 You did the right thing to postpone TGE, many people suspended transactions, money was hanging in the air, there was no traffic for 5-8 hours, and eventually zero transactions took place. If the network performance is not restored within 48 hours, what will be your next action? We are not going to postpone our TGE on Thursday even if the Ethereum network's problems will continue. |

A total of 150 million tokens will be distributed regardless of the amount collected. But this is only 30% of the total number of coins that will be in circulation. Another 40% will be added in the second quarter of 2018 (35% Development, Operations, Marketing, Team + 5% Future SPHTX TGE), so the total number of coins will be 350 million. And 30% will be mining - another 150 million. If in the first round the tokens are sold for about $ 0.3, and probably the total amount of 115000ETH will not be collected, and tokens will be distributed among investors, it turns out that the average price of tokens after the ICO is likely to go down. Are these assumptions correct?
70 % of the team's tokens will be locked for 12 months. 5 % of the future TGE will be generated in the future - so probably not right away in the next year. We probably won't raise 115 000 ETH - that is right, and the nominal price of one token will be therefore lower after the TGE than during the TGE. But we have to consider the real price, not the nominal. You maybe pay more for few tokens in TGE, but you will get the unsold tokens for free. So you have to divide the price you paid by the number of all the tokens you will have. Then you will get the real price you paid for the tokens and there is no reason why should the real price go down. But it always depends on the market. |

How do you plan to market the ICO and where are the funds to pay for marketing?
the marketing can be handled by buying banners and publicity on facebook/coinmarketcap and other crypto websites. not sure about the budget. There are a lot of marketing activities we are performing, including having banners. As you can see in our Whitepaper on page 40 in the pdf, marketing costs are included in the 35% - Development, Operations, Marketing, Team. You also have to have in mind that SophiaTX (resp. Equidato Technologies) is a Joint Venture by DECENT and Venaco group and they investing both know-how as well as capital and workforce to start this project. |

Well, I read and did not understand the difference. The result is still the same: the sale of tokens. It is better to answer the important question - if there is a minimum amount, which is set to buy tokens? How much is this: 1ETH, 0.1 ETH or 10ETH there? And also, after sending ETH the tokens will be immediately sent by you to me at the specified address, or will you distribute the tokens after all rounds of sale? There is no minimum amount (as well as maximum). You will receive the ERC20 tokens within the 48 hours after the TGE ends - so yes, we will distribute the tokens after all rounds of sale end. Good. I think we should consider such a scenario: suppose in the first round we will not buy all 30 million tokens and the amount of 18837ETH will not be collected. Then the round will still end in 48 hours or will it continue until all the tokens are purchased? If the round is over, the second round will begin with the sale of another 30 million tokens at a higher price, and then where will the unsold tokens disappear? Are these unsold tokens moving to the last fifth round? This is important to clarify now, since I very much doubt that in this period of time it is really possible to collect a huge amount of 115000ETH. And also do you have a soft cap? And if not, why? The round will end in 48 hours regardless of how many tokens are there left. Unsold tokens will remain unsold - after the TGE ends, unsold tokens from all rounds will sum up and then will be redistributed to all participants in accordance with their SPHTX stake.
