring what club you support and include that in the OP.  God, I hope at least one of you is an Arsenal fan.  Making fun of lol_wenger is always hilarious to me for some reason.  Cheesy

Cool. We have 5 participants who've pledged £20 so far and four at up to £50. I have at least two mates who will probably put in at least £20 also.

And yeah, upfront is much better imo and the stakes will be higher. I think the pay weekly one would likely fizzle out quickly. Hopefully we might see a nice price rise in btc so it'll make the pot bigger  Grin.

Maybe we could do also do a pre-season prediction for ten bonus points or something where people guess the champions and the three teams who get relegated. Might make it a bit more exciting.
3200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would anyone be interested in doing pool betting on the English Premier League? on: May 29, 2017, 10:56:53 PM
I prefer bi weekly payout , a tournament to collect points as much as possible from predicting correct score .
How about that? I doubt people could actively predict the score for the whole season betting pool .
I will put £20 for bi weekly payout , otherwise the whole season betting pool should be about predicting the premier league final table correctly.

Not sure I get you exactly. You don't have to predict the entire season upfront - you make your predictions every week (unless you wanted to make them in advance). You don't even need to get the scores right as you can win on just the outcomes and whoever has the most points at the end of the season wins the pot. And the games are weekly so not sure why it would be bi-weekly but it looks like we're going with the upfront payment to make it easier, though if many people express interest once we've got this one going I may open up a weekly one where you can choose whether to play each week or not.

Does this have to use EUR currency?
I'm willing to be in for £20 or 0.01 BTC, correct?

British pounds, but yeah it'll currently be at about 0.01 but I won't be asking for money to be sent in till nearer the season starts so everyone will pay the same amount in btc. Can I put you down for £20?

Sorry I don't understand with this "Can I put you down for £20?". I think to join paying a fee of £20 upfront for the whole season is very acceptable to all participants who will join.
If £20 at the exchange rate now I think it's fine and I'm willing to join.
Thanks a lot.

I just meant can I put you down as a potential player who will stake £20 but it seems you're OK with this so will add you to the op  later.
