321  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bithobo.com — Provably Fair Dream Catcher on: August 10, 2021, 02:51:11 PM
Can someone confirm that the site is unavailable? Did the guy really run away with my $50 deposit??
In the opening of this thread it says the site was live but after I check it now the site was unreachable .
maybe you could wait a little more and see if the op responds here so that we will know the whole story . this is why I never deposit bigger amounts like 50 dollars to the site that is still new .
They have created a giveaway thread and it was also stated in the op , you could have applied for that for the purpose of testing the site if things run smoothly .
322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hoard Bitcoin? on: August 10, 2021, 01:47:26 PM
Because of the value of Bitcoin, people will hoard it,
Take me as an example. I will invest 20% of my salary in Bitcoin because I think Bitcoin is very valuable and I believe in Bitcoin, so I think Bitcoin is worth investing in.
But if you let me buy something with bitcoin, I will hesitate and pay with fiat currency first.
Although people can pay in any way, will Bitcoin be your first choice?
if you clasify yourself as a Bitcoin hoarder then thats true that your more on hoarding than spending but there's also hoarders that uses their Bitcoin for purchase .
if you support btc why will you limit yourself on supporting it ? people can't pay in anyway because not all merchants accepts anything .
If your online and you have a Bitcoin you will likely use it if ever you don't have a balance on your other payment accounts .
323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why newbies lose huge money in trading on: August 10, 2021, 12:37:09 PM
to be able to manipulate this market you will need big funds and newbies loose big funds because they imitate being a whale but they loose because they are not that experienced like a real whale that are already in the market for many years .
manipulating this market isnt easy as having a big capital but it takes lots of practice too but before they end up there it would be better if they will start in the basics of cryptos .
324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Covid-19 affect On Bitcoins on: August 10, 2021, 11:23:57 AM
i think it does have an effect in bitcoins and the effect can be good and bad  .  good because theres people that get involved lately because their life gets affected by the virus and bad baecause there are btc users that quits or sells their btc for some wealth because they got devasted by the virus .
btc will still be the same even if pandemic ends or not and yes not all people got involved in btc .
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Tether crash to $0? on: August 10, 2021, 10:48:46 AM
There are many charges against usdt but what can I say? It's a pure centralised stable coin so it's going to be used for illegal activities but yes usdt is still my favourite and I use it to store money but my advice is to diversify your money into other stable coins as well cos anything can occur
criminals will get caught then if they using centralized coins such as usdt but it was decentralized cryptos that are anonymous and being used by many criminals  .
it still up to us if what use we want in our cryptos , theres still many people use usdt for good  .
i dont believe that tether will drop to zero because of how stable it is and it also has a lot of users but there are other stable coins with less issues that we can use .
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT games also another way to gamble your money? on: August 10, 2021, 09:13:14 AM
yes nft games are another way to gamble your money because it requires a capital but it can be more enjoyable than a normal gambling because you are playing a video game .
first game in your list is cheaper among the two and the other nft games that i know but it looks less fun ? the second one looks like axie because it also expensive to the fact that you need more than one character .
third one is trendy now but i didnt know that players cant earn yet ? , that was risky  .
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you have patience to count from 1 to 100? on: August 10, 2021, 08:28:23 AM
of course i have patience of counting 1 to 100 because that was only easy .
if you have short term goals in bitcoin thats also gonna be easy because you wont wait like forever or until bitcoin reaches unrealistic price that hast been touched before.
the problems that you wrote shouldnt be an issue to loose hope in btc and sell it but thats going to be a reason why you will involved more in btc because btc can solve most of those issues .
328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do poker and sports betting skills correlate? on: August 10, 2021, 07:48:32 AM
are those 3 people also the top winners of the poker event ? if they are then that was really shocking but if they arent then not at all  .
maybe those guys only love gambling too much that they joined every events held in bitcointalk and they already built an experience  .
that can be thier common  . also the less number of participants did increase thier chance to win
329  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bullish News!!! on: August 09, 2021, 03:17:31 PM
I think I have seen Google pay and debit/credit cards supported by crypto sites that I'm using before so I'd say that this news wasn't new at all except for the Apple pay I guess and even if it wasn't tweeted by the influencers users of Coinbase and the three payment methods are still going to find it out the next time they logon on their account but Afterall this news was still positive and can bring a hype  .
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Number of altcoins keep increasing! on: August 09, 2021, 12:34:44 PM
Every day new coins are coming in the market. Due to this The market is improving and growing. But there are some side Effects. These new coins are Effecting the Market cap and new coins. After Few Days these coins vanishes.

