Rather than looking when the price rise you should be buying now altcoins as markets have fallen as you can get same coins at very good rates now rather than once the market rise buying those coin costly. So you need to be smart investors and decide when you should be buying and selling. |

I think it is neither a good or a bad idea when in convincing someone towards gambling, if he/she is open-minded up to it, then I don't think there is a bad thing there, but if you are convincing someone who's negative with gambling, then that's a bad idea.
I can consider it as a good idea because you do not know that in future that person can become so much addictive that would lose out his savings/house spoil the relationship as would need money to borrow to play games once the amount is lost by him etc. So you are saving them from all this. |

My first option for promoting an ICO would be Press releases and youtube.
Other options can be of,
1- Banner Advertising.
2- Airdrop giveaways.
3- Forums and social media.
Airdrop would not prefer much as people this days stay away from it as majority are turning out to be those worthless coin or scam and this is frustrating. Instead one can go for social media campaign like twitter which can be more effective to reach out to all the people. |

Probably I will not continue because if I have spent that remaining balance then I might not go home but if I used the remaining for my transportation to get home then I could go back to gamble again. Well England can only win this one if they're able to pull out some sort of miracle.  Indian team's performance is more volatile than bitcoin's value; they're playing so opposite to what they were playing just a match before, LOL.
