The crypto market is currently in a bad shape, and those who didn't know better, would probably panic and dump their assets to avoid more losses.
The best strategy now, is to buy more, especially more of the top currencies like ETH and BTC.

Buy when everyone is selling, and sell when everyone is buying.
Buy now, for long-term profits.

Most people leave because they are deceived because many investors don't understand the market. When they are cheated, the market is worthless to them!

The question is who cheated them? The market didn't cheat them, but the problem is that they think that they can quickly get tons of profit, but it isn't. So its better for them to leave actually because I'm sure that they can't really take everything  specially that the market keeps struggling this year.

I already stopped many months ago to encourage people to stay because I want them to really appreciate first the market on their own. If they don't like what they are seeing then obviously they will exit and no amount of encouragement will keep them for going out, that's human nature.

Staying required a lot of time, so encourage them to stay if the market is on the good shape but if not... you need to decide what is the best thing to do . I think, it's okay to leave for a while if the market is on it's down fall.

In my story, I stopped encouraging people to stay. In my community there are different types of people and most of them only seeks to get profit out of nothing in the easiest way that they can. They are all discouraged after the December 2017 breakout.

But not all users have more experience. many newbie users immediately met with poor price conditions and they panicked very quickly, many of them lost money and decided to leave. we must make them aware that such risks will continue to come as price fluctuations, losses are also normal things do not easily despair

Yes, these things we have seen from many of our fellow friends and they will bother much about their loos. So it is always good for a newbie not to invest in anything without having any minimum knowledge and this will automatically lead to lose. Spreading negative issues when you feel lost in your investment, it will not help you and will only make the situation worse. If the market falls, it is better if you keep holding and / or buying again if you feel confident, to restore high trust when the market falls and to encourage people to stay afloat is by hiding negative issues that do not need to be published, because I personally believe the future crypto is still good to look forward to, so crypto won't end quickly.
