A coin where there is less circulation like CGB because it will continue to increase in value as it is rare

I was thinking back and forth about litecoins. I'm not sure. They're meant to be lower then bitcoin but that doesn't mean it won't rise as well. Thoughts??

getting to break even with mining is very difficult unless you get the miner for free
