324  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopay Bitcoin Debit card + Giveaway on: March 10, 2016, 09:13:09 AM
Received my plastic card in the mail today  Smiley
The only question i do have: on the card, it says i can visit  mychoiceprepaid.com for alternative phone numbers (i was actually looking if there was an activation phone number in my country, so it would be cheaper to activate my card). But i cannot seem to find any additional numbers.

Any clues?

Hi, you can call to the number on your card via Skype or Viber to make it cheaper. We are working on card activation via our website, but it is still in progress. The best option would be to call them.

Thanks for the tip. Any idear when online activation would be available? I'm not planning on using my visa for at least another 2-3 weeks, so i can wait a little bit in case it's planned pretty soon.

It's a great looking card btw, everything thus far went exactly as promised Smiley

I believe ETA is around 5-6 weeks. Phone activation would cost you less than $0.5, as it takes less than 1 minute to active the card and get the PIN.

we have to talk whit an operator or is an automatic activation? Can't wait to get mine

330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: March 09, 2016, 11:26:55 AM
The biggest problem that I have with Bitcoin is that you never know what can happen with the value and that is quite bad.
You must take risk to have some actions and that is not good. You can be for sure if you are going to sell or buy it.

for example for me (and i think also other people) the value of bitcoin it's the fun part of it. I'm talking like this because of course i'm not a big hodler nor i have thousand of bitcoin. I agree whit you that some people may be scared from the volatility
331  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: March 09, 2016, 11:18:53 AM
I am spending it on gambling at a moment, as I think we should keep on spending our coins rather then keeping it useless in wallet and I also sell when I need fiat currency so I convert my bitcoins to my local currency.

Yes, I think we should spend our bitcoins, I am spending for my mobile top up and buying some stuffs online, and also convert it to fiat at the time of emergencies.

I think this is good for the bitcoin economy, we need more volume, so it's important to use your bitcoin, then re-buy
332  Other / Off-topic / Re: Electric Vehicles on: March 09, 2016, 11:17:14 AM
i'd like to buy an electric car, but where i live it's pretty impossible because there are very few Electric Vehicle Public Charging Stations and the few are far away from me. I think i have to wait at lest 10 year before i can use some electric car

334  Other / Off-topic / Re: What else besides Bitcoin r u doing to make money online? on: March 09, 2016, 11:07:30 AM

335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What "facts" you heard about Bitcoin is not true? on: March 09, 2016, 11:04:34 AM

What "facts" have you heard about Bitcoin that is not true - other than the price?

-Bitcoin is anonymous.

-Bitcoin is used only by criminal and nerds.
.
-Bitcoin is dead.

-Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme.

Theese are the most common  not-true facts that i heard in the past years
336  Economy / Gambling / Re: "richest gambling sites"??? on: March 09, 2016, 11:01:06 AM

337  Economy / Gambling / Re: It finally happened to me! 2.4 BTC in profit @betcoin.tm xD on: March 09, 2016, 10:59:07 AM
Hello guys after reading so many stories about wining a lot in gambling I always kept wondering if I would ever be able to do it.
It's not such an amazing story, of how you win 40BTC plus, but I did went from 0.5 to 2.5, just withdraw 1 BTC and after playing some more won another 0.4 and I'm at 1.9 BTC now. So around 2.4 BTC in profit right now!!! Hell yeah xD

So for me this is really great stuff xD
A decent amount in sports betting, but most of the profit was on the roulette. Let's see how far can I go!

congratulation on your winnings, i'd like to advice you to enjoy the winnings and stop when it's the moment. If you want to see how far can you go whit gambling, i can tell to you, Nowhere    Grin
338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greatest gambling victory on: March 09, 2016, 10:56:35 AM
I'm ever seen the biggest profit that ever being made is HufflePuff. Surely that insane amount ! ( more than 2k ! )
About my greatest profit that I'm ever made is betting using 2000 satoshi using 9900x multiplier and I hit it  Grin ( just like Hui did )

It turns out that HufflePuff wan't lucky, he actually cheated PrimeDice, so I guess it wan't really a legitimate win. You can read more details here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=843892.0

Congrats OP on your winnings, I wish I had luck like that. I don't have many big winnings.  Undecided

I think the biggest winner on Primedice so far is hatesatoshi with his 240 coin profit. I'm not sure if it's a legit win or not but I haven't heard anything bad. Very ironic name considering how much he won.

off course no, the biggest winner is hufflepuff, but now we all now that he cheated, you can se the full list of big winners here:
