Only one day left? Where the hell did the time go? Oh well, If I make a few moves on Ether Delta I could pick some more of these up. I need to collect some more airdrops because the tokens I have now, I am kind of attached to. A handful of Sophia TX will not satisfy me here. Can we get some kind of blow-out final hours sale SophiaTX? 75% off for the last hour of the sale?

There won't be any "blow-out final hours sale" but if there will be some unsold tokens left, they will be redistributed to the current SPHTX TGE participants according to their SPHTX stake.

So when for example the first round gets sold out but the second didn't. Will you redistribute the unsold tokens from the second round only to participants from the second round or from the first round as well?

Tokens will be redistributed after the TGE ends to all participants. It doesn't matter in which round they will buy their tokens or from which round will the tokens left.

Thanks for your quick reply. I really like your idea to distribute unsold tokens to all participants of the TGE. That is just another incentive to buy during the TGE and don't wait for the tokens to be listed on exchanges.

I think this is the norm for all ICOs (and TGEs). Once the whole thing is complete, they do the token distribution.

I know some ICOs will give you the tokens as soon as you pay, but theres no advantage to that. You still can't use the tokens until the ICO is complete.

I wondered the same for a while, but before knowing the work of the Team and commitment of some in particular, there is potential for rapid growth and not even a possible deserter would be so stupid

Actually I really like to call this token sale as Token Generation Event as it seem appropriately described as compared to the term  "ICO".

Some even use the acronym ICMB ("Initial Capital Building Mechanism") more popular known to mean Intercontinental Ballistic Missile.

Interesting take on the difference between coins and tokens. However, there are more coins than just BTC and they have different purposes and functions and can be developed and changed while tokens are limited to what has been written into the immutable smart contract.
Anyway, I don't mind the term TGE. After all people will buy tokens not coins.

Good. I think we should consider such a scenario: suppose in the first round we will not buy all 30 million tokens and the amount of 18837ETH will not be collected. Then the round will still end in 48 hours or will it continue until all the tokens are purchased? If the round is over, the second round will begin with the sale of another 30 million tokens at a higher price, and then where will the unsold tokens disappear? Are these unsold tokens moving to the last fifth round? This is important to clarify now, since I very much doubt that in this period of time it is really possible to collect a huge amount of 115000ETH.
And also do you have a soft cap? And if not, why?

If I do the KYC registration today, can I immediately buy tokens when the ICO starts? Or do I have to wait until someone checks my data? How long will that take?

You will receive an email notification. If the email says that you passed you can buy immediately after the TGE starts. If you did not pass you can write an email to report@sophiatx.com and we will look at your case individually. It may take some time, so it is better to do it ASAP if you want to make sure that you can participate in the first round.

Is KYC to be passed by any investor?

I am not sure what you are asking but if you ask about bigger investors e.g. companies or individuals investing hundreds of ETH - yes they all have to have KYC.

So small investor (less than 5 ETH) doesnt need to go through the KYC procedure?

I think every investor, no matter how small or big his contribution has to go through KYC procedure.

Possible, but those are quite strict KYC requirements in comparison to other projects. Or maybe the KYC rules are less strict for smaller investments. I don't know that's why I asked.

Don't rush to throw the ethereum on the address immediately, wait 10 minutes if it's okay then to buy coins. I had a bad experience with Coindash.

The round will end in 48 hours regardless of how many tokens are there left. Unsold tokens will remain unsold - after the TGE ends, unsold tokens from all rounds will sum up and then will be redistributed to all participants in accordance with their SPHTX stake. They are not moving to the last round. We do not have a soft cap, we are already building a prototype on our SAP Cloud and we will continue regardless TGE.
