321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: So whats the next Neo/Raiblocks/ETH/Bitcoin thats still under $50m market cap? on: February 14, 2018, 12:21:31 PM
I'm involved in bounty program for On Live which is really cool streaming platform base don blockchain obviously. There is not market cap yet as no trading has begun, but I can recommend you to watch this one Smiley
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bob's Repair Initial Coin Offering on: February 14, 2018, 12:19:46 PM
Congratulations to this project since the pre-sale was very successful and more than 6000 ETH has been raised, it is not so easy for a ico project to achieve that goal, I just want to know when will be the formal ICO?
Yes congrats to the team and Dev as well, Pres-sale was very successful i hope it will reach the hardcap very soon. One of the best ICO project under ETH platform that connects to blockchain network.

It's really cool project with already existing product and seemingly strong team. I'm expect for the ICO end to see how it goes when the team can fully focus on product instead.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bitcoin white worth buying?? on: February 14, 2018, 12:17:58 PM
depends on what do you expect from it. If you want to hold long term with less risks than putting funds into alt coins, then go for it. If you expect ROI of 1000% and more, then not really. If you just want to get grasp of the tech, also go for it Smiley
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEM vs ETH on: February 13, 2018, 03:40:39 PM
I believe that upcoming catapult update will change everything and NEM, a truly fantastic and cheap cryptocurrency with a unique and progressive proof of importance concept will challenge ETH at it's own game and replace the damned Buterin's $hit coin, which only old grannies with their cryptokitties find useful

eth is more established than nem and that won't change even after the update I believe. there are some other platform that you could argue are better than eth and you might be right. But in terms of usage, eth is still miles ahead of their competitors. Their community is large and that makes difference.
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gold Backed ICO? on: February 13, 2018, 03:38:35 PM
Hello everyone, recently i realize that FIAT/Metals/Cryptocurrency have a great relation there which create more and bigger market opportunity for each and every one of it

Hence, i am looking for any great gold backed ICO/coin

For now, i know that we have Hellogold, Puregold. Any reviews on this or any great one?
Thanks

it's always tricky to claim to be backed by gold because you're getting under sec scrutiny straight away. I honestly don't there is need for gold backed ico, as icos can be backed by the idea, team and development process and potential outcome.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How to exchange mined altcoins to ETH (without using trading exchange) on: February 13, 2018, 03:33:06 PM
you could go for atomic swaps. I follow a project called bitcoin atom for some time, it's actually a fork of btc. They just published a guide and have atomic swaps working, although it's only for more experienced users as there is no proper gui yet. But it's coming. check the info at https://medium.com/@bitcoinatom/q-a-bitcoin-atom-under-the-hood-68923e9021df
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Single Productive African Coin | SPAC Coin | Pure PoS on: February 13, 2018, 03:31:16 PM
there has been quite few African coins recently, but this one doesn't seem to making more sense than others. Can we see or speak to team somewhere? Would be nice to see the background of this
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: So, ETH difficulty went ballistic. on: February 12, 2018, 01:09:04 PM
so many new miners joined after recent crypto prices spike and now trying to optimize their profits with price decline. I wouldn't be surprised if the amount of new miners calms down and the difficulty settles
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My opinion about ETH on: February 12, 2018, 01:06:54 PM
In my opinion , ETH is now more hot than BTC because the explosion of ICOs base on ETH Blockchain. During the recent dip, ETH price even a little come up, all altcoins and BTC holders lose funds but ETH holders still have profit. So i think that ETH will reach BTC price this year. What do you think guys?

I agree with you on Ethereum, it's really being used widely and it's serving the cause better than bitcoin nowadays. if devs can actively support project to work on the bugs and grow the community, it can go really large
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like airdrops? on: February 12, 2018, 01:04:33 PM
depends. There can be good and bad airdrops. Sometimes it might be scam attempt, sometimes it's really worth it and coins can get decent value. Don't consider it in general, take a look at each project separately.
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How big can the whole market grow? on: February 12, 2018, 01:03:19 PM
we're still not at the worldwide adoption level. People now heard about bitcoin but they usually never used it. When we reach real adoption, the market can grow 1000 times from now, based on my humble opinion
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's an Airdrop? on: February 11, 2018, 07:03:48 PM
it's when you enlist and receive free coins/tokens. That's just another way how the currency enters the circulation. Like with ICO it's being sold and with forks you need to hold certain base currency.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GPCC | Global Protected Crypto Copyright on: February 11, 2018, 07:02:31 PM
it's nice to see you have already beta of your platform running. that is a big advantage. May I ask you wy your hard cap is 700eth? it seems pretty modest given the community standards. Will you be able to reach yoru aims with that budget?
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What encourages you to invest in any altcoin? on: February 11, 2018, 06:58:29 PM
I mainly focus on the team behind the project. When i see experienced people with proven track of results, there is a good chance they would deliver with new project too. If there is no public team behind the project, I evaluate project much longer and treat it with caution
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in Litecoin on: February 11, 2018, 05:12:42 PM
it's hard to say something is expected to grow or fall. Truth is nobody can know that. But litecoin is the currency that tends to copy btc fully. So if btc will grow, ltc should too. I believe btc can grown tremendously tihs year.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So many new ICO, how to check if it's scam? on: February 10, 2018, 04:06:31 PM
you can never be 100% sure because once they collect money it's easier just to say sorry we tried and keep it. But first thing to check is the team behind the project, then white paper. If it all makes sense, there is a good chance they will deliver
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite way to cash out? on: February 10, 2018, 04:05:24 PM
depends on where are you from. I use online exchanges, mostly hitbtc. They're sometimes lagging but always get back to live and support almost all new currencies, which is what I like to trade.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Airdrops Profitable? on: February 10, 2018, 04:03:23 PM
depends on prpject. You can earn well on some airdrops, for instance some recent forks like bch if you consider that as airdrop which is basically free money and now it's over $1k per coin. So yes, focus on the particular project and you can earn well
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future crypto in Europe on: February 10, 2018, 04:01:12 PM
Another fud attempt?! Europe definitely didn't ban crypto trading, quite opposite, Draghi just said it would be possible that CEB would hold crypto currency reserves in near futures. I'm wondering what are you trying to achieve with this post...
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] TRUCKCOIN: For the fastest decentralized global market on: February 10, 2018, 03:59:17 PM
when the mining is starting? Any pools already adopting your truckcoin? I'm really interested in mining your currency, please if you could provide some further information on that. Thank you in advance.