Under normal conditions like this, many new coins appear on the market, but there is no strong reason to develop in a short time, basically good or the development of the market also has an influence on these coins.

Although this situation often makes the market more chaotic out of control, but actually the benefits of the presence of this new coin have both positive and negative values. This situation continues to force the coin to be where people want it, even though it basically fails in the market.

The only positive impacts that we can see having more and more token/coin inside the market, is the opportunities for those early holders to earn a lot, while for those late if the project is not for real they'll just stuck and trap and then lose their investment when they decided to sell it out.

is that unfair if early investors are only going to benefit but late joiners arent and that also looks like a ponzi which destroys the image of other legit cryptos . it would be better if we can avoid such projects , lets do a good research and pick only projects that can give contribution to all .

Quote
It needs a lots of time doing your research and understandig the addition if there is any coming from this new project that you are going to support  and follow.
i think i understand what you mean with this . lots of projects are like that that they are migrating to a new system . this is why lets try to check their groups for updates and dont just leave after you invest a coin .
331  Economy / Gambling / Re: TwiceDice Casino | 110% Bonus | Accepts: BTC, ETH, USDT, DOGE, XRP, BCH, LTC on: August 09, 2021, 11:39:41 AM
I doubt that there's going to be a lot of people that's going to be going in this early as I've said, people won't be that trusting yet so I don't exactly think that it's going to be a problem. I have checked their site, it's decent and it seems to me that they have the ability to be able to handle many people but who knows, you might be right and I might be wrong or it could be the reverse.
yeah it wasnt a problem because in the end our safety is still important than the greed to earn . there are lots of people that have been scammed and lots of them already learned their lesson .
if ever they play on a new site they will first make sure that the gambling site is proven to be safe before they deposit and play.
332  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin the most Bullish crypto of the moment on: August 09, 2021, 09:45:53 AM
its been known that crypto works together but this unity was broke lately and no not because bitcoin have solo rise but it was the etherium that im watching growing alone and i think btc followed because of this while others are unfortunate to be left out on this ride . while of course when it comes to being dominant in overall statistics nothing will beat bitcoin on that and eth can continue  remain in the secondary spot .
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Head and Shoulder on: August 09, 2021, 08:56:27 AM
Keep an eye on this.  Roll Eyes
ETH can play Head and Shoulder and the expected date is 22nd August, 2021.

