It's a fork of ZCash, not Litecoin. I know, the name is confusing Litecoin, ZCash and others are all forks of the original bitcoin. Now because Litecoin does not offer nothing new from bitcooin except scrypt algo. LitecoinZ (forked from ZCash) offers equihash algo, more privacy, no devs rewards, a lowest blockchain and some more backports from the parrent bitcoin missed in all others equihash altcoins. |

When the windows qt wallet will release? I tried many times the present wallet but not luck, I just want to link half of my miner to this coin, but suddenly I have no wallet to use, can someone here has a pool capable to store the minted LTCZ?
As all zcash forks there isn't a native qt gui. Wallet is included in the node. You can access to the wallet from cli command line (litecoinz-cli / litecoinz-cli.exe) or, after the node is up and running, with the Java Gui included in the windows distribution or downloadable from https://github.com/litecoinz-project/litecoinz-walletNative QT Gui is under development, but because zcash and all other its forks does not have it, it will take time to develop it. |

I linked the instrunction of the node because the wallet is just a Java GUI and doesn't work without a node, From the README.md: Windows Download Windows release binary hereDownload parameter file here and uncompress the content inside the folder "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\LitecoinZParams" Manually edit the litecoinz.conf file inside the folder "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\LitecoinZ" Run litecoinzd.exe Do you need a Wallet GUI?
A Java Wallet GUI is available here.I know it could be written better and I will create a new one detailed only for windows. but at least Newbies should give him a reading Can you make your coin compatible with coinomi wallet? All these wallets for Windows Mac and such are so unsecure. A paper wallet? I don't feel safe keeping my coins on Windows I've already asked to several online wallets including coinomi.
