Are you sure that there is the dip now? No, so it's better to by partly: 10-20% now and buy more for 10-20% of deposit if price will dump lower - that is the best strategy for me.

Unfortunately prototype or testnet speed of blockchain is not an indicator because expectations from test conditions may differs from the application in reality.

The most terrible thing is that this red period can last a very long time (even several months) and we don't know when will be the reversal.

It's too risky to invest in ICO through the pool because you can lose all your money if the pool's organizer disappears with your money, be careful!

If ICO has big bounty - it's not TOP ICO. Good projects don't need bounty campaigns but investors are struggling to invest or pass through the lottery like it was in several ICOs with big hype: Seele, QuarkChain, NEX etc.

If you have some ETHs previously earned in bounty campaigns now it's more profitable to invest that ETHs in TOP ICOs and do not waste time for bounties campaigns.

The hype is the main factor for good ICO investment for me. I estimate the hype for:
1) traffic on website (>1000 unique visitors per day)
2) ICO maust be good rated by several bloggers in top-7 spreadsheet (search it in twitter)
No hype = no people wanted to buy it on exchange after ICO.