well i will not become surprised if that day happens and there will be a massive dump in the market. Because mostly investors nowadays is just riding for hype only and after that they're cashing out instead of keep holding. So expect aftee weeks ethereum will change direction.
Indeed who will gonna trust despite of the situation wherein market always fell so hard after all time high. Investor were getting smarter because of what is the result always. So don't be surprised as well.  Cheesy
shoulder is not far from head so the dump would not be too much .
it will be too much if op say head to toe . eth increase not because of the hype but what is in hype are those shitcoins and meme coins .
investors in eth are in for the underlying technology of the coin and that makes them a smart investor  . not those that come and go after a short amount of time
334  Economy / Gambling / Re: TwiceDice Casino | 110% Bonus | Accepts: BTC, ETH, USDT, DOGE, XRP, BCH, LTC on: August 09, 2021, 08:14:55 AM
It is good that you are offering 110% deposit bonus if the deposit is done for first time. But you have not mentioned the limit of the bonus. Would you like to mention either there is any limit or not? If yes, then what is the limit of the first deposit/deposit bonus.
I think there's a possibility that they would be putting a limit but given that they're a new site to this forum and not a lot of users are using it yet or fully trusts it yet, I think that there's no limit as to how big their deposit bonus is because not everyone is going to put a lot of money yet.
but what if theres more people that will deposit ?
if people think this site has no limits when it comes to bonuses they will abuse it but that will also be risky since the site was new and what if the site block their funds but anyway theres a " up to 500 $ - € " written in the first page so i assume that it was thier limit  .
they also have other types of deposit bonuses not only one  , this can be their main advantage compare to the other casino .
335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a safe haven? on: August 09, 2021, 07:15:30 AM
Yes bitcoin is a safe haven. Even though there is a crisis, bitcoin will still exist. This is because bitcoin has a decentralized system, that is the advantage of bitcoin compared to banks. With a limited supply, bitcoin prices tend to rise, so investing in bitcoin is also very profitable.
Depends on what kind of crisis you are talking about, remember that nuclear holocaust, world war, extinction event and global electric grid destruction are all crisis so I don't exactly say it's a safe haven for crisis. They are more of a safe haven in terms of financial turmoil.
i think thats more of a crisis but thats a disaster anymore . what i understand when i hear the word crisis can be financial or economical but i dont like those disasters to happen again because thats a sure fire way for us to get killed including bitcoin .
i believe that bitcoin can be a safe haven when in times of crisis because of its amazing properties and also if we know how to use it properly .
336  Economy / Economics / Re: Can developing countries follow El Salvador use Bitcoin? on: August 09, 2021, 06:42:53 AM
Developing countries like El Salvador can use Bitcoin as a medium of transaction in many cases. While Bitcoin is not a fully-fledged transactional environment, it will in many cases be a lucrative and business opportunity for developing countries. In particular, it will play an important role in dealing with various countries that are subject to various sanctions due to political and military animosity. This would be a good decision, especially for those countries with high inflation rates. However, it is not entirely possible for an economically developing country to follow in the footsteps of El Salvador, as it is difficult for countries with developed economies to introduce a completely new technology exchange and conduct economic activities through it.
its okay if they cant follow the exact steps made by el salvador but accepting or not banning bitcoin is already a big thing .
bitcoin is not new and a lot of countries have been using it before , they can get an example or get data' s in these countries so that they dont need to conduct a manual activity of their own .
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: busd or USDT safe on: August 09, 2021, 06:02:10 AM
BUsd related to Binance. So some sure about it. If anything happened  Binance can be point out. If USDT happended what can we do?

so what is the best ?

There is no fact-based belief to say so, Busd and Binance have their own pattern of doing it, both are currently in the best position, there is a value to each of them that cannot be separated.

For the future we need to wait for the continuation of the story, whether Busd is related or not with Binance, I think it is almost impossible for this, even if I am wrong in analyzing, I hope this is not true.

busd is a short term for binance us dollar so this token is related to binance .

yes we dont know what future awaits in binance . they maybe strong now but what if they fall ? can we still say that busd is the best or the safe alternative than other stable coins ?

before busd came out i think theres already usdt and usdt is now widely accesible . i too can trust this token more than i trust binance busd .
338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake Turned 4 on: August 09, 2021, 05:26:11 AM
I just read in my email that Stake is turning 4. Reading forward that email, I see that there are lots of promotions and bonuses.

I just can't afford the $400,000 Birthday Giveaway where you need to wager at least $1,000 in order to get a ticket.

Congrats Stake for 4 years and counting.
That's a really big promotion to be honest and I think that the 1k USD wager requirement is going to be a good indicator that the 400k USD giveaway is going to be easily won by a few since not everyone can afford that much amount, also Stake was this young, I thought they were much older because they've been on the mainstream already, being advertised by UFC fighters.
400k usd promo is small imo and if i remember they have a 1m dollar promo last time .
thats the real huge and that was done in a regular day , i wonder why they lower the prize pool in their special day . stake casino is huge and theres many high roller playing in them so its not gonna be easy to take a share because even the lowest rank still wagger high amounts .
stake was now 4 year old and i think that was not new
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum pump on: August 07, 2021, 05:19:23 PM
its shocking to see eth pumping like this because the foccus of the people now are into newer chains and i check the eth fees it was still high .
is eth proving something ?
it proves that it can still win the battle even if its not the crowds favorite anymore but with this pump eth showing i think it can somehow attract investors to invest in the coin .
340  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin an independent property? on: August 07, 2021, 04:06:15 PM
im not expert with this talks but i think it was yours because you earn all of it before you got married tho it was also up to you if you are going to share all of this things to your wife if you love your wife so much and you feel that she wont cheat on you  .

When I get divorced, do I split up my bitcoins?
depending on what it was written in the divorced document the answer can be yes and no but it looks complicated if you measure  all the things that you own in btc when they are already converted .
